Question: Husband wants to divorce me? Posted: 28 Apr 2019 08:08 PM PDT 3 years ago my husband and I (we were engaged) were going through a lot of problems, he was cheating on me and things were just in a really bad place. Fast forward to us being married for 2 years now, I'm incredibly happy with him. He's my best friend and things have been good. At the time of finding out his infidelity, I joined a dating site and talked to people. Never met them in person or sent photos. My husband just found out about this (I honestly had forgotten all about it) and now he is saying he will never be able to trust me again, he thinks I slept with somebody and says he feels like we need to divorce. I stuck through the storm of his infidelity and we came out on the better end and now he's just willing to through it away, should I fight for my marriage or just let him go? I'm lost and don't know how to make him believe me. |
Question: How to get over your best friend dumping you? Posted: 28 Apr 2019 08:05 PM PDT My best friend of 15 years completely stopped taking to me while I was going through my divorce. A couple of months prior she had begun spending more time with my soon-to-be ex. They talked quite a bit and her husband would hang out with them as well, though usually it was just the two of them. She was very supportive of me leaving him and said some not so nice things about him. Needless to say, I was confused by a lot of her behavior. She seemed to think he was a horrible jerk, but kept increasing her time with him. Anyway, right after he finally moved out she completely stopped talking to me, blocked me on Facebook and blocked my number. Now they are all best friends and consider each other family. I found out later that my ex had been lying to her about me for months and she believed him. I'm so hurt. I was in the room when she gave birth and she was there when i did. I'm not religious, but she still chose me as her daughter's Godmother. I was there for every major family event of hers. Her parents suddenly stopped talking to me too and now sit with him at church. I could understand if I had been abusive to him or cheated or something, but that's not what happened. She even said over and over again that she would kill her husband if he did half the things my ex did and she repeatedly told me that she believes I was doing the right thing by leaving him. I have never been so heartbroken. |
Question: Can I make my husband? Posted: 28 Apr 2019 07:30 PM PDT Can I make my husband delete an attractive girl off his Facebook friends? She does modeling and post bikini pictures, and crop tops and she is very pretty and I just do not want him being FB friends with her. They use to work together, so he does know her. I still am very uncomfortable about her and she likes his post. He says I am being ridiculous and that he is not unfriending her because she didn't do anything wrong. Who is right ? me or him ? |
Question: When people get married, do they really marry each other's families? Posted: 28 Apr 2019 07:00 PM PDT I am a happily married man. Marriage is difficult and I am not necessarily advocating it for everyone because everyone is different. It just works for me. There is one aspect of the concept of marriage that I disagree with. I disagree with the idea that when you marry someone you also marry that other person's family. On my marriage license, it only lists the people who wish to enter into the marriage. It doesn't list each other's family members. I treat my wife's family with honor and respect, but I do not consider them family. I do not expect my wife to view my family members as her family either, just treat them with respect. When my children get married, I will not consider their spouses family, but I will treat them respectfully. I just don't believe that when you marry someone you join their family and as long as people treat each other with respect, everything will be fine. Do you agree or disagree? |

Posted: 28 Apr 2019 06:12 PM PDT My wife has two family members who I have had differences with. There has been some direct back and forth between one of her family members and me. There has not been the back and forth between the other family member and me, but I made my annoyance with the other family member over something he said to my wife plain to my wife. If I never saw either of them again, that would be fine with me. But I know that is not realistic. And I certainly wouldn't stop my wife from seeing them or contacting them because they are her family. I would like to minimize my contact with those two family members and on the times that I do see them, keep things polite and the interaction as superficial and brief as possible. Is this something I should share with my wife? |
Posted: 28 Apr 2019 05:59 PM PDT I am about to graduate from College and I have a beautiful fiancee that I can't wait to marry in months. However, this one woman at my school is absolutely driving me crazy. She keeps asking me for my number, so that she can ask me to go have coffee with her sometime. I keep telling her NO and that I am about to get married. This is irritating me, what do I do? |
Posted: 28 Apr 2019 01:25 PM PDT my only shot at love? We've been dating for 4 years but I've been best friends for 4 years. he's a great boyfriend, loyal and family oriented respectful and all of that. I lost my virginity to him three years ago. It hurts so bad to imagine my life without him but I also feel like i'm settling in some sense because I KNOW he's the only man who will deal with my anxiety attacks and my fear of driving. i'm 27 and no guy will put up with a woman who is scared to drive. I don't want to break up with him and be single forever. mabye there is a guy out there thall deal with it but it's a huge t wirisk to take. my boyfriend cares about me so much that he's also scared for me to drive because he knows my anxiety might cause me to crash and die. There's been two instances at my job where I found myself becoming attracted to coworkers even though I never acted on it. I've been fiercely loyal. my brother has a great bond with my boyfriend. me and my boyfriend had our first date at the movie theatre and so every time we go to that movie theatre I feel myself falling In love with my boyfriend all over again. that movie theatre just causes me to feel the spark with him again but it's not like we can go to the movie theatre everyday. I don't want kids and he has 3 kids. I'm fine with him having kids but he only spends time with me one day out of the week and the other days the kids have to tag along with him. I understand they are his kids but they also have a mother and they are not babies the kids are 14 and 12. i'm sure at that age they have friends that they could hang out with. I've been feeling really alone and sad these days. I'm trying to make sense of everything. but in a year we plan on moving to new York and the kids will stay in this city with their mother so mabye we'll be able to spend more time together |
Posted: 28 Apr 2019 12:45 PM PDT Would it make any difference if she was touching his penis with her thigh, her hand or her tongue? Dick, the shoots are not for art class. It is nude, erotic modeling. It isn't what I would call porn, but some people would. |
Posted: 28 Apr 2019 11:45 AM PDT The child is attached to the marital acreage that the parents own and that is to be sold. This land needs to be sold to pay off all marital debts. The child is mad and demanding because she wanted this land for herself and her husband, claiming that it should remain in the family, but is not willing to pay the price that it is worth. The mother, after mediating the case and coming to an agreement is now "toying" with the daughter telling her she will giver her her half, knowing that this only puts her in a better position in the divorce forcing the father to pay off everything from his portion! (First she blamed the father and he showed the daughter the first offer that came from the mother showing she WANTED to sell the property) She also knows that this is not possible and is trying to force the father to disagree with this idea to gain favor with the daughter. There is a second daughter who would get nothing out of this and this seems unfair as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated. |
Posted: 28 Apr 2019 11:36 AM PDT of the marital estate's land and that it not be sold? The land needs to be sold to pay off debts, but the children do not understand that for whatever reason. The father and mother clearly need to sell the land, yet the mother keeps putting up things to make the father look like the "bad guy", she has no intention of following through with these "ideas" and only is putting them forth to make the father look bad.... Any suggestions? |

Question: Can my husband force me to stop seeing male friends or having affairs ? Posted: 28 Apr 2019 07:31 AM PDT I'm married to an abusive, cheater, wannabe rockstar loser who treats my oldest kid like dirt . I've had multiple affairs the whole marriage and I see nothing wrong with it because I consider the marriage over since he cheated first. I will never love him and he told me he "can" force me to love him, forget everyone else, and that I am "not allowed to have any friends including male friends or to see anyone and he can enforce this as I've broken his trust" - my family paid for my house for ME so he's been kicked out and he won't leave until I file he says . Can he actually force me to love him and be with him? I'm going to continue to see other people I told him he can't stop me , he claims he can. |
Question: I hate my husband, but I’m stuck? Posted: 28 Apr 2019 05:06 AM PDT My husband and I have been married over 10 years. Honestly, I hate the man I'm sick of his immature, adolescent ways and how he does whatever he wants. We have one daughter. She's my world. I've basically raised her myself, because he can't handle the pressures of parenthood. He's too lazy to even get up and play with her most of the time. I've handled all her school and life affairs, been there for her whenever she's needed someone while he's disappeared for the evening to go fishing or whatever he does. She's 8 and he rarely talks to her. Every time I ask him to do anything he flips out and leaves. He recently lost his high paying job, finally got another one after laying around for months which is like 1/4 of the pay of his old job. I'm definitely the bread winner, but he spends whatever he wants and does whatever he wants and calls me selfish. He criticizes me every step of the way. I'm getting a great new job soon making great money so I think he stays around so he can be supported. I know everyone probably thinks I'm crazy for letting him stay, but I refuse to share custody and let my daughter go with this man. I've spoken to lawyers, seemed advice but they all claim in .org state everything is 50/50. Now, I'll have to pay the man child support. If I left him he wouldn't be able to afford his life. I'm so tired of living this way, but I'm doing it so I can keep my daughter. |
Question: We're a older married couple and need some advice? Posted: 27 Apr 2019 10:48 PM PDT Me and my wife are older, I'm 50 and she's 45. We've been married for 20 years and have no children. It feels lonely at times and the house seems empty. We're very close and have a great marriage but no children, friends. I just have 2 older brothers that I sometimes speak to. She has no family or friends. How do we cope with such loneliness |
Question: Is it me or is y husband overreacting? Posted: 27 Apr 2019 10:34 PM PDT I was going to help my friend who has an indoor nursery. I knew I would be digging in dirt planting flowers and such so I kept my wedding band on but removed the diamond solitaire bc it would take a couple of days to clean if I got it dirty which it would have. Hub's upset bc he wants me to wear the whole set so "they can see from across the street" ( his words) that I'm taken. I do cheat or flirt with other guys and he knows that and has admitted such. He says but he doesn't wat guys getting the wrong idea. WDYT? By the way I wasn't around any guys today just other women and children. |
