Question: How do I tell my crush I like him? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 08:24 PM PDT I've liked this boy for awhile now, and we recently went out together and got ice cream and played mini golf. I'm really into him and I cant tell if he is into me. How do I tell him how I feel without completely embarrassing myself? Or.. how do I subtly tell him? I know you're probably supposed to be straightforward, but I fear rejection. |

Question: My boyfriend family doesn’t like me? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 07:54 PM PDT My boyfriend family doesn't like me because he lied and told them I was absuive to him when really it was the other way around. He Made it all up because one night I tried breaking up with him because he was cheating, he choked me and shoved me against the wall. I told him to leave and he wouldn't and kept being physical so I hit him in the face and he pushed me and so on. When everything was said and done we both had some marks and bruises so I told him to leave my house and leave my life or I'm calling the cops. He had no car no way of getting home so he walked to his sister at 2 in the morning and told them he desperately needed to stay and it was me being abusive and he couldn't take it anymore. We got back together after therapy and we haven't had any oshycial altercations since getting back together but big thing is, is his family now hates me. |

Question: Women: could you help a man with these things without being attracted to him? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 07:43 PM PDT Let's say you give him dating advice, help him find a job and a place, help the guy come out of his shell to work around shyness, and are willing to hang out with him. |
Question: Should we take a break until he graduates or should we break up? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 07:40 PM PDT My boyfriend and I are in a long distance relationship. We've been dating for 8 months now. We're both in the U.S. But in different states. He's 26 and I'm 25. He came to visit me months back and also met my parents and I went to visit him a few weeks ago and met his parents as well. Here's the problem, my parents really like him and are happy about our relationship but his parents on the other hand, not supportive of the relationship and actually don't want it to progress at all because of the distance. He's suppose to graduate from college this summer but he failed one of his exams and might not be able to graduate until later. It's just been really stressful for the both of us. I've noticed that he recently started becoming distant and doesn't text me or call as often. Clearly something has been up and I sensed it for sure. I texted him and told him exactly how I felt and he opened up to me and told me that he obviously loves me and wants to be in this relationship and wants it work out more than anything but he was honest at the fact that his parents keep telling him to end this relationship on the daily ever since he failed his exam so he told me it's been very stressful on his end. He did tell me that has been fighting for us and will continue to fight for us but it's been very chaotic and stressful for him. He did say that he promises to continue fighting for us but he cant promise it will work out. In our religion/ culture getting parent approval is necessary btw. |
Posted: 20 Apr 2019 07:39 PM PDT I feel like I am but at the same time i'm not. Like I wanna actually feel and hang out with my man, cuddle, and maybe more...but yeah am I being unreasonable? |

Question: What does it mean when a guy compliments your makeup when you're barely wearing any? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 07:23 PM PDT A convenience store worker told me I "have nice makeup" even though all I really do is fill in my eyebrows and wear eyeliner/mascara. The same guy has complimented it each time I've gone in (About three times in the span of a week - I go to this store a lot because it's on campus) even though it looks the same every time. I'm wondering if he's just being nice (for his job) and compliments everyone or genuinely finds me attractive. Is there any way to tell? I am way too awkward to flirt back or ask directly, ya'll and he real cute. Tl;dr -is there a way to tell if a guy is just being nice or genuinely means it? -is that an unusual compliment to begin with? (I don't wear bright colors or anything, I try to make myself look as natural as possible, so why compliment it?) |
Question: Should I let this man come over to my house? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 07:18 PM PDT I met this man on Facebook when he inboxed me. He knows my niece but I do not know him. He wants to see me so I suggested a public place like this lounge across the street. But he wants to come over to my house and "Holla at me " for a while. He says he ain't trying to spend no money cuz he got stuff that needs to be done. |
Question: I need help with this guy I met? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 07:14 PM PDT Okay so I met this guy when I was waiting for my ride. He said hello and asked if we could talk cause I seemed like a nice person and he thought I was pretty (not). I said yes cause he seemed genuinely nice and I don't like to be mean to people I don't know HOWEVER not even 5 minutes passed and he asked to kiss me. Obviously I said no and he respected that but then he asked for a hug and I reluctantly gave him one, he left and we both went our separate ways. That was until a couple of days ago when he was once again at the place I usually wait for my ride at and he started talking to me and asked if he could kiss me again and do these other things that are more for people who are a couple. I said no and we kind of just stayed there until he once again left and soon after my ride came. I was just kinda planning on maybe not waiting for my ride there anymore but that was before I realized he basically told me that he had been watching me for the past week from a far without me realizing, which was VERY creepy because I constantly check my surroundings because I'm alone and I never once saw anyone around me or anyone that looked liked him and now I don't know what to do because quite honestly despite him kinda respecting me saying no, I'm very much creeped out and kinda scared. |

Posted: 20 Apr 2019 07:09 PM PDT I went clubbing and I was on the dance floor near a couple of hot girls. One looked at me and said to her friend "he's so cute." She grabbed my arm and danced with me for a while. not sure what that means. She was like a 9.5 and pretty sure I'm like a 7. She had been drinking but she wasn't wasted |

Question: Is she hypocritical about the friend zone? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 06:57 PM PDT I've been best friend with this girl for years who I didn't like at first, but over time I came to like her deeply, and I couldn't control my feelings. I asked her out recently and she said she only saw me as a friend. I respected her decision and I wished her happiness if she ever dated someone else. However, her rejection was really painful for me, and in order for me to move on, I needed some space and time away from her to deal with my emotions. She got mad at me and was like "Oh so because I rejected you suddenly you can't be friends with me, I don't owe you any romance just because you were my best friend, my body my choice, you should respect my decision and who I choose to reject" Which I agree with, however, just as she doesn't owe me any romance, I also don't owe her any friendship, so why can't she respect my decision? She should respect who I CHOOSE to stay friends with. Is she being hypocritical or not? |

Question: Do you think A clingy bf is a good thing or a warning sign? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 06:34 PM PDT My bf is very very clingy. I feel drained. I work 69+hrs he spends my days off with me . He even switches his work schedule to match mine if mine changes. If I don't respond on the phone or update him he calls me even if he's at work he steps out to call me and reach me. I spend a lot of nights sleeping over and when it's time for me to leave after spending the whole day he gets teary eyes and cries telling me he will miss me ..so ofcourse I end up staying the night again. I'm starting to feel like something is bad . Or maybe he just really loves me and is attached to me like he says and behaves? Or maybe not? And there's something up like guilt in his head .. I have bad trust issues already and all of this is making me lose my mind.. What do I do |
Posted: 20 Apr 2019 06:32 PM PDT We broke up on bad terms but it was when we were in our teens, I came close to death. Thursday and since I've wanted to talk to him. Not to get back together but to kind of make peace. I've tried to contact him but idk about the numbers I called/texted because I found them in white pages. I called where he works and they said they'd leave a message but with the place of business that it is, I doubt they'd pass on the message. I'm considering dropping by his house...would that be too weird? |

Question: What are the steps to being a less hateful person? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 06:25 PM PDT So I've come to find out that a girl I know ecstatically (if not obsessively) hates a person I know. At first I thought she just disliked another person, but more recently I've realized that she has become psychotically possessed with hating the person. She's pretty much stalking the person and I've had to back away to avoid getting involved with her irrationaliies and to live my own life. But because I somewhat actually thought she was done enough to be friends with... I think she needs some help. Does anyone know of any classes or meetings that can reduce her hatred levels? Like maybe some meditation courses that help her realize her scary obsession? |
Question: Need promposal help? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 06:24 PM PDT I want to ask this girl to prom and she is a really big fan of John Mulaney so I wanted to theme a sign around that, any ideas would be appreciated. |

Question: Should I give him a chance? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 06:13 PM PDT About 4-5 years I go I met a guy, we got along really well but he ghosted me right after we had sex. Now he sent me a message and asked if I want to meet up with him. I brought up the fact that he ghosted me and he said "oh that's not fair, that was years ago and I'm a different person now. Please give me a chance, just a coffee and chat" I haven't replied. Should I give him a chance? |
Question: What if father kisses daughter's boyfriend? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 06:05 PM PDT |
Question: Should I give up on this or is there something there? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 05:57 PM PDT I am in college and met this super cute guy at a party about 3 weeks ago. At this party we talked for about an hour and have literally everything in common. We like the same bands, movies, have the same values, etc. This was one of the best conversations I have ever had with a guy in college. He genuinely seemed interested in me. He asked me for my snapchat after and said he wanted to start a streak so we have one now. He is in the same fraternity as my best friend and they are good friends. Snapchat has been iffy. In the beginning we would have legit convos and now it is really dry . I'm not sure if it is that he lost interest or that its snapchat and you can't really talk to someone on snapchat. I haven't seen this guy in person since the party a couple of weeks ago because we have very different majors. I told our mutual friend about this and he said he would be my wingman as of now to gage his interest. I also have a date event coming up in a week and I feel that it might be too soon for that in regards to asking him, especially since I have never made the first move on a guy. Is this worth my time or did the chance die? |
Question: Why do people date morbidly obese men/women? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 05:47 PM PDT Do they have fat fetishes? Like I've seen regular weight guys with a woman who was 3x as big as him. |
Question: Why don't I like to hang around people my age (like the exact same age)? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 05:45 PM PDT I get somewhat irritated and annoyed, I do much better with people older than me. |
Question: Why do I always apologize for things I didn’t start? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 05:43 PM PDT Everytime me and my boyfriend or whatever argue I always apologize. Even when I didn't start it. Or if something happens and I have a reason to be mad/sad at him, he gets mad at me, and I end up apologizing but he NEVER does. I feel worthless sometimes, and that he doesn't care. Sometimes I tell him I cry. He doesn't ask what's wrong. I can say "I'm fine" and he won't know I'm sad behind those words. Idk what to do. |
Question: Women, how can I get a girlfriend? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 05:43 PM PDT For real! It makes no sense, please tell me how. |
Posted: 20 Apr 2019 05:34 PM PDT So I'm not sure if I should just not tell her anything? She said if I keep things from her then that's me betraying her. |

Question: Can I go to prom in my pajamas? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 05:29 PM PDT Is this allowed? For my senior prom? Btw I'm a dude I don't feel like dressing in a suit or tux, it makes me feel uncomfortable, but I'm caught in a situation where I must go and I really don't want to wear those clothes, should I just go with regular clothes? Is that fine too? |

Question: Do youger women like older women? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 05:20 PM PDT |
Question: What would you do in this situation? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 05:20 PM PDT You dated an older guy/girl, but they break up with you for being "immature". Throughout the relationship, you felt like that person was hiding something. Fast forward 2 years later, you start dating someone about your age and find out their father is the older guy you used to date. The whole time he was married and had 3 kids. Would you expose the older guy to his family or just break up with the older guy's son and let it be? |

Question: Am i being watched/stalked? Posted: 20 Apr 2019 05:13 PM PDT I was seeing a guy (Bob) a few months ago for a bit. When we parted he was really upset and told me that it wasn't over between us really. I met someone after him and am very happy in my current relationship. However, i have been out at supermarkets and bars with my new partner on many occasions and i have seen bob watching me from afar. I walked home alone a few weeks ago after a bar too to get my cab and he appeared and came over to me. He was actually really nice and said he had seen me earlier in bar with friends and had been waiting around all the time to see if i was okay. He told me walking off he can't stop falling in love all the time everytime he sees me. |
