Question: Ring size for an engagement for my girlfriend from the Philllipines? Posted: 18 Feb 2018 01:41 PM PST Hi guys, okay if this is the wrong place then my apologies, I really don t know where to ask this. But, I ve been searching since yesterday on the answer to her correct ring size and got literally only a bunch of incomprehensible charts(for me cause I m stupid) at all so it is getting kind of hopeless and frustrating. Well, let me explain. I want to propose to this special girl for awhile now since a few years and I know more or less she will say yes so there s really no risk of rejection. She once mentioned that she bought a ring back in her country that was size 17 that still fits on her finger. It s a bit embarrassing, but due to limitations on money, I could only buy her a cheap ring valuing around 100 Euro on Amazon and am planning to buy a proper one for our wedding. But anyway, in my foolishness and excitement, I bought a ring that s apparently size 14 in Europe. I was doubtful whether it ll fit or not, so, I tried it on my own finger to see if it is indeed to small. And well, it didn t went pass the, "middle part" of my finger. Now, for the question my good, fellow men. Can this size 14(Europe) ring, fits on her size 17(Asia) ring finger? If it doesn t can any of you experienced gentlemen gives me the Europe equivalent of this 17? |
Question: Okay to have a bridal shower next to a playground? Posted: 18 Feb 2018 01:33 PM PST I'm planning my cousin's bridal shower for a group of about 22 ladies. I found the perfect location, right next to the marina, has nice shade coverage (it was recently remodeled!) but its right next to a playground. I'm worried it might get a little loud for a shower? We decided to do it at a park because it was such a large group but not having ever planned a bridal shower, I'm not sure if the playground might be a little strange? I love kids and I don't mind it but I'm not sure if would be too loud with kids running around for one and I know - at least from the showers I've been to - it's always really private etc. What do you ladies think? |

Question: Single Maid of Honor? Posted: 17 Feb 2018 10:30 PM PST My friend recently asked me to be her Maid of Honor and I'm super excited, except I'm going to be single for the wedding. I've never had a boyfriend before and I don't want to ruin the balance or anything, but I'm afraid she's going to try to set me up and that sounds terrible. What should I do? |
