Posted: 22 Feb 2018 08:14 PM PST We may be compatible. However, I don't know much about you. That's hard to say. For starters, and started asking questions |

Question: Does this sound like a typical weeknight in marriage? Posted: 22 Feb 2018 04:57 PM PST Some things may differ, but basically, both home but doing things you individually enjoy? And not so much together? Sometimes my husband and I watch a show together, and recently we have, but that's hardly "face time" and otherwise we are both doing our own things. Is this typical? Or do most married couples talk more face to face or spend their night side by side? Right now we live in a small apartment and so we are usually in the same room. |

Question: How do I fix this issue between my Wife and I? She thinks I hate her family....I don't? Posted: 22 Feb 2018 12:42 PM PST My wife's sister (A) is getting married (short notice - 2 wks). G (wife's other sister- wants to throw an "engagement party" - NO parents/NO kids yesterday, they confirm: only food ($500) for the guests and that anyone that wants alcohol, they'd pay on their own...then there is a $500 deposit G tells my wife we can split the costs I think, "GREAT!" it'll be much cheaper since my wife has 6 siblings to split to cost with. G tells my wife we need to pay $250 since we already offered that much P can pitch in $150 K is paying $100 Y- my wife's brother/doesn't work - paying $0 A is the bride - $0 G is putting down the $500 deposit (but will get that back after the party) S - another sister - doesn't respond to any of the texts M - another sister - is in another state so she isn't paying Am I wrong but how is this fair that we are paying the most? We don't have much money either. So on short notice, without any details of what is going on (days until party) am I supposed to just agree with them and fork over money??? G is an attention hog. Now she will want people to recognize/praise the party: awww, she's such a good sister...but people won't know that this is all on someone else's dime....of course she will be getting most/if not all the $500 deposit back *side note, G and her husband have the most income and have very little bills/debt...and no children, yet they almost don't have to pay anything! |
Question: Is it fair my wife gets angry when I can’t help? Posted: 22 Feb 2018 09:37 AM PST My wife is a stay at home mum. I work but it's no where near as difficult or stressful as what she does. Usually at my lunch time she called me to pick up kids from school cause she is running late. I sometimes have to do shopping on on lunch too. She sometimes gets angry if I can't leave work for a few minutes to help her with something. She regularly asks if I can leave early to get home. If I do she switches off and leaves me to run the house while she uses her phone. I'm not usuals done till after kids are in bed. I usually do night feeds too. Have I a right to be pissed off? ☆ Sent from iOS Dr. Know! 1.1.04 |
Question: What should I do if I just started a new job but have to leave due to something? Posted: 22 Feb 2018 05:36 AM PST I just started a job last month that pays $40,000 per year. However my husband just got offered a new job across the country and it starts next month. My company is a small accounting company and when I leave I have to look all over again in my new city we move to. What should I do? |
Question: Just found out my husband cheated on me BEFORE and AFTER married? Posted: 22 Feb 2018 01:35 AM PST My husband & I together for10 years since college as each other's first love & things were great. We got married 1month ago,I found out he's been cheating, he denied. After showing him 'proof", he admitted he been seeing a girl (from same company;he even invited her to our wedding) before we got married. I found out after we got married he still texted the girl(like emotionally attached to her)& they still went out.He said he will never see her again. The man I trusted for 10years & was kind & loyal to me(maybe we got stressed before wedding).I afraid he wanted to only get benefits from me.He said he loves me for real.I asked him to come clean of everything, he said only about that girl he liked but they were over & he will try to re-build trust among us from his actions from now on & start over.Things got better. Weeks later I found out he slept with prostitute during his guy trip half year before he proposed to me.I told him to come clean & he denied few times. He then admitted he had slept with prostitute & some girl from clubbing for that trip & his friends took him to those dirty massage places for few times. He said he is sorry for those things & he wants me to be with him for his change to be a good husband. My guts told me he did have sex with that girl(but he kept denied before). He just never come real clean to me.I told him he's not mature & hes always curious about things.I still believe hes kind inside.I dont want this10years relation & marriage ends right away. |

Question: Could a 23 year old guy marry a 40 year old woman? Posted: 21 Feb 2018 04:56 AM PST I met this woman who I love but she's old enough to be my mom. I'm 23 and shes 40.... but she is so amazing and I really think it could work out. She has 2 divorces and 3 kids. We want to have at least 2 more while she can still have them. Im already all moved in with her. We've been together for 3 months and were discussing marriage. She already told me she would say yes if I proposed. I think we would have a wonderful life together. Should I go ahead and do it? |
Question: Married man keeps pestering me to sleep with him, what can I do? Posted: 20 Feb 2018 10:17 PM PST I am married. An acquaintance of my husband's who is old enough to be my dad contacted me a few weeks ago on social media. He told me that he was attracted to me and has been watching me online and likes how I look and wants to have an affair with me. His wife clearly loves him and regularly tags him in posts online. It makes me sick when I have to see how much she loves him and he talks dirty to me. Today, he called me asking me to meet up with him and have an affair (to put it in nice terms). I told him that even though my marriage is rocky, I am not comfortable doing this to his wife (my first husband cheated on me) and to please find someone else to do this with. He then later on told me that he and his wife have sex 4-5 times a week and he "loves the thrill of affairs and his wife has never found out and never will". I get sick to my stomach when he talks like this, and despite me telling him to focus on his marriage, he wont take no for an answer. What can I do? Why is he doing this? How can I make his wife aware of his double life? |
