Posted: 19 Feb 2018 08:54 PM PST It's tough to be a female in this field. It's hard to find "work friends". They're all men, and they all want to be with you sexually. Some women I work with play into their hand and will be with several different men throughout their career. To find a women work friend who upholds the same values as you is rare. I've had this specific work friend for about two years, and we've always agreed that our true families are what matters, and we aren't at work for a popularity contest, or to sleep with men, etc. Well, I found out tonight, she has been sleeping with a male co-worker behind her husband's back. I feel betrayed solely because we have had dozens upon dozens of conversations about how these men are just co-workers. I don't get it. This whole time she was sleeping with one, just like the other women on this job that she ridiculed. She has specifically told me numerous times that she finds it outrageous that some women use these male co-workers as their dating pool. Well, now she is, while cheating on a husband!! She is the exact type of person that I don't understand. Can anyone help me feel less blindsided? She was under my nose the entire time I've known her. I don't even know if she's my friend now, except that she was one of the few women I thought I connected with at work. |

Question: Would you divorce your wife if she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis? Posted: 19 Feb 2018 08:24 PM PST Especially if you have a kid as well since itvwould basically like having another child to take care of |
Question: Serious dating or just sex - what does his behavior say? Posted: 19 Feb 2018 06:12 PM PST We made out on the second date. We did not go all the way but pretty much close to that. On the third date, I felt like we took things too fast on date two, so when we started to kiss, I stopped him and told him I was not ready for sex and wanted to take things slow. He seemed a bit disappointed but he was fine with it and respected my decision. We met a few more times since and I made sure we hing out outside since I am not ready for intimacy. For our next date, he is asking me for dinner and a movie at his place. Is this guy only looking for sex or does he want to be intimate since he likes me? Are men always looking to get intimate even if they are serious? Or does this mean he only wants to get into my pants? |
Question: How to handle a moratorium on laughter? Posted: 19 Feb 2018 05:51 PM PST For years now, my wife has been so uptight and selective about what is funny and when it's appropriate, that rarely does anybody in my household have fun or enjoy lighthearted conversation. She does laugh about things and try to share sometimes, but I look at her and feel like she has some nerve and I'm absolutely not in the mood to share it with her. After all, the majority of the time she squashes any laughter anybody else has. What if anything should I do about it? By the way, talking about it only makes her angry and resentful. |
Question: Why does my wife do this ? Posted: 19 Feb 2018 05:51 PM PST Sometimes my wife cries after we have sex. Why does she do this ? How can I help her feel better ? |
Question: My girlfriend's father just proposed to my mother. what do we do? Posted: 19 Feb 2018 05:36 PM PST the girl i'm dating is about to become my sister! now what? |
Posted: 19 Feb 2018 03:52 PM PST Then after the third divorce after a while you were dating someone and then became engaged, then broke off the engagement. My dad told me to not be with people like that cuz it's too fishy for someone to divorce so many times. And that there's probably something wrong with that person. I also forgot to mention this person has two kids with the woman from the first marriage. |
Posted: 19 Feb 2018 01:47 PM PST Me and my wife have sex in the morning we rarely do it at night she likes to do it when we wake up. Is that weird ? |
Question: How do you deal with this situation in a marriage? Posted: 19 Feb 2018 01:19 PM PST Last night my wife and I got into it because she said that our communication was not what it was supposed to be. Here's her thing. She said that she hates to talk to me because I have an opinion on everything. When she wants to talk she said that doesn't want my opinion. Well , , , , how do you talk to someone if you don't want them to talk back. I guess she wants to come home and say, "Honey, the sky is raining frogs." I'm just supposed to say ok. Or here's the best one yet. When she comes to you about something you know more about than her then immediately she becomes an expert on it. She can ask me about a noise on her car knowing that I know how to fix a car but then she wants to tell me how to fix it, how much it will cost, and when it needs to be done. Again, how do you have a conversation with someone who doesn't want you to reply but then complains when you do talk back. She hates anyone's opinion other than hers. Even when that person knows more about a particular topic than her. She'll go to the doctor and tell him what the problem is. My wife hates my opinion so I chose not to say anything and that pisses her off too. I can go to the doctor and come back and tell her what the doctor said and this will be her reply. "I told you that's what it was." HELP!!!!! |

Question: Do you think this could help a marriage? Posted: 19 Feb 2018 12:17 PM PST TRY THIS: If you find yourself attracted to someone other than your mate, limit your contact with that one to only what is necessary and keep all encounters on a purely professional level. Do not focus on ways in which you think this person is superior to your mate. Instead, focus on your mate's positive qualities. (Proverbs 31:29) Recall the reasons why you fell in love with your mate. Ask yourself, 'Has my mate really lost these qualities, or have I become blind to them?' |
Question: Should I spend my bday with my husband alone or include friends and family ?? Posted: 19 Feb 2018 01:45 AM PST We've been married since August 2017. My birthday is coming up next month and I told my husband I want to spend it with him, friends and family. He's not happy about it because he wants me to spend it just with him. We talked about it and I explained to him my bday is not a romantic day like valentines. I want our friends and family to be included. But I still couldn't reason him and it continues to be an issue so much so that I'm not looking forward to the day anymore because I don't know what to do. He behaved this same way over Christmas and New Years and refused to include anyone else and we ended up spending both days on the sofa watching Netflix and sleeping while everyone else was out with their loved ones enjoying the festivities. I don't want my bday to be like that. |

Question: Do women divorce their husbands because of their sex drive? Posted: 18 Feb 2018 11:30 PM PST I have a beautiful lady friend that was married to a man and now she is divorced. She is married to another man. Now I'm sure her first husband probably thoroughly enjoyed having sex with her. Now if I where in his shoes I probably would of been rough with her from enjoying her so much. I could understand how certain women wouldn't like the way their husband is having sex with them. |
Question: My husband seems upset, what to do? Posted: 18 Feb 2018 09:32 PM PST So I have a son from a previous relationship. Tomorrow my son has a appointment to a new place and his father is going to go to the appointment too. My husband sayd that the father needs to stop inviting himself to my sons appointments. And that i need it written in our visitation agreement. He only goes to doctor appointments and school awards. And this is the first appointment for our son to see a therapist. So I can understand him going to this one. But it should be the only one he attends unless he is the only one taking him. I don't feel I have the right to say to his dad he can not go to things dealing with his child. But is my hudband wrong for saying this? Should i express that I couldn't tell my sons father he can't go? |
Question: What would you do if your husband suprized you with a d*ck piercing?!? Posted: 17 Feb 2018 04:20 PM PST I just got home and my husband told me he got his D pierced!! I said no you did not!! You are joking! HE WAS NOT JOKING he really got it done as a "surprise" and said he did it for us. I was in SHOCK I felt like I was going to faint and I just cried because I was so shocked as to why he did this. I just wondered has this happened to anyone and how would you react if your partner did this? |
Posted: 17 Feb 2018 02:35 PM PST Say it all started by wife flirting someone else, then you start flirting with someone else and it builds on, with out any confrontation. Is this consider an open relationship? or considered cheating |
Question: Why is all of this happening to me? Posted: 16 Feb 2018 05:26 PM PST Im not sure why life is throwing me this curve ball but im beyond stressed and overwhelmed by it all. I lost a 5month very difficult pregnancy due to a severe complications. This was our third time trying but this was the only one that went that far. A month later, the landlord of our rental gives us a 30 day notice. We found another home and went through the whole process of paperwork but a week later that fell through as owners changed their mind. We found another place but they dont take pets and we have a small cat. Now we have a week and a half and we dont have a place to move to. While im still in the middle of grieving my loss, im stressed to a point where i just wanna scream. I dont know what to do. I just wanna be left alone, i really cant deal with this chaos in my life. I moved out here for my husband and i feel like nothing here is going right. My husband doesnt wanna move out of state until next year but I wanna leave my husband here and move back to California which is home to me. I dont wanna deal with being here, I hate it here. What would you do if you were in my shoes? I wont give up cat EVER! She is like my baby and means everything to me. I cannot imagine giving her up but thanks for your input. |
Question: Relationship Advice needed, spouse jealousy? Posted: 15 Feb 2018 10:24 PM PST I've grown jealous of seemingly all their success. When I hear of accomplishments in their professional and social life, I immediately compare it to those of my own, of course in a negative light. From the typical friend of the opposite sex to them simply continuing their education. I attempted to look for ways to deal with this. I attempted speaking to my significant other about this. The response did not go well by any stretch of the imagination. I learned to accept that these feelings of jealousy come from an insecurity within me that ultimately has nothing to do with them. However, it's getting to a point where I don't even want to think of them, in fear of this inferiority complex getting to me. Of course I still care for them and I'm genuinely happy for their successes, but the feeling is still there. This has been an issue for nearly a year, and in that time it has grown worse. Trying to address this with them so far has not worked. No matter how trivial the suggestion, I appreciate it. |
Question: Husband wants to go to a bachelor party in VEGAS!? Posted: 13 Feb 2018 02:20 PM PST My husband has 1 friend and he's getting married and having a bachelor party in las vegas. I'm soo nervous about him going, i don't think he'll cheat, but the idea of him being around drunk half naked girls that are screaming and throwing themselves at everyone at pool parties, strip clubs and night clubs just make me want to vomit. He never goes out or does anything to make me not trust him, but he is so set on going because "he doesn't want to but feels obligated to" since this is his only friend. I just think it's partly an excuse because come on, which guy wouldn't want to go to a bachelor party in las vegas??? The fact that I told him i'm not comfortable with it and he is still going makes me soo anxious. As much as he says he's not interested in any of the "activities" and will probably just have a few shots and talk to the guys makes i'm still uncomfortable. I mean, wouldn't ANY MAN LOVEEE to be around drunk girls and strippers? ughhh.... Update: It also scares me because i know he will come back and say nothing happened, but I will never know for SURE, because obviously i won't be there.... My QUESTION is: Is this a deal breaker? Would most people divorce over this? I'm so torn... |
