IWhat happens if I inherit a home from my family and I make a living will stating that should I pass away the house is to be left to my children. Should my fiancé and I end in divorce down the road would he be able to get the house? Now pleaae understand this is for law purposes only. We have a wonderful relationship, just curious how this works since life can be unpredictable and I always want to be sure my kids are physically and financially taken care of.

Yesterday my wife picked up my check, looked it over and said "you make a nice bit." Something about that made me angry like she was invading my privacy. When I told her not to just pick up my check looking at it, she said "I'm your wife, I'm allowed to look at it to see how much you're bringing in." I don't really agree with with that but should I just allow her to do it? Is there any harm in it? I hear what you guys are saying but at the same time blind trust isn't a good thing. There is a reason the saying "You think you know someone" is a thing.

I m highly bothered by so call snapchat when I saw my spous iPhone he has so call Twitter and snapchat. If your married you suppose to appreciate your wife because you don t need to wast your time with bunch of shameless slut who throw themselves on you. Some of them showing their **** and private parts to randome man with no shame. They don t have morals dignity no respect. So I don t want my spous to be part of this crap. I told him I trust you but you need to delete those shameless.

I can't stand the father of my kids. I used to love him but now i just can't stand the sight of him. Being in the same room as him makes me sick. The last year and a half he's put me through hell and I don't love him, or even like him as a person. We fight constantly and that is not fair to the kids to be around. I wanna leave with my children but I have no money & no job. Kids father is the bread winner with a great job. I have a 22 month old and an 11 month old. I would get a job but I can't atm because they are so young and I'm at home taking care of them. Also I have NO family to help with them during the day so I can find a career/schooling. His family isn't around either. Please someone give me suggestions. I don't want to live like this anymore, or have this for my children.

me and my wife have been married for 13 years, have 4 beautiful children together and i find her incredibly attractive. over the years ive kept in shape, im tall (6'4) and well toned and fairly good looking. I work hard. So heres the real deal, my wife cheated on me in august with a coworker of hers. he was 19. she said it was just oral. I was devastated. It still haunts me. But im trying to move forward. So, we had sex pretty regularly when i first came back, 3 times a week or so, but the past couple months shes back to 2-4 times a month. I dont like that. Ill say stuff in the middle of the day on my days off like, "hey babe, if your not feeliung to rough we should fool around tonight." She'll say things like, "Maybe" etc. But nothing happens. What bothers me is that when i found out about her infidelity i left for 2 weeks. during those 2 weeks she was trying to hook up with everyhtnig possible. POF, craigslist, etc. What am i doing wrong? i just want her to be attracted to me.

I'm getting divorced. This is the fifth time at least, in 5 years of marriage that I've wanted to end it. Everytime, we try something new, listen to church leaders, marriage counselors, my parents, etc. and we say together. I've been unhappy with myself and my life ever since we got married, and he's still trying to make me stay. My parents call and bombard me and I can't get away from feeling like I'm trapped in the smallest box. What can I do to alleviate all this stress while we are finalizing the details of getting divorced? Also, we have two young children.

So recently,I found some strange hoods,golden knifes and make-shift bibles in my husbands closet. He leaves every friday to "Go out with the boys" and comes home very late. My son (18) has also told me,that my husband was very persistent that my son "saves his godly seed" and was inviting him to participate in a group masturbation with my husbands friends. Could it be that my husband is part of a sick cult?

When my husband and I argue he calls me names. I don't call him names but rather I state the issue. I don't believe in calling people names because it gets away from the issue. I usually respond by telling him to stop using those terms, remind him they are not going to lead to resolving the issue and it's an attack for which the purpose is to hurt me. I also point out that I'm not calling him names even when I'm angry. What should I do? Also I'm not sarcastic or belittling towards him. He will take any request I have and escalate or change the direction of it. For example, please don't drive so closely to the car in front of us (70 MPH and 3 car lengths behind the car in front of us). He then begins to say things like, "oh so you think I'm an unsafe driver?!" No, I didn't say that, just asking him to put a little more distance between him and the car in front of him. Then he says I do the same thing. To which I reply, "I try to maintain a safe distance." to which he yells "liar!" So he screeches over on the interstate, almost hits a concrete curb, almost blows the front left tire by hitting a pothole, and hits gravel going from 70 to 0 in less than 10 seconds (not sure of the time, let's just says when he hit the brakes, we slid on the gravel). So I offer to drive. That's just one ex. I did take over the driving because he was angry. However, he continued to yell at me so I told him I would have to pull over because his anger outburst is distracting to my driving and unsafe for us. I pulled over and asked that he please calm down so I could drive. he just retired and to tell you the truth, I'm relieved for those who had to work w/ him because I have seen how he treats them. The only time he has backed off me is when my son grabbed him & told him to stop.

He's very hard to buy for !! but i want him to be happy , he loves named brand so what i was going to do is spice things up a bit . he had asked for this Louis Vuttion bag a couple months ago but I forgot which one and i don't want to pick out something he doesn't like . Or i was just going to take him and my 2 children to New York for 4 days I need help and answers !!! he always makes me have a good valentines day I want to give him something to remember .
