MY SISTER SUPPOERT ME , MY DAD SUPPORTS ME AND SOME OF MY FRIENDS DO .. WHY SHE HAS TO DO THIS TO ME .... SHE VERY UN SUPPORTIVE MY FINAL QUESTION IS : WHY IS SHE NOT SUPPORTIVE ??

I have become very close friends with an instructor of mine. She is much older, 3x my age. She is 58 and I amd 19. She has helped me through a lot, we are close friends and talk every day about everything. She is almost like a aunt to me. She doesn't have any kids or nieces or nephews but she says I am like her niece, why does she say that?

i just moved back in with my mom as i was living with my boyfriend for a couple months . me and him are still together and doing good . but lately i have been feeling as if i have made a bad decision moving back in with my mom . i want to talk to her about how i feel but i don't want her to be upset with my decision of going back to my boyfriends. yes i know i'm indecisive and shouldn't be jumping around but i just want to do what makes me happiest . i do have a job and i am currently saving . p.s i know i need to save for my own place then i wouldn't be having this problem so no negative feedback.

Recently I have been noticing that my boyfriend has a short temper and so do i sometimes. It seems it happens more so for him when he's under a lot of stress. However I am under a lot of stress as well. I was just wondering what could we do as a couple to relieve some stress and tension off of us. He barely sleeps. When we see each other (usually it's after he gets off) and we spend little time together and he has at least five hours of sleep, more so why he could be irritable but he's asking me over. And if our work schedules allow it I do come when I can but usually I just let him sleep because of how tired he has been. It's just lately we have been disagreeing more and not understanding each other. He's been really short with me.. I would rather him get sleep if he's that irritable when he doesn't but he asked me over last night and somehow I get the short end of the stick because he hates his job. Even the sex isn't the same nor is the affection.

I do my best at work and in fact, every one else's boss really likes me and I always get positive feedback about my work ethic. (Just not from my own boss) My own boss really seems to dislike me. He is not a good communicator, and I have made a few mistakes because I was unclear on his instructions. I have not always asked him to clarify, but of the times I have asked him for clarification, it was not very helpful. When I make mistakes he reprimands me and does not seem to have any accountability for the fact that he is just a crappy boss. I have really tried to get on his good side by doing my work the best that i can and setting high standards for myself, and being polite and respectful as possible. I even got him a gift for christmas-- which he was very happy to receive (that was the only time he seemed to sort of like me). But no matter how much time goes by and how highly the rest of the office seems to like me, he just really doesn't give a crap (unless I did something wrong-- then he cares.) What the hell do i do? it's driving me nuts, I wish he would just go somewhere else

I hated my former boss and I get very upset when I mention or talk about her, what brothers me the most is her becoming friends with my grandma, they met cause I asked my grandma too come visit me, ever since I got fired when I spoked rude too me, my grandmother still speaks with her, its been almost 2 years since my former boss and my grandmother became friends and they shouldn t be cause I hated her so much. I deserved a normal job with no stressful thing too me where my former boss and my grandma became friends. It s a tiny family owned business, the wife was my boss which I hated her so much, I deserved a better boss then her.

So I work with this woman who has been married about five years to a guy I know. We will call this lady Veronica. Well Veronica has been texting and sending pictures to many men, of which I've seen the names and conversations over the span of 6 months (could've started long before that). She messages a man privately over the kik app. I've seen this mans name and know who he is. She messages several over Facebook messenger, and a lot she snapchats. She has it so her notifications are off and won't pop up. She also says she forbids her husband to touch her phone. So her husband has no idea his is going on. There are a lot of men. She has her phone out in front of me a lot of the time at work and I have seen her send pictures of her breasts, send flirty emojis, ask when they'll be getting home, etc. I feel so sick that I know about these texting affairs and her husband doesn't. It's an everyday thing. I get anxiety attacks thinking about it but I obviously can't go to him myself and tell him. I've thought about creating a fake profile and messaging him telling him his wife is cheating. What should I do? It's killing me to no end.

My husband's bosses are a married couple. The wife and I were on friendly terms until today. She is always texting ME asking for my husband's paperwork (trucker) and badmouthing him to me about things she needs or feels he should do (she is mad now that he is home sick with the flu and is trying to force dispatch him). I have worked in trucking and told her when I worked at "so and so company we did such and such" (speaking generally). She popped off to me via text & said "this is not so and so" she began again popping off about his job (which is not my business). I wrote her in all caps and told her that as the manager it is solely her responsibility to run her business and keep track of her paperwork, not mine. Then I blocked her. She began sending screenshots of what I said to my husband and said I dont need to speak to her that way. She popped off to ME FIRST. I have a policy that if someone gets nasty to me, I HAVE THE RIGHT to get 10X NASTIER. Who is wrong here? She started all of it by involving me in my husband's job! He already quit on her
