Question: I hate the car that my parents bought for me? Posted: 17 Feb 2018 01:27 PM PST I just turned 16 on February 10th and my parents got me a car for my birthday. They got me a 2009 Honda Accord. I know its not that old, but it has problems. When I drive it the car stops at random times, it's dangerous. And the window doesn't work. I can't even go through a drive thru because the window won't go down. What should I do? How should I tell my parents that i hate it and that I want a new car? |
Question: How are kids trying to cross state/country borders to meet strangers online..? Posted: 17 Feb 2018 12:57 PM PST There was a Canadian girl about 15 that tried coming here to meet a strange man. Recently, I heard there were two more girls trying to do the same thing— except they attempted crossing states to meet a sex trafficker. These are young teens, if not, one was a PRE-TEEN. It seems scary how they travel long distances and their parents have no idea. None of these parents had a clue. Most kids ended up exploited and abused, but the two girls had someone at an airport stop them. Are they receiving less parental supervision, or are they just getting more ideas to put themselves in danger? |
Question: Mom being verbally abusive? Posted: 17 Feb 2018 11:24 AM PST My mom has always been the angry type of person.Whenever my little sister does something wrong she starts shouting and she cant control her self.Later, she begins talking about how ungrateful we are (me and my sister). She gets mad at me even if i didnt do anythng. She later gets on well wirh my sister and act as nothing has happened but she doesnt do the same with me even though i didnt say a word or do anything. She constantly thinks she has to do stuff for us like cooking, cleaning.Whenever i ask to help her she refuses.Recently i asked her to start making healthy meals and she seems like thats a very difficult job for her.She sometimes makes me feel like giving up on healthy eating and all the things im on.In our family shouting is a normal thing and ir happens 24/7.I have always neglected it and thought it was just that my parents are exhausted from work and already have a lot of stress from there so i didnt complain but this is turning to a habit.I feel so bad about myself when they shout and feel like as if i did something horrible. It ruins my mood.I understand my little sister is very emotional and easily cries and my parents cant tolerate that but shouting wont fix anything.I sometimes think that they shouldnt have had a second child because it obviously seems like they cant deal with it.I cant wait to finish high school and move to another country for studies so i wont be around them, but i trully feel sorry for my sister. What am i supposed to do? |
Question: Is it weird to masturbate with my younger brother? Posted: 17 Feb 2018 09:43 AM PST I'm 16 and he's 12, we have to share a room and he always comes to me with questions about "growing up" and I always answer them, recently he's started masturbating and he always asks me to do it with him so I say sure, we don't like touch each other we just do it at the same time and watch each other, he's my little bro and he obviously looks up to me but is it weird because of the age difference? |
Posted: 17 Feb 2018 08:55 AM PST Something that they did at 10 years old will often matter less compared to their 16 year old decisions. During childhood, even if they commit a crime, things don't matter as much. But if it were during the young teen years, people regret it MUCH more. The teenage years seem to be the most fragile age. Let's say a 6 year old is the schoolyard bully who is undisciplined. Some won't remember being that person as adults. But if they were bullied/were a bully in high school, some are still effected by it. Why is this? |
Question: Am I crazy? Do I need help? Posted: 17 Feb 2018 05:29 AM PST Ok.. so when I get angry I hit myself hard I'm the head or hit the wall. I start to scream at people and get pissed for nothing... once I threw a plate on the floor when I did the dishes because I found the sound of the plates going against each other annoying and I was really getting on my nerves. Today I got mad because my mom threw away something that I needed that was in the attic. I went to my room and was angry and upset. I started to hit the edge of my bed and it hurt. The pain made me even more angry and I threw things off the desk. Then I accidentally touched my tree in the room and started to rip off the leaves until there was nothing.... I quickly realized that this was wrong.. I regretted everything.. do I need help? I also threw a plate towards my sister before(plastic). It hit the wall and shattered. Am I crazy??? I'm really worried |

Question: My family making fun of me for being vegetarian has gone too far, what to do? Posted: 17 Feb 2018 12:29 AM PST I never really enjoyed meat anyway (I don't mind if others do, you do you type of thing) so when I was like fourteen I decided to be vegetarian. My parents laughed at me and said when I started cooking my own meals I could, so I learned to cook but they still mock me. There's always some sort of joke during meal times and when I try to leave the table to eat elsewhere they get so mad at me and tell me to stop being so offended. Anyway, my younger sister has been learning to cook from my mom lately and gave me a "veggie burger". Once I knew it wasn't I got so angry and my parents kept saying it wasn't a big deal because I wasn't dying and my older brother just laughed and made more jokes. I'm 16 so I can't move out but it's going too far. I just don't like meat, that's it! I remember a time when I could sit down at the dinner table to discuss my day without someone demanding that I eat the steaks that are served. |
Question: Are we twins? Why are do we have telepathy abilities with each other? Posted: 16 Feb 2018 11:46 PM PST So my sister and I were born 387 days apart from each other. (1992 was a leap year). She was born 4/5/92 and I was born 5/27/93. Would that make us twins? So here s the situation. We have always been close since day one. As kids we were like pb&j, you couldn t seperate us. Now that we re older I notice a lot of odd happenings and coinidences going on. We can think what the other is about to say or know what the ither is going to say without opening our mouths. We even buy the same accessories and products the other has and don t realize it til later. For instance, I had bought a purple conair hairbrush. My sister came up to live with me and my family for a bit and low and behold she had the same exact brush but it was pink. Is that not strange? I can type a message and she ll send the same exact thing immediately after me. I m not sure what it is or how but my sister and I have always wondered about this. Is there a connection we have that iis unknown or unheard of? Sorry, I m just trying to make sense of it. |
Question: Why are adopted kids more likely to turn out badly? Posted: 16 Feb 2018 09:50 PM PST Although most adoptees end up raised in good homes, they still have higher drug/crime rates. Even if the adoptive parents weren't like that, the child has a higher chance of screwing up compared to biological kids. Especially those who were adopted later than 12 months old or has memory of having no parents. |
Question: Help please! Why is he doing these things? Posted: 16 Feb 2018 08:31 PM PST When we we're breaking up last time during the fight he insulted my mom saying she dressed like in club attire at church and I said his mom looked like she came from the stable. 2 months after I texted him he said he wouldn't forgive me and wouldn't allow himself to have feelings for me again. I think he prob waited for me to try to go back to him but I haven't, it's been 4 months.I think he expected em to go back. He's a deacon in church and whatever he does he keeps looking in my eyes and has smiled and said hi a couple times. He constantly looks at me. Today I saw him walk down the aisle and turn into the doorway and sneakily look at me through the door crack lol. A bit later I turned saw him looking and we locked eyes for like 2–3 seconds. I started going to the church 4 months. Does he stare because I go there. Would he do this if he wasn't interested though? But he's not making a move? |
Question: Urgent i got angry and punched a whole in the wall how do i tell my parents? Posted: 16 Feb 2018 06:11 PM PST I got so mad and i couldnt hold it in i threw my headphones accross the room and they broke and i punched my wall and now theres a hole in it!!! I covered it up with a poster but im smart enough to know one dau they will find it. How do i tell them? Or should i let them find it? |
Question: Can someone shut my service off if they are paying for the physical phone? Posted: 16 Feb 2018 05:06 PM PST My father begged that i had a phone for my travels (not a phone fan) I let him buy the phone and pay for the service because it was his wish. So, now i use it for things but he turned the service off. So i went and changed the sim card and put the service in my name. Im,not sure if he is still paying the actual phone, but if he is, could he have my service turned off and how? I imagine it is like someone sold their phone on ebay with one more month to pay on it and then they have that persons service cut out for whatever reason. It doesnt seem logical to me since he gave me the phone and i have had it for almost a year. |
Posted: 16 Feb 2018 05:06 PM PST Im currently 14 but when this happened i was 13 and it was over the summer...i went to my grandpas house for the summer where him my great grandma and my grandpas cousin were living...my mom was friends with my grandpas cousin but i never met him....his name was gary and i had a bad feeling about him. When i went over there he was just watching me all the time in a very creepy way like one time i went to go swim in the pool and he sat outside and just watched me the whole time...then he started to touch my legs and smack my butt it even got to the point where he was calling me sexy and grabbing my breasts...keep in mind i was only 13. It was a really scary thing for me and i wanted to get out of that house because i was terrified of him So i called my step mom and asked her to let me stay with her for a week and when we got in the car me and my sister sat in the back and i told her evrything...she cried and we hugged it out but then i told my step mom and she had me call my mom...my mom didnt even care and till today NOTHING has happened everyone just et it go...should i do the same? am i overreacting? i still cant even look at the shirts that i wore when he touched me without getting shivers up my spine...i feel like maybe since he didnt rape me i should just get over it and stop being a crybaby but its really hard for me nd im still scared of him today...my mom still has this guy on ******* facebook..but anyway thanks for reading this |
Question: Help I live with lazy in law? Posted: 16 Feb 2018 03:34 PM PST We husband myself and my two babies had to move to his parents house because he lost his job and we had no choice. I am thank full for that help mow my husband has a job and we are working towards moving out. Anyways the problem i have is we live with his parents and his sister who is 32 years old, The mom works his dad does not and his sister has no job since like 2 years ago and she makes a thousand excuses why she does not have a job all she does all day is use our wifi and netflix and talk to her girlfriend and sleep thats all. The problem I have is that when I cook a meal I clean all my messes and my dishes and pots all of it every single time I cook or if my kids make messes or my husband makes messes I clean it i even clean his moms dishes and dads because I dont mind doing it for them because she works and he is retired so I dont mind. What I do mind is his sister cooks big weird meals and makes messes and leaves everything as is and I mean as is. Day after day and she does not clean a fork a few weeks ago she made a big meal for her self and left her big mess. Then her dishes were in the sink so I pulled them out and put them to the side they were there for more than three weeks until his mom washed them. I used to wash them because I dont like messes but she does not do a thing she literally sits on her laptop all day and does not wash a fork. her mom says nothing to her and I refuse to clean her mess. Also if my baby makes a mess she is 3 they flip out and tell her to clean up her mess and she does pick up her toys. It is ridiculous that my baby gets yelled at but her daughter does not wash a fork or nothing and she says nothing to her grown *** daughter I refuse to clean her messes I used to cause i like things clean but I now refuse to clean up messes from a grown *** woman. I want to move so badly Oh yeah I forgot to mention His mother literally told me that she expects me to clean more because I have kids so im more responsible to clean the house like that I froze for what she said . Like she expects me to clean after a grown woman cause I have kids. You should hear her coming out of he room yelling at my daughter to pick up her toys because she made that mess then goes to the kitchen makes food and a mess and sits her *** down. I m in hell lol ALso she takes her plates and cups to her room and leaves them there for months sometimes there is no plates or cups cause they are all dirty, she has cats they poop in her room and she does not clean the litter box so the cats start pooping in her floor, YOu cant even see her floor cause tis full of trash but its her room so I dont mess with that at all . I just dont know what to do because im tired of cleaning her crap sometimes everything is dirty from her so I have to wash what I need touse |
Question: My nephew is a brat?!? Posted: 16 Feb 2018 03:22 PM PST ok my nephew is only 2 years old but he already gets mad if he doesn't get what he wants like he always wants candy sometimes refuses to eat his real dinner plate but my family does try because they get him to eat his dinner or no candy for the rest of the night, one time he asked if I wanted to play I said no he asked because his dad don't want to but my nephew was like oh have to auntie I ignored him but he said it over and over but his dad gave in to play with him and that's one of the reasons how they become brats |
Question: How do I get people to stop touching me? Posted: 16 Feb 2018 03:21 PM PST My family always forces me to hug them and they'll walk by me and touch my head or my neck or slap my butt or leg or arm. My mom and siblings don't do it as much, but my grandpa does it several times a day. I've made it extremely obvious that I hate when they do it and told them that it makes me uncomfortable, and their response is always, "Well you just have to get used to people doing it because that's just what some people like to do." Every time anyone other than a couple people I've known for years and gotten really close to touch me, I get really anxious and uncomfortable, but nothing I do has made them stop. |
Question: What to do my mom can't give me $180 to buy something I need? Posted: 16 Feb 2018 03:20 PM PST I'm going to college and my parents rarely provide me with anything. The only thing they provide is a house which we own and thats it. Every time I talk about buying or money my mom makes huge tantrum. My dad on other hand says no to everything. They refuse to get me insurance so I'm left with no health insurance because they can't afford to pay for anything how can I get help for my needs |
