Question: Any issues with a 33 year old woman and a 46 year old marrying? Posted: 08 May 2016 08:35 PM PDT Both never been married. 33 year old very much wants to be a mom. The 46 year old is fine with having kids or not having kids, he says. Do you think there could be some issues down the line with their age difference? If so, what might they be?
Question: My friend is cheating on her husband? Posted: 08 May 2016 08:25 PM PDT Okay, so they have a 12 year old daughter. She said she's gonna miss her daughter's birthday party just to go to Florida and have sex with a younger guy. She made an excuse to her husband that she is going to a business trip. I think this is way too wrong. My friend is actually a really nice person but I am shocked to see her make that decision.
Posted: 08 May 2016 08:16 PM PDT The first night she was gone I was solo depressed I even almost commited suicide! My heart was broken, this girl wrote in her diary and said she only married me because she wanted a baby. After the first night she left i stopped texting and calling. The second day she text me saying i stalked her. Because a few weeks ago i surprised her when she got off work with flowers. I didnt respond to the text, today she made a fake page pretending to be a guy that wanted her back, and would do whatever to get her. I know it was her because I matched the pw she always uses with the email. When I came home today I found out she took the cat we adopted back to the humane society

Question: If a woman loves a man, shouldn't she stay with him even if they are NOT married? Posted: 08 May 2016 08:05 PM PDT Women keep saying to men that they should get married so they can stay together. WHY GET MARRIED? My cat stays with me but I am not married to that cat, so why should I have to marry the woman who I enjoy spending my life with? Thousands of years ago there was no such thing as marriage, but people still loved each other and they lived together and raised families together, so why is there such a big push to get married now? I know a guy who loves his girlfriend and they seem to be happy together, but just lately she told him that he has to marry her in the next 30 days otherwise she will leave him and go find a man who will agree to marry her. He told her that he loves her with all of his heart but he can never allow the state to control his destiny and thus will never sign that legal contract we call marriage. So she is packing up and leaving him. So does she love him or does she love the idea of marriage?
Question: My wife is gonna find out I cheated on her? Please help I don't want her to leave me? Posted: 08 May 2016 08:05 PM PDT Please don't judge I really need help here..my wife was treating me like crap for 4 months straight I tried telling her so I made a fb another name and a different email....I was talking to my ex on it and my ex went and told her and showed her messages....I told my wife my cousin did it so she went and messaged him and he told her he didn't do it so she thinks I lied....if I tell my wife the truth she'll leave me please help? I absolutely love her and I screwed up I never met my ex in person only messaged her on this account
Question: I hate my own husband? Posted: 08 May 2016 07:58 PM PDT I know hate is a strong word, but I seriously bear so much resentment and hate toward him. I try to love him and at times I do feel happy with him, but I mostly hate him because he is a such a bad person:a liar, cheater, manipulator, really selfish and greedy narcissist. If it were a normal relationship, I wouldn t care if my boyfriend or husband called another girl "cute" because I m chill like that and I m not insecure, but when my husband does it it s COMPLETELY inappropriate because before he would message a bunchhhhh of girls on dating sites and send nude pics and everything. He says it s the past and that he has changed which is true, but he wants me to just forget about it. He has changed somewhat, but I still see that side of him And it s disgusting... I m Christian and I don t believe in divorce, but this is just disgusting
Question: Am I wrong to be mad, be honest? Posted: 08 May 2016 07:57 PM PDT My ex and I have been hanging out this past month. We're just really good friends, talk every day and hang out at least 4x week. We'll go do things and he'll pay or do me favors, but he's never flirty or touchy in public. Once in awhile he'll cuddle me once we're home. We had sex 1x and he never tried to have sex with me or even cuddle again after that. Then a week later everything was fine and he got in a fight with his family and blew me off once night. Next day told me what happened and said he'd call me later, never did. I waited for him because he always contacts me first. Still the next day nothing! Now it's been 4 days since we've talked and I haven't tried to contact him at all because I am trying to act like this doesn't bother me. I don't know if he's wanting a reaction from me, not interested, got what he wanted from the sex or what but this isn't like him. At this point I'm mad and feel like telling him to stay gone if/when he comes back. I keep wondering what I did wrong? should add that he put up a FB status about being dumped and there are plenty more girls.
Question: What advice do I give my good friend? Posted: 08 May 2016 07:55 PM PDT My good friend recently found out that her husband and daughter have been speaking and sending each other inappropriate pictures. He tells her that they are not and he loves his wife. She's devastated. What advice do I give her?
Posted: 08 May 2016 07:52 PM PDT I keep quoting women and providing evidence of women behaving basically like gold diggers and prostitutes but no these women care so much about the man personality and the relationship they have. I feel like the divorce statistics is the smoking gun. How can women make all these claims then end the relationship in the marriage when the dating gravy train ends and the man stops slaving to impress? When you are dating someone and he buys you something that is a financial gain but if you have joint assets its the same as you buying it and that stuff gets expensive.
Question: My daughter is 4 years old I want to change her last name? Posted: 08 May 2016 07:51 PM PDT My ex husband wasn t around when I was pregnant with her. I had her raised her. And have full custody of her he not on the birth certificate and she doesn t have his last name I gave her my maiden name when she was born now she s 4 and be 5 in June the only father she know is my current husband we got together when she was 3 months old how would I go about getting her last name changed to my current husband name
Question: Should women these day be trusted? Posted: 08 May 2016 07:41 PM PDT Women are snakes these days, one can't deny that. Is it safe to say that the true love of long gone eras are gone because modern women only care about a big dick and won't hesitate to **** another guy when she is married to the unfortunate fool that married the slut?

Question: Is being married even worth it? Posted: 08 May 2016 07:16 PM PDT I'm only 15 but I'm not stupid. I know marriages can be really hard and there can be a lot of fighting and stress. For you people who are married, is being married worth all the struggle? Wouldn't it be easier to just date people then let them go and move on to the next one?
Posted: 08 May 2016 07:15 PM PDT are you subjected to paying child support for THAT child? (assuming that you don't make any more kids with her) Under what circumstances does a step dad pay child support for the child that is not his??
Posted: 08 May 2016 07:13 PM PDT Baths tend to take longer, while showers are shorter. Though, of course, this depends on the person, and how long something is, is subjective. Some folks also take a quick shower right after their baths. Assuming this last part away and only choosing between a bath or a shower, does a longer bath have more practical benefits for your hygiene than a shower? Or vice versa? Or are they the same? This question also assumes that each individual does the "minimum" appropriate hygiene routine care while showering and bathing.
Question: Husband watching porn WHY ?!?!? Posted: 08 May 2016 06:58 PM PDT Found history of husband watching porn, I'm just confused an well pissed off,we have a healthy sex life so why watch porn especially behind my back, it feels like a form of cheating to me

Question: My husband isn't very nice sometimes.? Posted: 08 May 2016 06:42 PM PDT I am just having problems. i know my husband is depressed. However he keeps using it as an excuse for everything. He is on medications and he will go in and make appt. for therapy but will forget about it or just won't go out of laziness. He attempted to go to school 5 times and dropped out each time. Now we have this school loan debt for him without any degree. Right now he's home every day. The kids go to daycare. So he's home alone. But we just put the 2 weeks notice in at the daycare because he chose to stay home with the kids this summer instead of work. His plan is to go to EMT training in October. He is so lazy. He doesn't help with much. Even when he's home with the kids he's always on his computer or phone. I work full time as a nurse and have been picking up shifts for the extra money to try to pay off debt. He treats me like **** when he doesn't take his medications. When i get after him for not do anything he freaks out. I feel like i'm always tired from doing housework and working and busy with the kids and he gets away with everything. He does do housework every once in awhile. He also is very manipulative. He is more than happy to point out little crap i do wrong but as soon as i mention dropping out of school 5 times or not being able to keep a job he just gets pissed. I am just getting fed up.
Question: Is he going to propose? Posted: 08 May 2016 06:41 PM PDT We have been dating for about 9 months. He is very loving and sweet. We do not live together. We see each other every week. He lives in Indiana; I live in Ohio; and he works in Kentucky, so he wants to move there. SO to my question do you think he is going to propose to me at my graduation. A few weeks ago he asked me what I wanted a few weeks ago. I named off stuff I need for work starting soon. (I am going to be a nurse, I need a lot of things to get started comfortably) He said not stuff I need stuff I want. The following week he asked me again. Me being me I said everything I want has to wait. (I was referring to getting engaged, married, getting a house, having kids, paying off loans, all that type of fun stuff) AND As soon as I said that he said he thinks he knows exactly what to get me. Told mom about that conversation and she jumped right to proposal. Next I was talking to his mom on Wednesday about a job interview I was going to the next day that is in Ky. I told her my big concern was about the commute because it's almost an hour each way and 30 miles. She said "maybe you will have a reason to move there." As soon as she said that she started talking faster and added "But what do I know. You could always just get an apartment so you don't have the drive" Then I was offered the job on the spot. I called my boyfriend and he said good take the job since you are going to be moving to Ky anyways. He was very insistent that I will be moving there. I love him but I know I am not quite ready to get married. IF he were to propose, we would have at least a year and a half engagement if not longer. I am not in a rush for anything, plus I want my student loans paid off before I get married. I am 23 and he is 31. I AM PLANNING ON TALKING TO HIM. I just wanted to see if other people would read into the things the same way I did and was thinking that he might be planning to.

Question: I am 30 and she is 33. Is the age gap ok? Posted: 08 May 2016 06:16 PM PDT I am a 30 year old male and I met this lady who is 33 recently and we started dating. Is a 3 year age gap ok as she is older than me? According to all my friends she looks 3 years younger to me not older.
Question: Wife cheated on me night before our wedding? Posted: 08 May 2016 05:41 PM PDT My wife & I have been married 5 years. It recently came out that she had cheated on me the night before our wedding. There have been rumors around town that she is currently sleeping with this same man again. She admitted to me she cheated the night before our wedding & it was the biggest regret of her life but has adomently denied that she has cheated any other time ever. I'm absolutely devastated to find this out 5 years after we married & to be honest I'm not sure if I should believe my friends that have been telling me the rumor around town that she's been sleeping with this guy again or if I should believe my wife.? We have 2 children & I know how hard it is on kids to have divorced parents. I am not sure what to do? Should I stay with her for the kids sake or file for a divorce? I'm extremely hurt.
Question: How do you know its time to quit fighting for marriage? Posted: 08 May 2016 05:35 PM PDT
Question: Husband just "took off" a little upset/concerned financially? Posted: 08 May 2016 05:30 PM PDT My husband has a VERY close relationship with his father even though we live across country. His father is ill & we had all planned to fly out for a week next Saturday to visit. His brother called him this morning. I have no idea what was said but I've never seen my husband move so fast in my life! He just threw clothes in a duffle bag & left! Didn't even say bye to the kids nothing! All he said was "I have to go now!!" & flew out the door. He texted me he was at the airport & he would call me later! I have no idea if he got a flight or even what's going on!!! We live in Oregon his father is in Pennsylvania. He just ran out the door & said I'll call you later I'll call you later." I can't even begin to imagine how much it's going to cost him to get a flight last second at the airport nor how much it's going to cost for him to leave his car there/rent a car when he gets to Pennsylvania! I know I shouldn't be worried about the money but money is "tight" at the moment. Am I wrong to feel concerned about the money? Does this make me a terrible wife?
Posted: 08 May 2016 05:24 PM PDT Also my husband never spoke to her neither did I
Question: Do you agree or disagree in saving sex for marriage? And why? Posted: 08 May 2016 05:16 PM PDT My parents and I go to church on a daily basis every Sunday and sometimes Wednesday. My mother always tells me that it is forbidden to have sex before marriage. Somedays I want to save sex for marriage and other days I really don't think it matters. My mother also said it is special to save your virginity for your husband. Btw I am NOT having sex any time soon!

Question: My wife accuses me of cheating and always points out my flaws? Posted: 08 May 2016 05:10 PM PDT I don't know what to do about this psycho woman! Not once have I cheated on her, nor have I even looked at other women ever since meeting her. That's the truth! I am just a generally very friendly person, with a lot of female friends. Again, I have NEVER cheated on her, but I'm not going to lie that women do flirt with me occasionally, but I NEVER let them approach me because I DESIRE my wife and ONLY my wife. She doesn't know that. Lately she has been giving me **** for being a workaholic. I work overtime (over 60+ hours per week) because my hourly wage is not high enough to support both me, my wife, and our two children. She works part-time and attends school part-time, so she has more time with the children than I do. She calls me a deadbeat father for having minimal interaction with them, YET the ONLY reason why I work overtime is BECAUSE of our children (ages 1 and 2). It's not like I'm missing out on their development, as I check up on my kids every few hours when I'm work, constantly calling to ascertain if they are being cared for properly. Last night, my wife addressed her concern about our sex life - we haven't had sex in six months! That's a very long time, so I understood her frustration and offered to make love to her, but she didn't want to because I didn't seem "sincere about it". I am at the verge of filing for a divorce - she is a very grumpy and negative person. She was NOTHING like this before we had kids! What the hell should I do about this woman? We've been together for seven years now, and our marriage was NOT in jeopardy until we had kids, which it should be that way, as our kids are our biggest blessing, and not many couples can have children at our age (we're in our 40s).
Question: Did I commit adultery last night at my friends bachelor party? Posted: 08 May 2016 04:15 PM PDT Last night my boys took me to a hotel for my friends bachelor party with a stripper. During one of the games we were playing, me and another friend of mine raced to see who could lick whip creme the fastest off the strippers thighs and during another the stripper took the sucker out my mouth, dunked it in her vagina a few times and stuck it back in my mouth. I didn't think too much of it then because everyone was cheering me on and I was in the moment, but now that I've come down and had some time to think about it... Did I cheat on my wife or is it just something minor not worth mentioning?
Posted: 08 May 2016 04:11 PM PDT By the way, my daughter is almost 30 years old. My ex husband was physically abusive. Had to have restraining order. He lied about the abuse till the day he died and tried to cause division between my daughter and I.

Question: Why do married men flirt? His wife is perfect? Posted: 08 May 2016 03:10 PM PDT My parents have been married for around 25 years, no infidelities at all. I have always seen my mom as perfect. She was a confident strong personality. Completely trusted my dad, she had no insecurities. They are now in their fifties and she would stay up with him to watch his programs, always puts him first in terms of food and buying him things. She loves him and I ve always seen that he loves her. They kiss and hug all the time, have respectful arguments. They re both extremely highly educated (doctorates) but my mom decided to be a stay at home mom. Anyway, recently, I caught my dad texting some nurse that works in his hospital in a flirtatious way. It completely ruined me. my mom is close to perfect. She s on the heavier side, but she s had 9 pregnancies (4 miscarriages), but she s beautiful, charming, funny, kind. I have always seen my parents so deeply in love. She confronted him about the flirtatious comments and he broke down crying. Anyway, it has ruined me so much. I have no hope in love or marriages. Why do men do this?? My once secure mother is now questioning my dad. She feels like she gave him perhaps way too much freedom and security. She trusted him so much and she was always us so confident. Why would a married man who has his needs met (even in the bedroom, I know this don t ask), flirt with another woman. Do men not care about their wives feelings? That they made her look bad in front of that woman who s so happy that a doctor is giving her attention.
Question: Do a significant number of men get married in their 30's due to excessive rejection? Posted: 08 May 2016 03:09 PM PDT I am in my late twenties, I'be never been in a relationship before, I have went on few first dates, but none of them go beyond. Besides that, I face rejection so often, it's been a problem all my life, even I as I learned why each day. I feel like if not married soon it will be because of that, but I also hear a lot of people get married in their 30's nowadays in our generation, do you think rejection like the one I'm dealing with is a factor, and if so how much? ANSWER POLITELY, NO OFFENSIVE, OR RUDE COMMENTS, PERIOD!, OTHERWISE THANKS FOR YOUR THOUGHTS :)
Question: Is it wrong to leave your family to persue your dream? Posted: 08 May 2016 02:58 PM PDT Marriage and kids made me a dull man. No more excitement or adventure in my life. It's a very average and boring life style. Take the kids to school, go to work, come back from work, take them back home, sleep. Then repeat the same thing over and over and over again. I got tired. I want my life back. What should i do? Should i leave this boring mess and do something exciting like travel around the world?
| Question: She's Leaving Her Husband For Me? Posted: 08 May 2016 02:42 PM PDT I met this cute co worker at the restaurant. She seemed interested in me since day one and I was too. Later I found out she's married to a 30 year old, were 19... She asked me for a ride to work which I did.. I kissed her and we made out. | Question: How to collect evidence of mental and physical abuse? Posted: 08 May 2016 02:41 PM PDT I am suffering mental and physical abuse from my husband. He refuses to divorce and it is difficult to leave him. I have decided to put him on restraining order. But I do not have too many evidence. He is a very sneaky man. He would not really beat me too much. Just here and there. pinch me, slap me, pour cold water on me while I am sleeping. He knows laws and always says ' I just want to mentally break you down'. So many times, I just run off home but have no place to go. I felt so helpless. I live very far from family and do not know what to do. Thank you for any advice. |

Question: Predict this divorce settlement? Finances, assets, etc.? Posted: 08 May 2016 01:24 PM PDT I am a 19 year old college student living in a very tough situation. I have known that my dad was emotionally abusive to me, my mother and my younger brother for as long as I remember. I don't want to give away too much info, so let's just say that he's gone to therapy funded by his workplace. He also completely berates me and my mom and makes us feel like his dogs. He's threatened to cut me and my mom off numerous times. He always claims that we are torturing him because we don't meet his every demand. That's how bad it is. I'm probably an idiot for posting this on y.answers but I really need help. Here's their situation: -Married for 21 years -Parents have a joint bank acct. -Mortgage will be paid off on the house in two years or so. House is worth $500k -Dad used to make ~$50k but got bumped up to about $180 - $200 k 10 years ago. Now, he makes $380k including bonus -Mom went back to school in order to feel more accomplished. Her self confidence was really low due to my dad's emotional abuse. She now works part-time and makes $50k. Her self confidence is still very low, at least in my opinion. -Only debt is the mortgage and two cars. The loan left on the two cars is less than $20k. -My dad has a huge 401k (I think above $900k) but my mom's is pretty measly in comparison. -My dad also has a lot of money going around for investments. Not sure how much though. -younger brother is 16 yrs old (still a dependent) If I were to estimate my dad's total net worth, I'd say that it's definitely coming close to the $2 mill. range. Given this info, what will the divorce settlement be like? I know my mom is just staying with him to provide a stable family life for my younger brother. My younger brother has autism & he will have a harder time adjusting to changes compared to most 16 year olds. However, my mom is really thinking about leaving him soon. The emotional abuse is getting too big for her to ignore. and yes, there is significant evidence showing the emotional abuse that he puts me & my mom through as well as his colleagues. He asked if I park my car in the assigned garage at college and I replied with, "I don't know" three times. I was under the assumption that he was asking me if I am going to park there next school year, as in fall 2016. I didn't know that he was asking me if I parked in the assigned garage CURRENTLY. It was this instance that caused him to stop paying for my tuition because I'm "disrespectful" All the money my mom makes goes to me because my dad refuses to support me because I'm disrespectful. He only likes my younger brother because- I sincerely don't mean this in a rude way- he's autistic and simply listens to everything my dad says. He sits at home, studies, and acts like an 8 year old child with very limited free will. He has a car and a license but never leaves home for anything but school. That is why my dad likes him. My dad likes to control people. My brother is also on medication that controls his anger issues. Under the medication, he's very sedate and easy to control. It turns out that my brother is the ONLY person that my dad never has issues with. I should also note that he's been married before and NEVER talks to his ex wife and two daughters.
Question: Why do so many marriages end in divorce? Posted: 08 May 2016 01:00 PM PDT More people I know have split up parents than not. I think it's just a little odd and was wondering why. Is it particularly common in the UK or world-wide?

Question: Husband joined online dating site? Posted: 08 May 2016 12:47 PM PDT I usually know all the passwords for all the email addresses we have but this one email address my husband guards the password. I was curious why he would guard it so much so I figured it out and logged in. I saw emails from a dating site called Loveaholic and that he had a profile there. He hasnt sent messages or anything since you have to pay but he has partially set up a profile. No mention of him being married or any details. We have had issues in the past where he was OBSESSED with porn and would sneak off to watch it instead of having the real thing. I dont withhold sex. Im usually the one that initiates sex but it seems like there is no passion there. We hardly act like a married couple, just a pair of parents of 2 young kids. Im getting worried and I dont know if I should approach him on this or see how it plays out. Ill be going on Thurs nite so it would be perfect time for him to do things he shouldnt. I was thinking of putting a keylogger for peace of mind since its my computer he uses. If there is something there then Ill confront him. Not sure if Im approaching it right. I have banned porn since he was always sneaky about it and it was always the blond big boobed girls. Im not big boobed but Im in great shape so not a whole lot to compare. Anyhow I tried peaking his interest by watching a quick porno with him and all of a sudden I was actually being kissed and passionatly made love to. What gives? Im so lost as to what the hell is going on
Question: Things to do for a married couple who are home bodies? Posted: 08 May 2016 12:41 PM PDT Me and my husband are homebodies and don't like going out much, but we don't spend that much time together and just sit around and watch tv (the stuff all people do). What are some fun things we can do at home together? Obviously board games, card games, etc. Any other, unique ideas?

Question: Need advice...Longest married couple dance? Posted: 08 May 2016 12:36 PM PDT I would like to play a song and have all married couples take the floor. Then ask anyone married 1-5 yrs please sit down ...then 5-10 and so forth till only one couple is left...the one there that has been married the longest. Then they get a prize...smile. My question is what song would be appropriate for that dance. I was thinking..I want to grow old with you, by Adam shandler from the movie The Wedding Song....any other ideas? Thought this dance would be a nice touch.
Question: Another couple always copies us?!? Posted: 08 May 2016 12:35 PM PDT At first I thought it was sorta flattering and a little pathetic but now it's absolutely ridiculous. My husband and I are just trying to live our lives without being raced and competed against with this other couple. It's not like we can get away from them as my husband works with the man. They are actually friends but my husband does get annoyed that he and his wife always try to outdue and copy us. For example last Christmas my husband bought me a puppy and was waiting to pick him up until Christmas eve, the other guy (him and his wife hate dogs) ran out and bought her a puppy and gave it to her that day. He found out my husband was planning to propose to me so he throws a backyard wedding to a girl he barely knew. My husband bought a camero so he runs out and buys a fire bird, I bought my husband a nice pair of nikes and he goes out and buys a pair for himself telling us that his wife bought them (she doesn't work). The list goes on and on. It seems stupid but it's sooo annoying. They have been doing this for the last 6 years now. And if we do or buy something that they cannot afford "it's f-ing stupid" to them. I can't get away from this copy cat couple! !
