That is all they talk about. I can't relate to this, as I am not interested in relationships, and so i just sit quietly as they all talk about things to do with their relationships. I am obsessed with music, and they all like music too, but they ignore me when i talk about it. They are all bitchy and horrible, but I am more appreciative of differences and opinions, so maybe its the diverse in personalities. I have Asperger's Syndrome, so of course I am different and this makes things 10x worse because I have no understanding of them, or non-verbal cues that may indicate for me to stop talking about things i like. I just feel uncarpeted by them, but they all invite each other out and their boyfriends, but I hardly ever get invited. Sometimes, they invite me, but then they will say they cancelled plans, but then talk about it the next day. On the rare occasion I am invited and actually attend, they all ask me questions and then laugh at me. Is it my fault for being a weirdo? or why am I always left out? Am I too vulnerable? *unaccepted, not 'uncarpeted'...* |

I do have a group of people whom I surround myself with, but I just cannot seem to hold a conversation with any of them. The boys whom I hang out with either talk about sports or Natzi/Political/Racist jokes. The latter of the two is funny for about 5 minutes, but gets old quickly. I will just bluntly say this about the two girls who sit at our table, all they do is gossip, order around the boys, talk about their boyfriends, or other mindless crap ie: who would you bang if you were a guy. The majority of the conversations I have with people are strictly academic (ie Spanish 3- How do you know when to conjugate something in subjunctive tense?) There was 1 after school activity I had this year in which I had an interest in. It was Health Science Club. I didn't meet anyone new there, but there was one boy whom I got to talk to more. He is in my Spanish 3 class. We had some pretty deep conversations while we waited to get picked up. They were about things like the friend we lost to suicide, life, our issues, etc). We sometimes spoke over text about them, but then at one point he just stopped responding. I also tried to get into his group of friends just purely out of me enjoying being around them more (I'm acquaintances with them too) However that attempt failed. Is it just time for me to put myself on the same level as the other girls I hang out with? Should I start acting like I care about dating, gossip, and other mindless crap? I am extremely shy and I'm absolutely petrified of approaching random people. |

I showed up late to take pictures because of bad traffic, and she was really mad about that. The pictures, ride to the place were pretty pain-free. When we had dinner, it just felt uncomfortable. I would talk to her a little bit and she would answer awkwardly with one word or phrase. I feel like part of that was because I was sitting with my friends, and not hers. On the way to the pro, she let me know that she wanted to dance. At first, I was dancing with my friends, and she was standing around with hers. Then other couples started dancing, and I didn't start dancing with her for a while after everyone else had. Plus we only danced for a little bit of time....with no eye contact. After the prom. we hung out at one of her friend's house. I could tell some people were quietly making fun of me (whispers, text messages, etc.) and I personally, didn't want to be there either. So here's the question- I can't get this off my mind. We were good friends before this, but I feel like prom diminished our friendship. If I were to text her, what would I say? |

We have been friends for almost a year and all she does is text me nonstop. She is depressed and she self harms. I help her if she feels down and I try to stop her from doing those things. I'm always there for her. But lately she has been bothering me. She texts me from 7am and then she stops 2 hours after midnight. I think that's ridiculous. If I don't answer in 5 min I get 10 texts from her saying "hello?" And then if I don't answer for a day she is like "it's been a whole day where were you?" She made me stay up 4 hours past my bed time AND I HAD A STATE TEST THE NEXT DAY THAT SHOWS ME IF IM GOING TO THE NEXT GRADE OR NOT....when I took the test, I fell asleep during it. Posted: 07 May 2016 01:42 PM PDT So 2 days ago i was in class (math) and about 30 min in the teacher came to me silently and hit me behind my neck because i wrote on a paper instead of my notebook because i finished it , i did not say anything offensive to her i did not do anything that would disturb the class and i never did (i am one of the quietest kids in class) ,she just randomly hit me and imediatly after she found out that my notebook she was absurdly friendly and changed the subject within like 30 seconds , she hit my classmates before for things like checking the time on their phone and dumb stuff like that , she is not always mean , she often makes us idiots ,stupid but not always in a mean way ,i am 14 yo in middle school from romania and i did not tell anyone superior about this, and about 3 classmates saw it happen ,now the question is : what do i do? |

| Posted: 07 May 2016 12:33 PM PDT February of this year, my girlfriend at the time and I got into a fight and didn't talk all day and I went to work the next day, meanwhile she stayed home and she purposely ran over my dog, and killed it and told me when I got home that it was my neighbor and I believed her, In April she told me after she intoxicated herself that it was all planned and she did to get back at me. I slapped the **** out of her, I went nuts. I remember punching her so hard that she was out cold for 30 minutes and I forced her out and it turned even more physical because she tried to fight her way back in. She sat outside all day and screamed like a banshee, she tore my car up and broke my cats tail but I saved him before she could do real damaged. She disappeared and I didn't hear from her for a week but ever since May 2nd. My friends have tried to fight me, she is harassing me through different emails, she has told them I beat her and I raped her. It was all theses lies. I am beginning to hate myself and I have called the police and charges will be pressed against her but I am so scarred from this that I don't know if I will be able to date again. |

They made her into a different person and, because I was feeling suicidal I lashed out at her and hurt her feelings. We were both naïve and kept hurting each other with our actions.. I said a lot of things I shouldn't have.. we left on bad terms and see each other every day.. I did almost everything I could to fix things but she became closer with my bullies and rejected everything.. now every 3/7 days I keep having nightmares.. of us being best friends and how everything was... and then everything breaking apart.. the bullies taking her away from me and us fighting... it's really painful to keep reliving these memories... I've moved on and so did she.. I don't think about her much so I think she might be holding me back somehow... how can I stop having these nightmares without apologizing to her? we were both wrong but she's not the same person I know... she betrayed all of my trust... and hurt me... although we were both at fault.. should I go to church? |
| Question: I feel like nothing is happening in my life? Posted: 07 May 2016 11:46 AM PDT Seriously, I'm not a depressed person and i don't feel sad very often. But my parents got divorced two years ago, and my dad is really sick and wanting my mom to die because she left him. I don't really have a great relationship to him, but he's a nice person to me my older sister and little brother. I have a lot of friends, i love them. But i don't hang out very often in the weekends, usually I'm staying home watching netflix or hanging out with my family. But lately, i feel like my closest friend has been ignoring my texts and don't want to hang out with me, and i did mention to her that i felt like she was kind of ignoring me and now i think she's mad. I am doing great in school, i also have a lot of guy friends. I have just been thinking lately, i don't know if I'm sad or if my friends are ignoring me or what? We are usually hanging out after school. I just don't know anything, what can i do? I am a really happy person I've just been thinking a lot lately... |
| Question: Is it rude to mention your plans to your other friends? Posted: 07 May 2016 11:40 AM PDT I have a friend that has a lot of different friends in other social groups. Whenever she gets invited to go somewhere, she has to make sure we all subtly know it. It's been going on for a while and it's getting on my nerves. Today she asked to borrow a dress of mine and I was like, sure, go ahead (because I didn't want to wear it today anyway), and I didn't have to ask what she wanted to wear it for because she told me straight up she last minute got invited to a party. The piece of information was really unnecessary and I didn't ask. She's done this on multiple occasions and it pisses me off. I don't need to know all of her social plans especially when they don't affect me personally. It's rude and makes her look as if she's trying to rub it in my face that I'm not as "popular" as her. Should I talk to her about? I don't know what I'd say.. |

Friends were never an issue for me, and while I was really shy, it didn't really matter because I still had friends to rely on. However, my whole friend group and I separated when we went to high school. I've become more outgoing and extroverted ever since then, looking for new best friends to hang out with. I still hang out with my old BFFs, but they've definitely changed (aka they all hang out without me). I have friends at my high school, no doubt, but they aren't my group. However I know the girls who are in the friend group that I want to be in, and they are all just like me (look like me, dress like me, act like me). I can tell that they want to be friends with me too, but it's almost like I can't figure out how to be closer with them. I hate when conversation is forced and awkward, and sometimes that happens with them. It bugs me constantly, that they are the perfect friend group for me but I'm not actually in it. I always get shy about going up and talking to people, especially around people I don't know. I don't hang out with them during lunch, and I'm kinda nervous to ask to eat lunch with them because I'm insecure about people not liking me. What should I do? Should I just be more outgoing and social? please give advice!! |

Posted: 07 May 2016 10:41 AM PDT 2 days ago,I was with 4 friends,for the birthday of A.We went to A's home for the night.We talked,drank a bit.When we went to bed,Z (a girl) and I (girl too) were in the same bed. I've always been more tactile with Z than anyone.(hug, tickle etc) At 6 AM,we woke up,talked a bit and A,J and P (friends) went back to sleep. Z was awake, and I was in a playful mood so I started to tickle her a bit.I was moving my fingers across her belly,and she suddenly jumped,and said that I actually touched an erogenous zone.I stopped right away,and backed off.She said that I could try to touch her,and find her weak spots,cuz it felt good. I did so.I didn't touch her breast or her privates,made sure that she was okay with everything and all.I found her weakest spot and she kind of moaned (got the butterflies when I heard it). P woke up, saw us, laughed it off.I was kinda flustered that we got caught,so I stopped and tried to joke.Z wanted to keep going,so I did.I was just focused on her.We didn't go further because at 8AM,A's mother called us to eat.I stopped and we went like nothing happened. When we got alone,I asked her about what she thought about it and how she felt.She said that she enjoyed and asked about my weak spots.Since then we talk like nothing happened,and she doesn't seems bothered,but I still feel kind of weird,like it changed something for me.We are tactile friends,and it's true that I'm not sure about my sexuality,but I still just can't get over with it. She works for a company where she gets paid a very small salary and what she earns she uses to contribute to rent and groceries at home as her parents are also struggling financially. I, on the other hand get a rather large allowance from my parents and have absolutely no financial responsibilities. When ever we go out she always offers to pay but I always refuse because I know what her financial situation is.(On the very odd occassion i let her pay if its a smaaallll bill.) Since we've been friends I have spent an enormous amount of money on her almost as if we were married and I was the breadwinner. Is this wrong of me?? to continuously spend money on her?? I also fear being used and that it will continuously be expected and at the same time I have major doubts that if roles were reversed she would do the same for me.. would it be a good idea to continue paying for everything we do? I hope this makes sense. Any response will be greatly appreciated ♡ |

I don t really have that many close friends, but I might class him relatively highly cause of history. Anyway, I organized this party at mine with my only two other close friends (who he hates) and yesterday I saw this guy, he s like oh I heard you re having a party, why am I not invited? and I was like well its people who you hate and it s really not your scene but he basically stood there for ten straight minutes guilt tripping me into inviting him in the middle of school... Now he s invited and I think either he ll completely freak out cause he hates pretty much everyone there or will ruin it for me... What can I do? Thanks. |

And yesterday I said to my friends that I hate the guy and would like to beat him up, because he is a weird ******. And after school he came up to me and said that he would like to fight me on Monday. I'm 18, 6 ft 3 , 207 lbs and i work out. He is 17,I think 6 feet, about 170 lbs. So looking at that I said yes. And then my friends told me he that has a brown belt in Jiu Jitsu. I looked at his instagram and he had some pictures on the beach and he has that weird Andrew Garfield body type where you cant tell that he works out. I wanted to fight him, but everyone told me to apologize. I tried to apologize, but it didn't work because he was being a dick. I sent him a message on Facebook. Here is how it went: Me: Sorry man I was being rude, I don't want to fight you. Him: Yeah, you're a dick. It's ok tho. Me: Don't call me a dick, just accept the fu*king apology. Him: Oh you're gonna need a new passport photo when I'm done with you. Me: How long did it take you to come up with that? Him: Less thn it took to get your mom's number. Me: **** off back to England, you little asshole. Then he blocked me. I know that i overreacted, but I was angry, you dont talk about mothers like that. Now i have to fight, What do I do? I was thinking of paying some guys to **** him up? What would you do? |
