There's a person that I'm really into at the moment, and I know that the feelings are mutual. The only problem is that he is strictly involved in Catholicism, and I consider myself agnostic. I used to be Catholic, and we used to go to the same church, but during my time in the church, I had very negative experiences that made me separate myself from the religion entirely. I cannot see myself ever going back, and I'm afraid to tell him that. We often have clashing opinions on controversial topics such as abortion laws, lgbt rights, and other things that the Catholic church sees as an issue. He says that he's an open minded person, and the arguments we have over those issues don't bother him, but they kind of bother me. He's also said that he judges people based on whether they believe in God or not, so that just adds up to more anxiety about telling him. I've told him that I'm not an athiest, so he most likely assumes that means I am a religion of some sort, but he's never really asked. I know it wouldn't bother him if I left him to think that, but I wouldn't be comfortable if I didn't tell him the truth. How should I go about dealing with that? I should add that we do get along very well on other topics, whereas we play pc games on steam often and he's very funny, it's just when we get into politics and religion where it gets not as pleasant. I've been seeing someone for three years, we dated for a year and a half, broke up and stayed friends after. Scenario: Say you are still in high school as a senior. It is near the end of the year and you have started hearing back from colleges. You are accepted to a very prestigious school (Harvard, Stanford, etc.). However, your loved one has been accepted to a local university but not a high end school. The local university is still good; a UC. You have been in a monogamous, loving relationship since freshman year. You have always been there for each other and spent a lot of time together and have had very pleasant memories together (i.e. football games, prom). It seems you two are inseparable and have not had major problems. Now the question is: would you go to the high end school and receive a top education? Or would you attend the local university with your loved one while still obtaining a good education? This is something that just came to me and not anything real. I work overnight for 8 hours a night as a baker and it's a very time restricted job. For me personally, I've always been a pretty quiet person, very laid back and on the shy side. Lately i've been working a lot by myself and very beneficial for me work/quality wise because I get distracted easily and risk getting behind and messing up. Depending on the person that works with me at night, they can either help or hinder me. Well now they have someone that will be working with me (just us 2) and she's VERY talkative. Well I'm going to try and keep this short and simple, but it's going to be difficult because the relationship I am in currently is extremely complicated. PLEASE take the time to read... He messaged me on Instagram within a few weeks and after we were talking we recognized each other from the restaraunt. So he kiked me. But when I lost my log in I made new accounts and he finally found me after a few months. I love him a lot. He's the only guy around here that likes me. Every other guy hates me, they won't even look at me, let alone talk to, or date me. No joke when I say everyone. I am cyber schooled due to that. The reason we are not dating is because he is turning 17 in a few weeks and I turned 14 a few months ago. My parents and his Dad don't want us to hang out, let alone date. He does care about me, and he said he loves me, and doesn't want me for sex, even though that is what he talks about 87% of the time. He said he'd sneak out and come over to have sex with me, but he won't come meet my parents for some reason. But in order to hang out my parents want to meet him to see if he is nice and trustable, in which he isn't. I want him to stand up to his Dad and tell him he is going to date me anyway! Don't tell me not to make sure I know him, I want a descriptive plan on ways to hang out with or date him. But my parents have to meet him first. They are over protective and they do not let me out of my sight, I cannot even walk around in Walmart unless they can see me! So how do I get him to be mine and see me a lot? Please no short 3 sentence crap, thanks!

My best friend lives with his grandparents and they took in a stray cat that had been hanging around the neighborhood for a while. They feed and pet her but I never see toys anywhere so I don't know if she's getting played with. I've had cats my whole life so it makes me sad to see that she's not getting the attention she really needs. they had a cat before they took in this one and the cat was in what looked to be a sickly condition but I don feel it's my place to say they're neglecting the cat though there was obviously something wrong with her. I put it out of my mind but when they took in another cat I was worried because I fell in love with her and I know she deserves a better life. She's a Bengal and she's an adult cat I'm not sure how old and she's normal for the most part, she's friendly and cuddly so she's used to humans. Now the part that really gets to me is that there is something wrong with her health wise and there's nothing I can do about it besides yelling at my friend to help her. They won't take her to the vet, she's losing patches of fur on the back of her neck and top of her head and also on her hind legs on the inside she's losing fur, and her skin, where it's exposed is beat red, the worst is that she breathes rapidly as well so it's internal as well as external. She's a sweet cat, I hate seeing her suffer, but I can't steal her, that would be horrible plus it's my best friend. I don't know what to do...

So I'm 13. I have a boyfriend of 2 months and we haven't done ANYTHING (all we have done is hug and he's very nice). me and my mom have been close, but now it's like a battlefield. She says she's a feminist, yet all she does is slut shame and criticize me. I'm a straight A student and I'm called stupid every single day. She also thinks I'm a slut, which I don't even understand because I've never done anything "slutty". She's also just very judgmental and rude to me. I've tried everything and nothing has helped. I'm a very happy and upbeat person who is Id say very open minded and non-judgmental. She's the opposite. Same with my grandma even more than her. (She hates me by the way). Which my grandma is living with us right now because of health issues. The two of them are hell. I'm not saying I'm an angel or anything, but I'd say I'm a pretty good kid who doesn't deserve this. It's becoming very overwhelming and she also gets very mad at the littlest of things (to the point where she might hurt me). My dad lives in another state bec they are divorced so he's no help. AHHHH WHAT DO I DO?!?!

So I suspect one of supervisors doesn't like me very much but fakes it when he has to. He can be seemingly very nice one minute when we have to talk about work or make small talk about something but detached and cold another minute despite being friendly to everyone else no matter what. For instance, he could be outwardly joking with someone but like in a way to include others, almost like having an audience or something, and could be smiling about it but when I laugh or smile about it he then has a straight look on his face. It's like, weren't we just joking about this?! Or if I try to make a joke of something, he says nothing or doesn't even smile to acknowledge I was joking, even though he will when someone else makes a joke about something. I am someone who will either smile or laugh when I know someone is joking with me even if just to acknowledge the joke and be polite, and he is the type to do that too...to everyone else but me. So what gives, why can he joke with others but not me? Does it mean he hates me?

I'm confused! Me and my boyfriend are planning on moving in together he's 23 and I'm almost 21. I have a child that's 4 and she loves him as well. Or relationship is great. The issue is I'm not close with his family and his older sister doesn't really like me. His mom is moving out of her home and has five more years to pay on it until it's hers so she doesn't want to get rid of it. She's offering a 624 a month for 3 bed two bath plus tv room, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, patio, and pool in back. I was nervous about taking the house because drama with his older sister, his bum cousin may want to stay with us, and I'm not close to his family. Mixing family and business is hard. I agreed to move in but two months before move in day I wanted to check out apartments he was stuck because he loves me but it's wrong to diss his mom so close to move in day. So I went apartment searching with my mom and found I can't afford it without a roommate. I love my boyfriend but I'm stuck. He's assuring me his sister won't have her drama at our home and the cousin will not ask to stay. I don't know what to do. He says if I find a good apartment for a good price he'll move in the apartment. Should I just stay in the house? Please help.
