My first job I had for about 3/4 months, then they out me on call and never called me again, last time I worked for them was about January, if I were to put it as a reference they would give me a good review most likely. This new job, I was very excited and optimistic about, only to find that the assistant manager that is mostly always in charge of me because I work after the manager has clocked out, the assistant manager( let's call her trish) is the manager on duty. Anyway, she acts like a total ****. She yells at me for stupid things like not closing fitting room doors or not picking something up bcuz I didkh see it, common human mistakes. She humiliated me on several occasions in front of my coworkers and customers. Bottom line, she is a huge *****, and I'm a very understand person too, but I dislike her. Anyway, what do I do? Do I suck it up and be miserable or should I quit my job? I'm afraid if I quit it I won't get another job or if I do I'll hate her too, bit honestly I've never hated anyone before, honestly, I'm just a nice person, I can not work in this environment but I don't know what to. She talks to us like we're little kids on such complex subjects that should be taken seriously. She acts as if she's being deep, but instead looks as if she's preaching to us. For instance, we were reading Ayn Rand's, "Anthem" and in between every sentence she stopped the flow of the writing to nail it in our heads that this society is bad. That's one of the worst parts; when she tries to explain that something is wrong, all she says is that it's bad, giving no context to it. When I challenge her and ask her about things, she gives some of the most bulls**t answers ever. I think she tries to sound smart, but ends up looking like a fool and she doesn't really know it. I've tried explaining why I'm so frustrated with her, but the only word that I think fits is pretentious. When people ask me to elaborate it's hard to give it a concrete definition, with me saying that it's when somebody tries to look better than they actually are to impress other people. But the problem with that definition is that she doesn't really act smart, she just thinks she is. As I said earlier, she treats us like we're on Sesame Street. So how do I describe her? And if you can, how do I deal with her? I don't want to prove her wrong or make myself look better than her (overall she is the teacher) I just want to get a better understanding of her character, because honestly it's hard to take her seriously. |

Me and my Ex have both spilt up and he lives in his flat. (We've never lived together) He earns around £40k-£50k per year!, I'm on just over £20k, And he won't pay anything towards our daughter. He only paid for her, When we was together, Now we've spilt up he thinks he should only pay for her when she's with him. But I said she still needs feeding and clothes when she's not with you. Even when she is with him, He doesn't buy her anything. And it's not like he can't afford it, He has a brand new car, Desinger clothes, And his new GF has a Daughter too, And he pays things for her daughter yet she isn't his. I've told him, He's not seeing our daughter until he can man up and start paying Child Maintenance for her, He said he will take me to court and get custody, If that did happen, Will the court make him pay CM, Or not? Or can he just get custody without even paying? I think it's really unfair, That he won't pay anything or even buy her clothes, Food etc. What do you guys think? |

We've only gone out a handful of times because we are both single parents, he has his boy on the weekend and I have my daughter on weekdays, so it's opposite schedule. We go to lunch on occasion and he has one free weekend a month. That free weekend was this past one, so he asked me out. We stayed in a cooked a delicious meal together. It was Such a great bonding experience. I stayed over and the next day we went to a 6 flags park. We had a blast! He was constantly holding my hand hugging me, rubbing my shoulders etc. Afterwards we went back to his place and sat and talked for 3 hrs. Past relationship, what we want in the next etc. He disclosed that he had a regular booty call, but he doesn't see it as more than that. It kind of hurt hearing he had one. He told me he could see us together long term but we are still so new together. But I also know he is regularly on the dating site. I don't know what to think about that. I'm really considering it because it's a block away from my college campus and its a lot closer to my new job than where I live now, so it would be very convenient. The problem is, I have a girlfriend who is already moved out and lives in a two bedroom house with her roommate (who she doesn't really like but they are mutual friends). Anyway, we had talked about getting a place together a few months before they moved in together, but we never did. She has even asked me a couple of times if I would want to move in with her because her family owns the house and they don't have to pay rent, but I've always told her no. My girlfriend rarely ever cleans, so the house is usually a mess and I don't think it would be fair to just move in without really telling her roommate. I feel like it would be crowded and she would think I was trying to take her place. So anyway, what should I do? Do you think my girlfriend would be mad if I chose to move in with my buddy instead of with her? Does she have a right to be? Is there anything I can do to make her understand? I just don't want to live in a dirty house all the time and I definitely don't want her roommate to feel pressured to leave. |

Posted: 23 Mar 2015 11:12 PM PDT So there was some kind of event in my city, i'm not sure what was happening, it was evening and it was pretty cold outside, i was still living in my last apartment and i'm not sure, but i think that i kind of looked like i used to back then (i moved like a year ago). So my girlfriend (i'm with her for 2 years and she is my first love and i'm her first aswell), was waiting for me outside, (i did not see her) we were talking on the phone, when she said that. I was getting ready and she said that i need to hurry up, because we were supposed to go outside. We finished the call and i was getting ready, i'm not sure, but it took me like 10 minutes or something, it did not take that long. So i went downstairs and she was not there, i think i was calling her and she was saying that i was getting ready for too long and that she is already at the event (i don't know what was happening and what kind of event that was but i think it was "City's festival" (it's once a year when there are a lot of activities in the city and people from other places come to your city) so i was searching for her everywhere, but i could not find her, i started to run there were a lot of people, but i could not find her, i think i was calling her, but she was not answering. I don't know if i found her at her place that evening or on the evening next day, but i was talking to her and she confessed that she was not even waiting for me, that she was not at my place it looked like she did not even care. |

Posted: 23 Mar 2015 10:52 PM PDT i am a 19 year old and honestly me and my girlfriend both have a border line personality disorder cincidentally enough. i have been with my girlfriend for over a year now who i am deeply and unconsiderably in love with..i cook for her, serve her, buy her gifts, give her massages almost on the daily and call her my princess. there isnt a moment in time where we are not in contact, we see eachother apmost every day and we facetime eachother everynight to go to sleep. but there has been a small issue i orginally ignored since around the third month it has consistently gotten worse and worse up to this point..there would be about a couple days to a week out of every month where she would be very irritable with me and "over corrective".. "dont do that, dont do this, no do it that way, omg stop it, dont swear when my family is around" anything along the lines of trying to re-teach me manners and everything i already know..almost seems as if she has no trust in me, it feels like im a stupid piece of trash. i cant even cuddle her right without her pushing my hands away and getting annoyed at me..whatever i say i feel belittled and lately its become more and more apparent..whenever she gives me snarky comments i just absorb them and it hurts..im really afraid to lose her but when it becomes too much for me i occasionally just say "whatever if you dont want me around then **** this" and i just go somewhere to be alone. but the times ive done that she gets extremely depressive.. |

| Question: Could conception date be wrong? Posted: 23 Mar 2015 10:27 PM PDT Okay, I'm in the process of getting two guys tested to see which one is my sons father. I was 100% the first guy was but we did a home DNA test, he took it home with him (to his crazy baby mama's house) and didn't send it in until a week after collecting the samples. It came back he wasn't the father but I am in denial. My conception date was June 6th (didn't know the other guy then and didn't sleep with him until the end of June, pure honesty!). I had a rough pregnancy, I was constantly monitored and measured even had a mri. I've had nothing but level 2 ultrasounds after my 20w scan, me and my son were measured a couple times a month and he always measured the right week (up until the end because his head was larger than normal due to his condition, arachnoid cyst and hydrocephalus) his head measured 43cm when he was born, had a c-section of course! At 38 weeks. My conception date nor due date NEVER changed. How likely do you guys think my conception or due date could have been wrong? If it was wrong my son would have been premature and I'm sure the doctor's would have noticed if he was but he wasn't, he was a whopping 8lbs 11oz! Any opinions would be great! |

He's really helped me in becoming better in my sport and in life. He's also inspired to look into that career (I'm 16- Sophomore) and I want to let him know I really appreciate what he's done. I know I'm only a patient to him but he's been a huge role model. My sessions are nearing the end as I get back to gymnastics and it's definitely going to be bitter-sweet. When he saw the empty brown bag he instant assumed it was one of us 3. He asked us "Where is the Apple box in the brown box?" I used to do drama a lot and in fact went to drama school for 10 years so I instantly got into the confused character. He told us to empty our bags. I lied and told him I left mine at school.
