Then the teacher, dean, principal what have you will ask others what happened & these other students will lie & side with the bully, Then the faculty member will reason that everyone is siding with the bully so he must be telling the truth. When in fact, these other students are helping the bully bully me, by lying with him. I just got suspended for 3 days because of this. |

I don't want to miss that but what has what happened is I have become very worried because one of the rules of probation is I cannot possess or have control of any firearms. I don't. My friends keep them locked up where I don't have access to them. However,I am staying in the same house. What if my p.o.says I have to move. I have nowhere to go and even if I did cannot go anywhere w.out p.o. permission,so should I call crisis with my concerns. I don't mean something like, "how do I pack my boxes?" I mean how do I get prepared to say goodbye to my friends and go to a new school with people I don't even know. My parents say we're probably going to move around the end of May (which is the end of the school year for me) so I'll have to stay the whole summer worrying about school in August and not being able to have my friends come over to my house a lot. I'm not too good at being social either. So the friends I have now are the ones I've been friends with since I was in elementary school. That means when I get to my new school making friends will be difficult for me and I always hate sitting alone because it makes me feel as if I'm standing out. How do I get prepared for all of this? |

Hell, the girl couldn't shout even if her life depened on it. That's my best friend. She's moving back to her homecountry, which is my motherland as well. We swore to get into the same college and move into the same condominium. We made a lot of promises for the sake of keeping our bond strong despite the distance and the measely online interactions. I'm scared of breaking these promises, because I'm scared of losing the "flare" in our friendship. I'm worried that one day, we'd be having an online conversation, and we would have no idea how to talk to each other anymore, that we'd no longer be comfortable with using caps lock with each other. How do I stop this from happening and how do I cope with her lack of presence? |

Posted: 15 Mar 2015 03:50 PM PDT My wife and I have been firends with these other 4 couples for some time now; the 10 of us (5 couples) have been friends for a very long time, especially with the men as the wives came along later. Anyway, now we're all married and we don't get together as much because we all have responsibilities like jobs and a few of us work on our own. While my wife and I have certainly faced difficult financial times as most people have, we've managed to have an steady and healthy income most of the time; now we own a small company and we're doing quite well, we're not wealthy but we can pay our bills just fine and have a decent amount of money available for going out or buying stuff and else. The thing is that whenever our friends and us decide to get together it has become impossible as they either want to do one of two things: 1. Hang out to have beer and smoke weed (which we don't because I get sick with weed and my wife has never been interested in drugs of any kind) because they don't have to spend more than $10 and they just love weed. 2. Go out but they never want to spend more than $20 or $30 per couple so that gets us nowhere because they can't decide what to do on such a limited budget. Truth is that most of them have a very limited income (except for one couple and ourselves). How should we go about this? We really like our friends plus they're the only ones we have. It's just that they never have any money and they want to go partying big time on 20 bucks which is of course not feasible or they just want to get high and as I stated before we're not into it at all. We actually texted them last night when they all wanted to get together but couldn't agree on budgets or a place; we came clean telling them we were really sorry but we got fed up with the same old thing of them always not being able to agree on budgets and/or a place so we would just be at such place at such time and they were welcome to join us if they liked but we just did not want to waste more energy. It seems they got pretty pissed as they didn't reply or show up. |

Once, when I was taking a test he got paranoid, saying that he thought my clingy friend had kidnapped me, and the other day I was trying to go outside with my other friends and he said don't go, and he uses my phone everyday for his homework, and then when I was getting something from the commons area, he got paranoid, and once during when we were in sixth grade, he got butthurt when one of my friends turned around to say hi to me, and claimed that he was a "Best friend thief". During Band Camp, he came to my rented dorm room uninvited, and my friend didn't like it, and he wanted to get rid of him, and stay in his own dorm room, but his excuse was his roommate and he didn't like him. | Posted: 15 Mar 2015 03:45 PM PDT ive had this problem throughout school, i dont really recall most of school, i was told i cried and was always in the guidance office, after school i was put into a program for people with disabilties and worked at a enclosed workshop. but i was let go cause my counsellor said i am very hard to work around and people get offended easily by what i do or say, but i am not sure what i do that is so bad, no one explains anything to me. i live with my mom and i collect ssi, but i dont really enjoy anything other then video games and watching movies, i feel very uncomfortable going to the store or going out. i mean i have money but idk what to do. no one hardly even talks to me, i even asked one of my brothers friends how come i never get invited to any events like ufc or bible study, he said that no one has patience to deal with me and i offend them :(. even when i go to the store and i try to start a conversation with, the person acts like i have a disease and tries to avoid me, the girls in the deli wont even look at me, i dont understand. well written expression seems to be easy for me, i can talk fine on the computer or typing. but when i actually try to talk, like i guess i am too blunt. like when i used to play world of warcraft and there was a kid in my guild that said he was black, i refered to him as the black guy, but he said he liked to be recognized, i thought nothing of it, wasn't being racist but people think i am. not sure. well its hard to explain myself, when i approach a girl and try to talk to them to be nice, i say they have pretty eyes or hair, and they quickly tell me i am weird or creepy and or say they are married or taken, when i talk even talk to them sexually and it leaves me confused, even like on facebook i was messaging people i thought would be nice friends and i say how nice they look and they have interesting hobbies, they either respond sayimg in weird and creepy or block me :(. |

The other day, she was driving and got rear ended and he told her that she wasn't allowed to go to the ER, because he didn't want to pay for it. I know that she is choosing this because she won't do anything about it, but I'm concerned. People have tried confronting her about it, but she won't do anything. He said stuff like I was really photogenic,not like most girls,he's glad we met,etc. I brushed it off and didn't think too much of it. when school started after a month he left schools and we stopped being friends because he lied to me- saying that he lied is an understatement of what he did. Anyway I really hated him for a while. Also apparently he told his friends that I was in love with him.For the past few months though everytime I go out he is a lot of the time there. And he always does this weird stare that everyone notices. Also he tries to get me angry because that's the only way I will talk to him. Lately, whenever we were both free, he suddenly had something to do (like his grandparents anniversary dinner?) but yet he continued to contact me wanting to hang out. We made plans to do dinner yesterday. We made these plans Friday, and talked about meeting up all day yesterday. He was downtown at the St. Patty's Day stuff, and I told him NUMEROUS times I wasn't going to that. But an hour before our plans were supposed to go down, I don't hear from him. He texts me back an hour 1/2 later saying his "phone died" and "left it in his car" he apologized, and told me I should come downtown because it wasn't too crowded. I said no, and I was pissed. So I told him today it wasn't cool to blow me off. I live 22 miles away from the restaurant, and he wasted my time and gas. Then he told me he wanted to stay "closer to downtown" SO WHY DIDN'T HE JUST SAY THAT!? I told him not to contact me wanting to hang out again, but was that mean? One of my other friends was texting me about it at the time, and now( a few weeks after the rumor stopped) she saw it. My mom is livid with everyone who was involved in the rumor and she is going to the counselor and she is going to tell them that I'm being bullied, and she wants to file police reports, and blow the entire issue out of proportion. My guy friend will be hated and labeled a snitch, and so will I, and in reality, his friend was the one who accidentally started the rumor, and I don't want anyone getting in trouble because I've already hashed it out with people and the entire situation is done an over with. Well today I found it on accident and I know it is hers because I seen her artwork. Well she was lying to me about quite a few things, possibly even her sexuality, and I am quite upset about why she never told me. Like we have never fought and we have been friends for ten plus years, the longest "fight" we've had last one hour. And I am quite upset as to why she doesnt trust me with her secret account. Little story, we both meet at High School. She likes me the first time we met but I wasn't ready for a relationship so I just respected her. We became a classmate on our second and third year. She probably realizes that I'm more enjoyable as a friend so she just moved-on from me but she asked me during our third year that if both her and I wanted to build a Big Sister and Little Brother's relationship and I always wanted to have a Big Sister since I was a kid therefore I accepted. Since that day, I always call her Big Sister and she calls me Little Brother We go to the same university I'm currently studying management and she is studying law. She had 3 ex boy-friends but she always asked her former boy-friends that if it's fine to have me as her little brother and her ex boy-friends were fine with it. Now she has another boy-friend, since she begins this relationship she doesn't call me "little brother" anymore but she always treats me the way she treated me before. Does her new boy-friend have something to do with it? I'm fine if her new boy-friend doesn't want her to have me as her little brother, although I admit it hurts me. Should I ask this to my Big Sister about this? What should I do? |
| Question: Should I apologise even if it makes my OCD worse? Posted: 15 Mar 2015 02:56 PM PDT I have really bad OCD and have for years. Last summer I even saw a specialised therapist for it. One of my OCD rituals would be to apologise to people I knew in the past as a kid. I think I was a good kid and i'm certainly a good person now. However, I may have gone through a stage of hanging about with boys and kids that were a bad influence on me. I always always very quiet and shy, so I found it hard to fit it. I think there were times when hanging about with these kids, where I may have been mean and picked on some kids. From what I remember I may have been mean to him and another guy. I have already apologised to them and they were over it and said it only happened on a few occasions. I also apologised to another guy the other day and he said that he doesn't even remember me being mean to him, he said I was always pretty nice to him. So I guess I must have made that up in my head to feel bad? Anyway, today I remembered that there was another kid I may have been mean to. Me and my friend didn't want to hang around with him because he was younger then us. I feel like he may not even remember but I just feel guilty if I was ever horrible to him and made him sad or upset. I just feel like I shouldn't keep apologising to people for things that happened years and years ago as a kid and it makes my OCD worse. What should I do? Should I apologise again and give in to my ocd? I'm scared that if I don't the thought will never leave me and I won't be able to enjoy my life... |

Posted: 15 Mar 2015 02:41 PM PDT Hola, yo tengo 14 años, y de aqui a hace medio año mis amigas empezaron a salir por las discotecas y eso, y yo tengo una amiga que es asi como muy madura y siempre le ha parecido muy mal todo eso, y esa amiga es vecina mia asi que mis padres se llevan muy bien con ella y mientras yo haga las cosas como las hace ella, estan bien hechas. Bueno pues el caso es que yo no he salido con mis amigas porque ella no salia, y el sabado sali para probar y me gusto mucho, bailamos y bebimos un poco, casi nada. Y mi otra amiga no fue porque no queria. Y mis padres se han enterado de que no fue y dicen que no me van a dejar salir mas. El otro dia me dejaron hasta las 11 que me parecio poco, pero algo es algo. Y ahora me han dicho que mis amigas son una mala influencia cuando no es asi, y que no me van a volver a dejar salir, y si salgo solo hasta las 10:30 porque no se fian de mi. No se que decirles para que confien en mi, porque no hago nada malo. A mi con que me sigan dejando a las 11, y no salir todos los sabados, salir pues dos sabados de cada mes. | Question: Do I have a personality disorder? Posted: 15 Mar 2015 02:39 PM PDT Into high school and now as an adult (almost 29 year old female), I haven't had the desire to have close friends. I avoid people like the plague. If I see someone I know in a store, I make sure to avoid them because I hate small talk. I make excuses to not hang out with people. My roommate (soon to be ex roommate) doesn't understand I don't want to talk all the time. I avoid looking at her because I feel like she's a mall kiosk employee, must avoid eye contact or they think you gave them permission to speak to you. I become very stressed whenever I agree to hang out with someone. I never have anything to talk about. I don't have a life so there's nothing to say. I like to spend time with my daughter and cats. I definitely prefer animals to humans. I sometimes feel the need for a friend, but then I think about how much work goes into a friendship to maintain it, so I don't bother. My family was never close. I never had grandparents or cousins or anything live in the same state as my immediate family. I don't work with the public either. I work in an adult residential facility that doesn't require me to leave their home. I have no coworkers on shift with me and I love it. I don't understand why I am like this. Sometimes I really do want a good group of friends and someone i can hang out with or whatever, but I just don't want to do alall the work to maintain something like that. Its extremely stressful to me :-\ what's wrong with me? |

The other person joined the military and ever since, we've been speaking less and less. I see it as: now that the person has experienced life abroad, made himself a great deal of money and made all new (probably better) friends, that I've simply been forgotten and replaced...because I'm not good enough to maintain a working relationship with. Due to this experience, I have decided not to let anybody else behind my walls again. What is the point when your emotional investment means so little and another person can judge you unworthy? If I can be so easily forgotten about, then I must be the problem. |

We have known each other since 20 years and had been best friends through most of it. Though since the last 2-3 years, it hasn't been the same. Cut to november last year. It was her 25th bday and her brother wanted to do something special for her. And though it was his idea, I ended up doing all the work for the surprise party (inviting her friends, paying for her gifts etc.). And this being after we have not celebrated a birthday with each other since the last 3 years. Add to the fact that I don't mke much money and I spent half of my salary on her bday. (she is unemployed and the last time we met I paid The bill. at the party, I felt super sidelined. I ended paying a chunk of the bill too. Her brother still hasn't paid me back for the birthday gift we supposedly bought "together" for his sister. During the party she loudly asks in front of everyone if my dress is the same one that I wore that one time we went out. (Girls will understand) Then on the way back home. Another friend of her asks her to join us in the backseat, so we could talk and she refuses blatantly. I ask her to drop me home, which isn't that far away from hers and her expression tells me she couldn't care less. I was hurt so I didn't msg her, but surprisingly she never msged me back either. I got no acknowledgement for doing all that in my meagre salary. when my 25th came, no midnight wish. No gifts. Nothing. I don't understand what I did wrong? I am hurt. :( |

When schools over or breaks I'd jus say "k cya" and they jus would jus wave back. Thing is they're really nice so I didn't notice they were kinda surprised until one girl started hanging with me and would show signs of awkwardness when I'm bout to leave school lol Anyways towards the end of the year my group of friends started hugging other girls they knew, then that's when I realised that they do hugs, just not around me, maybe coz I left first without hugging, which I do most of the time...so they all jus went along... But yeah now i force myself to hug but i sometimes avoid it when i get the chance hehe...i guess I'm jus not the type to hug plus even my bff hates hugs too so when we're bout to part ways we jus say cya lol except we hug erryone else coz we feel bad for not hugging coz it seems like every girl gives hugs goodbye and hello...oh yeah and with guys I do the same...but of course if it was toward my bf or whatever I'd hug the crap outta him lmao jus saying... |
