At first he was affectionate, he couldn't keep his hands off me and throwing me compliments here and there. Now, he never pays me compliments and most importantly he isn't very affectionate, physically. if we kiss, it tends to only be a peck on the lips. And very rarely do we have sex. His excuse is always I'm too tired. I mean I have spoken to him many a times about how I feel. How it makes me feel unconfident, am I too fat? Not sexy enough? I have questioned myself, is he cheating? But I trust him. tonight I went on his iPad to play a game and saw he had been watching porn. This really upset me. I 100% feel that I'm not satisfying him enough in all areas. I just don't understand why im not good enough for him. Why that girl in the porn video can satisfy him and not me. Posted: 31 Mar 2015 03:23 PM PDT I'm 19 years old, living at home, currently going to community college to work on my AA, and I don't work (never had a job, wanted one sometimes, but my parents made a "deal" that I focus on studying and they focus on income). I'm feeling a little conflicted on what I should be doing in my life, more so watching what my close friends are doing. They are around my age (19-21), either moved out or planning on moving out to around the universities (there's none in our town), and they're all working. My parents have always been protective and somewhat strict over me, especially more so when I started going out with friends. I recently came back from a multiple day trip with them and had a little *taste* of living with them, and I really enjoyed the independence. I've been pondering this. My parents want me to live at home until I finish all my schooling (which will be until I finish medical school), so that's a long time, but i understand it's expensive out there. My group is planning on all living together by one university and my family and I are relocating to another one, but i'll also be applying to the uni they're going to live by, so if I get accepted there and not to the other, I could move in...but my parents would be very upset. I don't know any of this, I'm still new to the *adult* life. Could someone please give me some advice on what I should do and consider. No rude answers please. Thank you. |

It turned out that I fell in love with him...he liked me before the benefit thing happened but when we was in middle school we both liked each but I didn't want to start dating at that time.... few years later goes by and we started to be friends with benefits. .he wanted to take my virginity at that time and I let it happened. We had sex a few times but I was worried that I was gonna get pregnant because we weren't using a condom. At one point I thought I was pregnant because I missed my period and since that happened he never talked to me(took a preggo test and it was negative) ....I was really upset. I used to backpack and I was away from home months, even a year at a time. There is a sense of freedom to that which is unexplainable. And meeting people on the road is far easier than meeting people and making friends at home. I have a good life. I can't really complain. I have a good job, I have an amazing, loving girlfriend, I have a couple of friends that I hang out with from time to time. But sometimes I wonder if this is it? I can't stop him and don't want it to sound like I don't trust him (it's her I don't trust). For this reason, I have a feeling he doesn't actually read my responses to the guided-reading questions he assigns...because if he DID read them, he'd know I know exactly what's going on and more. I think he just skims through to see that we've responded to every question, then gives us credit without checking the content of the responses. I'm working on one of these assignments right now and I'm tempted to write "do you actually read my answers?" directly in the middle of one of my responses. Just to see if he actually sees it. The next day my brother walked into my room and told me he knows and that he told my mum (I think he told my dad too) and how people would see me as vulnerable (because we are both girls) but I didn't want him to know, I didn't want my family to know yet and they do and I had no choice in that. So two weeks later my mum and my brother told me I'm not allowed to kiss her at school (which I don't think is fair). Then the next day my brother came to my room and told me how he never kissed his girlfriend in school and they were a normal couple and that me and my girlfriend weren't and that it wasn't going to work if I had only seen her at school. I was terrified so out of fear and frustration I broke up with her to keep my family happy, even if it meant me being miserable. I've missed her ever since, every time we talk I feel my heart break more because I know I can't have her. I became pregnant last month and because I have diabetes I have a number of appointmenets I must attend. Some of these appointments days fall on work days (not always) just depending on what they have open. She does not have any backup whatsoever so instead of saying she'll try to figure it out she scrutinize me and says she doesnt understand why I can't do it this day instead, etc. Because she is a nurse she thinks she knows everything about my pregnancy and what I should do. The last straw was when I went to her house and she said: Oh btw, my kids all have strep throat, but you're already exposed so you might as well keep watching them. I am freaking pregnant the last thing I need is strep throat! I am so done with her, I feel like since she is family she takes advantage of me. I live with my grandparents and they have full custody of me. You see, the problem with the kids is the fact they can do whatever they want! The older two do some pretty sick things, like sh*tting on the bathroom floor and wiping in on the bathroom walls (in my grandparents house) and trying to make themselves puke on the furniture are the two things that have happened on more than one occasion. The 5 year old broke a door in the house and started digging up the flowers in the garden. My grandparents were sick of it and told him if he wants to see me he has to come alone, because the kids aren't welcome anymore. My dad is angry at them and has told me things will be changing if they don't stop being so difficult. Do you think he has a right to be angry? Me? I don't. I think he and his wife should focus on changing those behaviors in the kids, but they don't care. At all. |

I met him 6 years ago and I moved in with him as our relationship grew. We've been very happy but the apartment is now feeling small and constantly needs repairs due to leaks from upstairs, noise due to thin walls. We have just grown out of the current space we have and I've been talking to him about finding a brand new, bigger apartment for us. The only problem is, he keeps putting it off, finding reasons not to go and telling me that we don't need to move. He's been doing this for almost a year and we keep having to pay more and more rent increases for an apartment that doesn't get much attention from the landlord for constant repairs. He recently told me that this apartment is home for him as it holds alot of sentimental value to him. I empathise with him but in the meantime I'm trying to start a life with him where we can both grow together. He's a great guy and I want to be his rock and even be "home" for him wherever we are. Some background info is that I was diagnosed with high functioning Aspergers Syndrome when I was a little girl. I'm currently dating someone who lives far away (like across the country far away) and we've been together for a bit under a year at this point. I don't have a firm grasp on what love is or feels like, so I don't know if I actually love my boyfriend. I hear all of this stuff like "Love is when you're always thinking about that person, and it makes you both happy and miss them at the same time" (this seems like conflicting information) But I don't feel like that. I don't have any special feelings for him beyond what I typically do for friends and family, but I'll get little pangs of hurt in my chest if he says certain things. The last time that I can remember is when he called a female friend of his cute, which she handled rather well, by saying that needs to say that to his girlfriend. Also, he's the kind of person who gets really serious when it comes to relationships, and said that he can see me as his future wife -- which I'm totally okay with -- but I'm just concerned that I might not actually like him as any more then a close friend, which while I wouldn't be bothered by marrying him, I think it would be unfair to him if it turned out I don't love him. Even showed her the apartments that I had chosen. She seemed fine. Then I did a criminal search and explained that since it is so close to the school and the hospital that they don't have anything near the apartments. She freaks out because I mention a school. In her mind, I had said that my daughter would be attending the public school. Tried to assure her that I am still saving the $1000 a month for private school, and that it is a permanent part of my budget. She is forbidding me from moving out because I am ruining my life ( aka she will no longer have complete control over me). I feel like a teenager. I am 26 years old and she has me afraid to start my own life. Plan right now is to move out while she's at work and tell her after I am gone so that my last two weeks are not hell on earth. |

My brother-in-laws brother (let's call him "Z") was kind of looking at me all the time after that there was an after party which both me and Z attended he was like always calling me to go take pictures and being friendly which didn't harm me cause we were supposed to get to know each other. Long story short after the party my mum told me that Z came to her and ask her for permission to ask me out and i was like what?!?!?!? and my mum seems to like him and is very supportive. Two days after the wedding he added me on facebook and because i live in another town my brother-in-law uploaded a picture and tagged Z saying "leaving now, bye" After that we started talking and opening up about each other for about 5 days until today my sister texted me saying that "remind yourself that we are family now" "and he'a just a player he brings ramdom and different girls home all the time" "he's just being nice a friendly so you can fall for him" "if he meets someone better he will just leave you" but he was in a five year relationship !?!? But i don't know what my sister said is true or not, but my mum says he's a nice guy and my sister told me to stop contacting him and unfriend him on Facebook. Should i continue talking to him or just keep it in family zone. |

I'm 15 (yikes I know, teenagers can be moody and inconsiderate) and she is in her mid 40s. I have a older step-sister (17) and she never gets in any trouble, seriously. She will leave her trash in the bathroom and I WILL get in trouble for it, but that's not the point. My step mom went into my room yesterday while I was at school and bagged up all of my clothes. (I HAVE NO UNDERWEAR) I had to call my biological mom to go buy me some more necessities. I couldn't believe she did that. I have nothing but a bed, dresser, and TV in my room now. Last week she told me that I just move back with my mom. (I live full time with my dad) She told me that I disappointed her yesterday and kept scolding me about things I didn't do. We are obviously checking each other out in a common study room 2. He noticed I was alone without my friends , approached me and we introduced ourselves 3. Ran into him after that he was with his group of friends and I was with mine and we both avoided each other 4. I said hi to him the following week when he was by himself, he didn't notice me and was caught off guard and then left 5. I've been making myself available distancing off sitting alone from my friends hoping he'd approach me but he's always with his friends I just find it frustrating, like why talk to me if we have no classes or anything- if u want to pursue something than just do it- he seems to be doing nothing at all. We either completely avoid eye contact or have too much eye contact from a distance. What should I do? |

Her kids are a first grader boy, a fifth grader boy, and a 7th grader girl. Im an 11th grade girl. Im always respectful and friendly to them all. At first they were all nice, but then the 7th grader all of a sudden started being a lil *****. She didnt like my behavior while playing the wii, and pulled the 'its my toy' out. Then she later basically told me in could gtfo of her house and go outside bc she somehow, in her mind thought my lighthearted jokes were serious offenses. She is the only one who thinks this. I decided id express my feelings in text, with explaining myself, giving her respectful criticism, apologizing, and making it clear I had no hard feelings. She, in turn, forgetting all logic, went on a never ending hateful rampage, filled with smart assed remarks, her incredibly off interpretations of my actions, and putting words in my mouth. She even said she wishes id never stepfoot in her house again. Should i never go back, even though they are kind of my new married into family, whom everyone but her i enjoy? We had an instant connection, and we were finally able to meet last Wednesday. (He just left yesterday. We were very long distance, plus he was busy with school, so that's why it took us so long to meet). Anyways, we were very close before, but we bonded even more once we met in person and he even asked me to be his girlfriend. I can tell that he loves me. That's not me being naive, I know he does, all of the signs are there. (The way he looks at me, the way he cuddles me, he strongly believes that I'm "the one," he would do anything for me, he is completely devoted to me, etc.) So why hasn't he told me that he loves me? Shed lost about 6 inches of hair before I inspected the hair products.I informed my then live-in be immediately. He said he'd remedy the e situation. Our relationship has since fallen apart and my children and I are moving ASAP.Of course no he says I have no proof it was his children. I I know his children did this because they had gotten into trouble for picking on my 9 year old one week before and they were furious! Cursing and slamming doors. We have lived together for 7 years. He is unwilling to pay for the hair care issues that have been caused. His children are mean spiteful assholes who lack discipline. They need to learn a lesson. I phoned the police to file charges they said it was little more than mischief and I'd do better suing the parents in small claims court. I still have access to all computers, game systems and televisions.... I want to hem to have none of the season things... but, I don't want it traced back to me. Immature? The first day of his class I was sitting with a group of girls in class and he would come sit down right next to us. A few of my friends were using lip gloss and he would ask to smell my lip gloss? When we would take tests he would pull a seat up next to me and sit and stare. Or he would stand right behind the wall where I was sitting. He also told me I looked just like his wife. Then things get really weird.. as I was walking out of his class he put his hand down my bag and his thumb went into my pocket he looked at me with his weird black eyes and laughed and walked off. I've caught him looking at my chest and watching me bend over to get my books. The weird thing is he calls me out in class. If we're talking about the Act he'll say, "what about you selena? Do you even care about the Act.. you'll end up working at McDonald's. All the teachers talk about how bad of a student you are." The crazy thing is I think he picks fights with me because it turns him on. He does it to some of my other dfriends too. If we're having a fire drill he'll follow me and my friends out side and listen to what we're saying. Someone also found his Pinterest and it's full of porn, witchcraft and other weird ****. During that grounding i went out and saw a friend. However, my mums friend saw me and told my mum. So now, im grounded again. My mum says ill get ungrounded when i can show im 'mature' and 'responsible' Right now, im studying around her and helping around the house. It's easter holidays and ive had to cancel sooo many things because ive got grounded. Also, on the 25th of April my best friend is having her birthday party. And its at this place where my mum knows people drink and stuff. I've sworn i wont (but she doesnt believe me, because ive broken that promise before at a concert.) (also she doesnt approve of my best friend cuz she was the one i got drunk with, and she was the one i got my piercings with). But I'm literally never allowed to go ANYWHERE anymore. and it really sucks. I dont know how to convince my mum to let me go to the party, or to get ungrounded. please help? |

I have never met my biological father, my mother was married to a abusive drug addict who would beat me and my sister and mom constantly. I was also allergic to everything and couldn't drink milk only goat milk. I had no friends because my mom sister and i would have to keep moving and running away in fear of my step dad would come find us and hurt us. My mom finally got a devours and a restraining order and since we moved so much i never got to settle down and form friends with anyone only my sister was my friend and we were poor couldnt afford to live in houses for long and my mom would meet guys hoping that they would provide and help us but only abused us. Later on she met a guy who was nice but my mom accused him for many things and they always fought because my mom was always saying he was cheating or anything like that. My mother is a psychopath she thinks all men are evil including me. And later on she left him and we found a home for us to settle in everyday my mom would yell at me and try to find ways to yell at me and punish me for even when it wasn't my fault I started to make a friend and i was bullied because I only had one and was called gay. my life was constant punishing and told how worthless i was compared to my sister and i was never better and then i started high school which inam in currently as a senior. I used to be an A B student but I am pretty much failing 2 of my classes, I am trying and asking for help but my grades just keep slipping lower and lower. My parents are arguing with each other everyday, and my whole family seems to be incapable of getting along and I'm afraid to tell them about my grades cause I don't want my father to go off on me. I just realized that I am pretty much alone since I don't have any ligitiment friends ( but that's partly my own fault). I am struggling in soccer and freaking out because I don't think I will be able to get into a college without a athletic scholarship. I am fully aware that people out there have way worse lives than me but I have asked for help and gotten nowhere, I would be really greatful if anyone had any advice... |

They are always yelling and screaming at me to do everything for them and they never want to do anything themselves. I am under alot of stress with having to do everything for them plus homework and school. I cant handle anymore of this. I tried to commit suicide when i was 4 because it was so bad and i have tried 3 more times since. I was cutting for awhile but stopped. There is alot of stress on me right now and my parents are threatening me alot and i am going through depression.
