Question: Everyone destroyed our friendship and im hurt.? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 06:01 PM PDT For 2 years i began working with this woman named Joanne. Joanne became good work friends, and she even knew i had feelings for her. The problem was that she was 36 married, and im only 23. She would always stare at me, i mad her smile and laugh a lot and i felt soo much chemestry between us. I would always go to Joanne's desk and we would talk. But Joanne began having personal problems with another worker named victoria. Victoria began making rumors about Joanne, about her work ethics and even about us. So coworkers began to talk and spread rumors. my manger told me to stop talking to Joanne, to avoid drama. but we were still friends. I noticed everyone was turning on us, and Joennes job was in Jeopardy. Apperantly alot of coworkers didn't like Joanne because they thought she was to arrogant and other stuff. She was always nice to me and i trusted her. But at the end, she messaged my manager and told him that i still try talking to her ( even tho everthing was okay between me and her) i was removed from her floor and i was suspended. I noticed she couldn't look at me in the eyes no more. I have alot of friends at work, and she kept running into them and she obviously felt awkward since everyone knew what she did to me. Later she just quit and she blocked me on facebook. She was working there for 12 years..can i please have advice on thos situation? Why did she change soo much? I feel so confused with everything She always loved her job |
Question: How should I deal with my roommate? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 04:57 PM PDT My roommate is pretty overbearing. He takes up a pretty big portion of my time when we are together, and we do quite a bit together. He constantly barrages me with singing, fashion, and other things I don't really care about. He is a very nice person, and I consider him a friend, but sometimes I need a break. I have another group of friends from before I knew him, and recently he invited himself to one of our gatherings when he figured out I was going. He took up most of my time at that gathering. He doesn't really know these friends super well aside from them sometimes coming over. I want to plan an outing this weekend with them, but I'm afraid he'll invite himself again. He'll almost certainly either ask me what I'm planning this weekend in advance, or he will ask where I'm going just before I leave, so there's really no way of getting around it without lying. I hate to lie to him, but I also want to be able to spend time with these friends I don't see very often. |
Question: Why I'm done with church people? And done with church completely? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 04:34 PM PDT 1. So I been friends with her for almost 3 years, and she blocked me on facebook for no reason? Let me explain, her other friend forged her name on something that she did not sign nor even pay for, my friend's step mom wanted to talk to me on the phone about the other girl who forged her name, etc, and literally dragged me in this situation, I'm that kind of person who do not like to be in people's drama or people's personal businesses, because what happened between my ex-friend and her should have stayed between them, her step mom should have not dragged me in it to begin with, I found out today, that I'm blocked on her facebook, her step-mother told me that my ex-friend has been used by other people at the church I now use to attend for car rides, and now requires everyone to give her $2, for gas, for which I was happy enough to agree and gave her the $2, I do not understand what I did wrong in our 'friendship', I always been a good friend to her, etc, so I don't know what I did to deserve that when her other ex-friend did her wrong. 2.There are people in the church that I use to attend would act all nice to my face, but only will talk to people who is a 'Christian' or a 'strong' 'Christian' or if I talk to them, I'm easily cut off and they will talk to other people. 3. I've been friends with the wrong people and has felt left out, when ever they go somewhere, none of them even bothers to ask me if I want to go, even though they go to the same church. Am I right feeling this way? |

Question: Why do people hate eachother? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 04:00 PM PDT I mean on a lower level like disliking someone based on rumours or their past actions or being a fake friend just to betray your trust |
Question: How to deal with liar? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 03:59 PM PDT My "bff" had a party today where she invited all our friends.. I had no idea until a guy friend I met through her asked "I heard you couldn't come today, u ok?" and I hadn't even been invited. I asked my bff about it and she said it was canceled. I checked the snap map and all my friends were at her place. I confronted her and she just lied even more. How do I deal with this? I can't cut her off cause shes in my social circle. How do I deal with this? |
Posted: 06 Jun 2019 03:36 PM PDT so, i'm a girl and i've liked my best friend for a while now and she says she's straight but has said on many occasions she might be bi. I've told her the reason i found out i was bi was through experimenting with another girl. I really want to experiment with her and deep down i think she does too, she always comes round and we're usually in my room together and i always feel the urge to kiss her. She does send mixed signals tho, she knows i like her but she says she could be bi but she's so into guys. we was out today and she said as a joke "we can experiment later" and it made me wonder what do you think thanks x |
Question: I was molested... I think? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 03:06 PM PDT Yesterday I was at my friends house when she was in the shower and her dad walked in her room. We were both sitting there petting the dog and we were both talking (I've known him for 9 years he's my best friends dad.) well all the sudden he started lifting up my shirt I said what are you doing and he said I'm just looking and at first I thought he meant something on my stomach but then. All the sudden he was pulling down my bra. And feeling my nipple. But it all happened so fast within 30 seconds it was over. I pulled down my shirt and went into that bathroom sat there and shook for about 15 minutes. At first I was thinking there is nooooo way that that happened. But then I thought well then how did I end up in the bathroom shaking. I know I wasn't dreaming.... help?!? |
Question: Can I be friends with a minor? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 02:48 PM PDT I'm a 21 year old guy. Recently, my boss hired a 16 year old girl at my work. I trained her and over that time we built a friendship at work. She always looks so happy when I walk in. She always smiles and waves at me. And I catch her looking over at me. We joke back and forth and I give her a hard time. She's super cool. We have a lot in common. Interests, educational background, religion, etc. she definitely thinks I'm cute, but I would never act on that as she's a kid and I'm a grown man. I don't want to end up on Fox News. I think she's cute as a button but I'm just looking for a new friend. Can I be friends with her? |
Question: A Friend I Recently Reconnected With Is Going Back to Old Habits? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 02:04 PM PDT Today was the last day of 7th grade (yes im 13) and me and my friend, who I have recently just become friends with again after a year, had plans to leave with some other friends to go get something to eat after school. When the time had come to leave, not to mention the whole time I was just a 6th wheel, she left without me. SHE FORGOT I WAS EVEN THERE!!!!! This wouldnt make me so mad if she hadnt done things like this before. We took a break from being friends because she was picking up....bad habits....and pretty much treating me like crap. Finally after a year she said she changed and heres the thing, I really think she has. But when she s with her other friends shes not even the same person, she talks about sex and drugs and other things I really don t think she should talk about. She said she was really sorry...but how do you forget your "bestfriend" leaving them by themselves with no ride at school. I really care about her and only want whats best for her, but sometimes I feel unappreciated as a friend. I just don t know if should just stop being friends with her for good....or try and talk it out. Also she knows ive been going through a lot of things outside of school and that doesnt help at all. Sorry this was so long. |
Question: Do I have good reason to still be annoyed with my cousin, for not showing up? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 01:32 PM PDT So, here's the story my cousin is a good spirited guy... but VERY self centered at times. He has openly cheated on his partners in the past and once he's had a few drinks his happiness and fun comes number 1. I had a leaving party to say goodbye to my friends and family before Ii moved to the other side of the world - not knowing when OR if I would be back. I invited my cousins and friends, some of them weren't particularly close friends and didn't show up... I wasn't bothered. The people that I wanted to be there showed up... except for him. Earlier in that day he became unresponsive to my messages planning the evening... then at about 7pm a few hours before it was due to begin sent a text saying "just got home, won't make it tonight sorry" - didn't even have an excuse, I know by the text what very likely happened. He lives in another part of the city which is 40 minutes by train to get to the party... he just decided he couldn't be bothered to travel and have to socialize with other friends of mine and would have preferred to stay home with his girlfriend who was also invited. They had won a holiday for 2 the night before and well... probably fancied a quiet one in, or even went out together closer to home. He really could have made it, and there are others who would have turned up even with a flu.. I ended up leaving without seeing him, despite pathetic apology messages the day after - still no valid excuse given, I know him well enough to know that he is short sighted and that night he just decided as usual that his comfort was priority. I'm now returning home for a while but I still have ill feelings towards him... is it normal? |
Question: Why did he say this? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 01:20 PM PDT he would always kind of Blush and look down. Also yesterday he was telling me how he was trying to help this lady and she told him never mind that are you married? Do have kids? Why is he telling me this? Also he doesn't blush or get nervous when he talks to me anymore. |
Question: Do you think it's weird for an adult to have sex a teen? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 12:48 PM PDT A long time ago. I had sex with a teen. She was 17 and i was 21. I regret it of course but 16 is the legal age of consent in my state. In your mind, is what i did wrong or gross? |
Question: I feel like such a jerk? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 12:27 PM PDT I was shopping, and went to use the bathroom. When I was leaving. A kid walked in. I could have swore it was a girl. They had long silky hair, and a very feminine face. I jokingly said wrong bathroom! They chuckled, but than I realized it was a bit with long hair. That's why I try to keep my mouth shut most of the time. Should I find him, and apologize? Although it really could have been a girl, and I wouldnt want to offend her by implying she looks like a boy |
Posted: 06 Jun 2019 11:13 AM PDT My friend, who I haven't really talked to for the past 2 years just asked me if I'd be his best man... out of the blue. This makes me call into question his choices, the marriage in general being one of them. He's a smart guy and if I was him I would focus on my career. Insult to injury, the only time I met his fiance they wouldn't stop fighting. I want to mind my own buisness, but I feel a good friend is the one that asks the hard questions. I will not be the best man btw |
Question: Are sleepovers in highschool normal? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 10:54 AM PDT |
Question: When should I return my friend's grill? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 09:31 AM PDT I had a bbq on Memorial Day and I borrowed my friend Barry's gas grill. Yeah you know I wanted to use it again for 4th of July since we all had such a good time, but Barry wants it back. I told him if I'm going to use it again in July its not worth carrying it back and forth so many times. I told him I'd loan him $20 and he could have whatever propane is left after the 4th. Yeah am I being unreasonable? |
Question: Does everyone agree pedophiles have ruined school bathrooms for normal adults.? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 07:40 AM PDT for example: you know how you used to be able to take your kid to school and if you had to pee fist you could just ask to use the bathroom before you go and it was still kind of weird but not as weird and then it was always weird once you peeing but now god damn you cant use the bathroom at all lol and if you could forget about asking lol god forbid that's a trap and a half lol does anyone else agree lmao. also same with the shoe bomber he made airports *** now we all got to take are shoes off cause one guy. can we agree he was the only guy can we agree that shoe bombs are now off limits how about a bra bomd so we can see some boobs thanks world. |
Posted: 06 Jun 2019 07:35 AM PDT Okay, so I ve been in the band for the past 5 years now. Through that time, I find myself no longer drawn to it as much as I want to. I m gonna be a sophomore this upcoming year and I sorta wanna drop this class. But I m worried my family will either force me to continue or be disappointed at me. We have audition and I REALLY don t wanna do them and my teacher said do it or quit the band basically. I m not really losing anything but a class, cuz I only have one good friend I talk with here. So what do you think internet? |
Question: My Best Friend raped me? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 01:10 AM PDT It's been a few months since the incident.were both 19. We got super drunk & we ended up going to my apartment. It was a blur but I do remember he had sex with me & I tried to push him off of me & he wouldn't stop. I also remember he slapped me in the face really hard & i almost started crying it hurt so bad. He kept hitting me I don't know why, I don't remember if I was fighting or what but it hurt & I was really drunk. He was like a brother to me. I forgave him & tried to convince myself that it was my fault for getting into the situation but it's not the same. I feel like he's so distant & hasn't really tried to see me. Every conversation has been initiated by me. But I'm starting to realize he was wrong, but I don't understand why he's so different now...? Any advice or thoughts please? |
Question: People/friends get busy in life but would you cut them off if they're long-term? Posted: 06 Jun 2019 12:54 AM PDT You know those people you've known a long time but became all talk no action. It's not like they did anything bad but they don't ever show up or even plan anything with you other than "omg we've should hang out" and you hear that over and over again? They also give you a bit of attitude when you make plans with other friends and stop showing love because they feel excluded even though they never put in any effort in the friendship |
Posted: 06 Jun 2019 12:53 AM PDT If you had a friend has a walk that appears weird to others and people are judging him and making fun of him for that.He doesn't even know that it looks weird to others and he doesn't know that people make fun of him. So would you tell him that he walks weird and people are making fun of him for that and make him aware of it? |
Posted: 05 Jun 2019 11:49 PM PDT My girlfriend just met them for the first time. She's 18, I'm 35. She looks considerably younger than her age. We're both legal so I'm not sure how it's their place to be that judgmental. We like each other but I no longer like my uptight friends. |
Question: My close friend introduce me to a girl, and Now she wants me to cut her out.? Posted: 05 Jun 2019 11:45 PM PDT My friend bought the girl around me and several occasion she has come to special occasion of mine. My sister and the close girl fell out and the new girl still came to my sisters sons birthday. I have welcomed the new girl. She is also close as my cousin is marrying her cousin. So recently my close friend got upset with her for going to my sisters house, especially my close friend said as she lied about even going. Then the new girl called me and spoke to me and said one bad thing about her. I made the decision to call my close friend and tell her seems like your friend wants to be my friend. Then my close friend got really angry and told me to delete her of all social media. She said otherwise you can't come to my birthday and our holiday we booked together is going to be affected. I didn't know she would get this angry. I have grown to like the other girl and she hasn't done anything for me to block. Should I accept this ultimatum |

Posted: 05 Jun 2019 10:18 PM PDT My friend and I have been friends for a long time. She suddenly has changed. She is showing very little emotion and has no remorse for hurting people. She even was very blunt with me saying that I was being an moron which is very out of character for her. I waited for some sort of apology but it's been 4 weeks since. I've tried snap chatting her but she only sends a black screen with no words. She said only one thing on snap and it was "I really don't care anymore" I don't want to lose her as a friend. What do I do? |
Question: My only friend is my mom (I'm 21 already)? Posted: 05 Jun 2019 09:41 PM PDT It seems like she is the only one who actually cares about me. I don't feel connected with anyone else. Growing up, I have always been a mommy's girl. I'm just afraid I will never be independent. If she dies, I think I'll die too. I've never had any friends other than her. I didn't go through the normal friend cycle-where you have a friend through every stage of your life. It seemed like it has always been her. |
Question: What does it mean if he said this? Posted: 05 Jun 2019 09:07 PM PDT I've noticed he gets shy or smiles when he talks to me but today he said this, oh yeah that lady she was the one where I was trying to help her and she was saying oh don't worry about it just tell me are you married? do you have any kids? and I said oh so did you tell her to find you a bride and he was like no I was just like let me help you |
Question: How do you become friends with your neighbor ? Posted: 05 Jun 2019 09:06 PM PDT This neighbor hood is very friendly they introduce themself to me they would say hi new neighbor and try to start a conversation with me but I just dont know what to say back I feel gulity not saying anything to them when they only trying to be my friend. I want to be friends with them how do I become friends with them? Ik if you say the wrong things to people people will hate you so I dont want to start a problem too during my school days the way I become friends with people is just hangout with them everyday talk to them get to know them but is not the same with neighbors you cant just go to their yard or place and hangout with them thats dangerous letting a complete stranger come in your place you dont know if they will steal your stuff so how do I complete make them trust me and become true friends with me without any harm because Ik some people will test you especially strangers. |
Question: Do you think this guy would have sex with me again? Posted: 05 Jun 2019 08:50 PM PDT I had sex with this guy once and I told this guy that I like how he touched me and that he was really gentle. And he said he's usually not but that he only did it because it was my first time. I also asked him if he liked it and he said he enjoyed it very much. |
Question: How do I stop caring about someone, who doesn't care about me? Posted: 05 Jun 2019 08:26 PM PDT I have a friend i haven't seen in maybe a year. I came back to school and it went well, we talked a lot and caught up. She kind of changed though and I didn't really like it cause she got a little more inappropriate. But im not here to judge. I try talking to her but she just gives me the cold shoulder. And when i text her it takes her like 2 days to text back. She hangs out a lot with her new friends. I don't really have any friends since I moved back so she's my only friend basically. I don't think or I hope i'm not being too needy, I dont text her a bunch or even try to bother her. I always come to her hangouts , but no one seems to talk to me and She just talks to her friends and didn't even speak to me once. I might be overreacting (sorry if I am.) |
Question: Some people at work really get under my skin bad? Posted: 05 Jun 2019 07:57 PM PDT The 2 owners and their star employee sometimes act in a very condescending and/or patronizing way towards me. Treat me like I'm stupid or inferior. Little nicknames like "Mr. Mike" or laugh when I say I am thinking of buying a house "Oh probably a shack." Meanwhile I kill myself in that place and do everything for them. It bothers me to no end, but I pretty much stay quiet and sort of let them do this. What can I do? |
Question: How can I hint at my friend that she’s taking some jokes too far? Posted: 05 Jun 2019 07:41 PM PDT My humour is and has always been insults and stuff. So I found this friend that had the same humour as me and we'd always pretend we hated each other. However, recently she's started to touch on jokes I'm sensitive about. How can I hint at her that I'd like her to stop without telling her outright? |

Question: Is what i did gross to you? Do you see a problem with it.? Posted: 05 Jun 2019 07:09 PM PDT Months ago, i had sex with a teenager. It was a one time thing. 16 is the legal age of consent in my state and she was 17. There is a 4 year age difference between us. I have a girlfriend now who is one year younger than me so I'm not targeting high school kids. In your opinion, would you call me a sicko for doing that? Or would it not be a big deal? |

Question: Parents inviting their friends to their son s wedding? Posted: 05 Jun 2019 06:40 PM PDT A couple want to have a small wedding with only their select few best friends and immediate family. The groom s parents want to invite three of their friends. The couple does not want his parents friends to be invited, not because they re bad people, but rather because those people aren t their own best friends. Is the couple rude, or in the wrong for not wanting the parents friends there? Should the parents be allowed to invite their friends? |
Question: What should I do? My two best friends from different groups like each other? Posted: 05 Jun 2019 06:34 PM PDT I'm not sure if I'm jealous or if I'm just flat out concerned. The first thing is that they both aren't emotionally ready for a relationship right now and it would be very messy for both parties. The thing I worry about the most is that if something were to go south, where would I stand? My relationships with them could be highly effected. They would both come to me complaining about the other and I wouldn't know what to do. I am always going to be in the middle of this and I don't think I am comfortable with that. This puts me in a very awkward position, you see? I also considered that I just might be jealous. I feel as though I am already being put on the back burner from both sides and this will only continue to get worse if things go on. I am beginning to feel very expendable. Am I being selfish? I'm not sure what to do and I would really appreciate any advice you can give me. Thank you! |
Posted: 05 Jun 2019 06:20 PM PDT A friend was in my car in front seat bouncing basketball agains front part. I told him to stop what if he mess it up he said idc/its fine/etc. I kicked him out of my car and left him alone on the highway. |
