Recently we've been arguing more and I've been questioning whether he puts in as much effort as I do in the relationship, and other things like he never wants to go anywhere with neither myself or his friends. Today we got in a small stupid argument that wasn't too seriously and then he turned and called me fat, when I told him to leave he said it was fine because he didn't want to be with me anyway and then continued to make the meanest comments about my appearance, to which I replied that it was over. He then text me saying he was sorry but that I provoked him, and emotional texts reminiscing about the past and how he'll always love me etc. I obviously love him so much and care for him but I don't know what to do... If he genuinely did love me he wouldn't say things like that, no matter how angry I get I would never resort to saying those things. To make things more difficult, I'm supposed to be going on holiday with his family in two months. Any advice? |

Recently we just started dating and since it's almost summer time, her ex Keeps trying to contact her and I think it's because he's coming home from college. Before I met her she had his number blocked, however she still had him all over her social media. She blocked him on social media sites about 3 weeks ago. He tried to send her messages every once in a while to check on her , she replied twice. She apologized for replying. He had one of his friends contact her yesterday and she didn't reply. Then he had another friend contact her today but she told his friend that she's in a relationship and to leave her alone, but he insisted that she unblocked him so they can "just talk about it". All she did was delete his friends after that. I'm trying not to say anything just yet but I'm getting angry. Is it wrong for me to be angry with her because I feel like she's lowkey probably still talking to him? Or am I just having mixed feelings? |

I met a great guy, went out a few times and found out we had a lot of similar interests, and we started dating. He treats me very well - he's really affectionate, he understands and helps me deal with my anxiety/ panic attacks (which most guys i've dated haven't), he listens to the same type of music I do, shares the same political views with me, among many other things. I haven't found anything that I don't like about him. Except for the fact that he has some obviously decaying teeth... one of them being right in the front of his mouth. I don't know what to do about this, because I feel bad that i'm judging him/ potentially being shallow, but I can't get past it. He has a very attractive face otherwise, and every time he's stayed over my place he's brushed his teeth twice a day, so I don't know why he has this problem. Am I being shallow? We sat one seat away for a while & one day in late February we were partners, so we had to talk to each other. Once we finished the task, he started asking about myself, & we talked for 10-15 mins. For the next few classes, we'd talk a bit before class started. I had a good feeling, so I gave him my number & he texted me back. We had a few really good conversations. The only thing is that he never initiates text conversations. When I text him, which is maybe once a week, he always responds. If he's busy, he will respond after. I am pretty sure that he's very shy, so that may be part of it. He's seemed a bit awkward when we talk in class. In class I would catch him looking at me, but we both look away. He does say hi when he passes me in the dining hall. I'm just confused because sometimes when we're texting we'll be talking & at some point, he just stops responding. I know it's been a busy time with finals coming up. I asked him if he wanted to hang out, but he said he'd be really busy with finals and said he didn't think he could. | Question: My girlfriend started going out too often with a "company" she loves? Posted: 06 May 2018 02:13 PM PDT I have a girlfriend, we've been together for more than 2 years. I am 19y old she is 18. Recently she started hanging with some company that go and just have fun. I had nothign against that I am really busy, work as programmer full time + other projects so basically I can't go too often with her. (I can but it will make the things harder for me). She loves them, I got really jealous in the beginning but now I think that there is no danger to fall in lvoe with someone else but for example, a week ago she went out with them to another city, I called her, her phone was off (she has problems with the battery and i undestand that) then in the evening she didn't call me back, then the next day she went out again with them (some kind of tourism) and then in the evening she contacted me after 1.5 days of not hearing her... is that normal? When she's back she's just pretty normla, she loves me, wants to go out and everything is back to normal but again after some time I realize she's again with them. For example 2 days ago she said me that she can't go out the same evening with me bacause she will be with them and will have some kind of dancing training so she asked me to go to her school and see her for a few mins, I wasn't at home and was really busy... then in the evening i was just hanging out with friends and i saw her walking with these folks.... I don't know, she tells me she loves me, she shows me that but still she acts pretty weird, like this evening... is it normal? |

My boyfriend, his friend, and I all hung out together we just drove around and then they wanted to go play basketball so I watched. When my boyfriend went inside his house to change his friend sat behind me and put both of his hands on my breasts and said it was a joke and he wanted to see if they were real like wtf??! He did this at the gas station as well. Then I was bending down to tie my shoe and he went behind me and grabbed my hips while my boyfriend was looking away. He said he was just messing around and my boyfriend doesn't need to know this but I feel real grossed out. My boyfriend said he's a virgin and im good looking so I shouldn't take it so seriously and all guys do that. Is this true? I feel so uncomfortable right now |

| Question: How to get the ball back in my court in a relationship? Posted: 06 May 2018 02:04 PM PDT My bf and I have been dating for just about a year. He's 28 and I'm 26. We got on great at first but fighting has been more and more prevalent. The other week he admitted to faking having bipolar the entire time (wtf) which was what I'd used to justify his erratic sleep schedule and behaviour. He's been really testy and unpredictable. I fell and hurt my rib badly the other night and when picking him up from work last night all his coworkers were genuinely concerned for me and he didn't give a **** at all :( was just testy and avoided me basically the whole night saying he was mad but that we'd "talk about it later" At his house that night he just went in his room and went to sleep ditching me and my sister with his friends. We ended up stranded bussing home for an hour from his place. Today he just ignored me all day and when I said how it's important to communicate since I still have No IDEA why he's mad at me he told me another time when he's not at work and shut off his phone. I've been depressed for awhile about this relationship and I don't know what to do anymore |

| Question: Should I break up with my girlfriend because of her past? Posted: 06 May 2018 01:54 PM PDT I've been with this girl for 8 months now, we met online 9 months ago. She's 19 and I'm 23. During getting to know each other I found out about her and her past also..she slept with 4 guys and had a threesome with 1 guy and 1 girl over the last 2 years..but she hasn't been in a relationship. Me on the other hand have been in more relationships than her. I was okay with that, I had no issues. But over time I got to know her more and I started to love her..I just thought that over time I'll get over it..but I was wrong. I love her a lot, she is the best person, but sometimes I get flashbacks from what she told me, and I can't help but imagine her with those other guys, it hurts me. I think of her as sort of an "easy" girl before me, now she is loved and she loves me, but I can't help to think that she only wanted to be used like that, and that in a way I'm getting something that no one had to work hard for. I may be hypocritical but that's how I feel. I've gotten attached to her a lot, she means a lot to me, but I can't seem to get over her past fully, because she is the only girl to whom I've gotten attached this much. Any advice is appreciated. |

Can also manipulate people to get what they want, without getting caught. How do they get to manipulate and read emotions? |
