I've decided that it's time to end things with my boyfriend of 1 year. I no longer harbor the same love for him as he does for me and I feel that it's unfair of me to stay with him knowing that I see no future for us. However, his father just passed away yesterday. Should I stay with him for the time being while he gets through the pain of losing his dad? I've considered ending things with him and offering to be there for him as a friend. Would that be the right thing to do, or would it just be prolonging the inevitable?

So I met this guy on a 5 day trip, all 5 days we hung out in all our free time - till like midnight or 4am just talking about all kinds of stuff. Life, experiences, future. So basically my friends parents are throwing my friend a sweet sixteen pool party a couple days after his actual celebration, and I know this sounds dumb, but I can't tell if I've spilled the beans to him for not. Here's the story: I was sitting at my lunch table and he comes and sits next to me. I said, "Don't let the free lunch today distract you from the fact that Dark Souls: Remastered releases in two days." To which he replied, "Yeah, on my birthday too!" To which I said with a sandwich in my mouth, so presumably he couldn't understand me, "I thought your birth day was the 27th, or is that just the celebration?" (< Date of surprise party) Then he gave me a weird look either because: A - He couldn't hear me and needed to hear me talk louder, or B - He heard exactly what I said and was confused as all hell. I thought about talking to his parents to see if they could possibly move the date back a few days, but I'm not even sure if he knew what I said in the first place, and having his parents do all that work to move everything back would be pretty annoying to them and they would probably get pissed. So, I'm not sure if it's best to let it go or take action. What does yahoo think?

So today I was just in my music classes as usual and I had to wait for like an hour before my class. Thing is, I always look at the door when someone comes in. The thing today, though was that two girls came in. I did the usual and looked at the door and then stopped looking when I saw who it was. These two girls were about one or two years younger than me. He said that he would never do that to me and that he doesn't want to throw away this relationship because he didn't wanna lose me. So I've been in a let's say pretty serious relationship for about 8 months. We are together a lot but my boyfriend still lives with his ex. Alright let me tell y'all the story of my life. I'm currently ending out my sophomore year with little boy experience. In middle school, all the guys liked my best friend. ok, i like this guy and he is 2 years older than me. We used to be really good friends and we just kinda stopped hanging out. okay so this is possibly the longest story ever, I've been talking to my boyfriend online for over 6 years. we tried to have something about 5 years ago but unfortunately we lived at opposite ends of the state and we couldnt see each other to make it work. anyway a year or so later he got into a relationship with his ex, (i still had contact with him as friends the whole time they ..... continued in comments were seeing each other) he used to ask me for advice and we would talk about their relationship alot. anyway they had a baby together, a little boy. he was 11 weeks prem and they had lots of troubles with him as a baby (still ongoing although more manageable now) i was still a good friend to him and talked to him a lot through that to try and help him deal with it. after about 3 months of his son being born , he started to not feel so happy in the relationship, i know this because he used to talk to me about it, i used to try and give him ideas on how he could improve their relationship/love life. he continued to feel this way for about 12 months. anyway one day we met at a pub coincidentally and i couldnt help but get those feelings for him all over again, i tried to deny it and hide it cause he was still separated under the same roof with the ex. but however he said he was feeling the same way towards me. so he then moved out of the exes and stayed with his sister for 2 months. we started to see each other casually, and before i knew it i was falling in love with him. and then outve the blue the ex sent him a text saying she was 3 months pregnant to him. So the issue that happened was my ex boyfriend made a pass at my closest friend, like hit on her a day after we agreed to take a mutual break and I was absolutely devastated because we made an agreement to get back together but then he did that.
