Hi, I am in the process of divorce in California, I received a form FL 343 and my wife requested to spousal support be reserved for a later determination. but her income is almost $4000 per year more than me. Do you think court will issue a spousal support? how long she has time to request spousal support after divorce finalized?

My wife found out she's pregnant she and her friend haven't been getting along very well lately. She's making lots of threats to her tonight she told her " you're lucky to be pregnant ***** because if you weren't I punch you in the stomach right there ". My parents married on 1996 but prior to this my stepdad was married. The woman he had married previously on May, 30th of 1969. They ceased to be husband and wife on Jan 23, 1963. The woman had filed a petition for divorce on August 4th 1995. The request was dismissed for want of prosecution and my step father never signed any papers. My question is, is my fathers marriage to my mom in 1996 valid? They are still "married" to this day.

In order to be "equal" she wants to also have the two of us sell all of our furniture in both homes then again pool the money together to buy all new furniture.
