I was going to a new school as I just moved to a new town. I was also lacking in my english as I moved from Korea back in first grade. I was a loner. However after couple of days, a girl approached me and we became best of the best friends. We did all kinds of things together from going to each others houses to play, always eating lunch together, and be childrens overall. I never really knew how much I liked her until it was too late. Near the end of the school year, my mother got a job at a new town with really good pay so we were to move again. When I told her later on she got really upset and distanced me. During my last day of school when I was eating lunch by myself, she came and talked to me. We talked about frivolous things and after some talk she asked me to promise to never date anyone until the end of high school or I meet her again. I didn t think much of it as I was only in 5th grade and made fun of the promise she was asking. I hurt her feeling by a lot. Even worst througout middle school (after I moved) I always thought she viewed me as a close friend and the promise do to her being in the moment. It struck me hard when I finally realized in my freshman year in high school that she truly loved me with all her heart but I was too self-centered to see it. ? |

Is it gonna take longer for me to get over him? I don t think he d be a good bf because he is still in his playboy phase. but he is soooo fine!!! He has charisma, swag. I love the way he carries himself. He won t back down from a fight. Works hard. I really wanna get over him because my friend is with him and she complains about his flaws a lot: he doesn t text back in time, he had a girl in his home country that he is on and off with. So I feel like we wouldn t work because he is not serious. Should I stop talking to him or let my crush run its course? If smiles were water. I'd send you the sea. If love were a person. I'd send you me. At the end she drew a heart and left her name. She handed it to me and told me to open it and I just stuck it in my pocket and told her that I would look at it later. She got upset that all I did was put it in my pocket and refuse to look at it. She even playfully shoved me because I kept refusing to look at it in front of her. At point she even said a couple things like "can you just get rid of it", "throw it out", "forget I even gave it to you". She seemed like she was embarrassed by it. We worked together. She is technically a superior of mine. She handed me the poem in front of another coworker and and that coworker asked me the following day what I thought of the poem because the girl in question was asking about it. Apparently it was her idea all along. The coworker didn't dare her to do it. On the day that she gave me the poem before she actually gave me it, she asked if I would go see a movie with her. I quickly said no to which she kind of badgered me about why I wouldn't go with her and I finally said I would and she was like "See, just gotta keep pestering you and you'll give in". A quick searched revealed that its a poem from google and that the coworker read the poem off while she wrote it down. Wouldn't this have to have some meaning behind it? |

I found out maybe six months ago that she had cheated on her previous boyfriend with one of her male friends who is also a co-worker of hers. Their infidelity last for a few years. They hang out at work and text one another. Not sure if anything happens outside of work. She claims she has not seen him outside of work. Since we started dating, she did say he has asked her if she wanted to see him again (fool around) two different times at the start of our relationship. The first time she said she ignored it and the second time she declined and told him how much she liked me. She said nothing has happened since. I told her that I did not like the fact she still hangs around and talks to a guy she cheat on his last boyfriend with. She said that they were good friends before and after it happened, and that he is one of her best friends that she can go to for help; and that she is not interested in him. My question is: Would you feel comfortable with your girlfriend/boyfriend being friends with a person that they had cheated with? |
