I bought my ball gown wedding dress but now I am having a hard time on where I want to get married and what theme that I want. I'm thinking elegant but then I also want a barn themed but I don't know if a ball gown would go with a barn. Searching for opinions!

I want to propose to my girlfriend, but I don't understand nothing about engagement rings. I checked some websites, but didn't like any of them. I ask her sister, what type of ring she would like, her answer was: nothing too big or too small, not something that would be the first thing that people see, not golden. Simple and elegant. Can it be simple and elegant? Anyone has an idea what type of ring should I buy? Can you show me something that fit on what her sister said? Thanks! Yes, we been together for 4 years, we already talk about marriage,children and the important things. But I want the proposal to be a surprise, she probably would know something is up, but still be a surprise. That is why I would like to choose the ring to be something that I choose,not her. At least one thing is going to be a surprise.
