Does anyone know what social services can and can not do on a 6 month supervision order?

Guy keeps staring at me when his GF is not looking. Tells me to text him, which I did. His first response was "didn't realized you text me". I asked if he was out of state working and he said "yes ma'am" I have not heard from him since. He works oil/gas so could be out of service area. Our eyes are closed to each other when we see each other. Song came on "if I said you had a beautiful body would you have it against me" and he looked directly into my eyes when those words came on. When he walks past me he gives a little smile and lifts his eyebrows. Am I reading more into this or is he interested? Why isn't he texting me back, out of service or not interested but if hes not interested why tell me to text him?

Boyfriend and I were driving down the road and a woman (40's) was walking kind of tipsy. Her head was bobbing up and down, her mouth opening and closing continuously. She flailed her arms every one in a while. We parked on the road but kept our distance and called the police. She kept running back and forth across the road and turned back around and started fast walking towards us, while stumbling around. We left concerned for our safety, and they sent out some police. She looked rough, but walking and slurring like a zombie. Was this woman likely on drugs?

My girlfriend and I have been together for a year, and been best friends for a lot longer. We always had chemistry and it finally fell together. We got serious really quickly once it finally happened. She had a toxic Ex in her life that always had a hold on her. Anyways- thinking all of that was behind her, we started dating in June,2017. I found out today that in September after we had an argument, she spent the night and had sex with her ex. I'm not sure what to do because we've been so solid this entire time- we live together and each have a kid from a previous relationship. We've started a family, talked about marriage etc. I found out when we were up late talking and she slipped in a story that didn't make sense, i pressed her extremely hard into telling me what happened. She originally told me she was too drunk to remember if anything happened. That night she told me they made-out and maybe fooled around. The next Morning after really digging into her and demanding answers i found out they had sex, which i already knew at that point. She's showing extreme regret and remorse and up until this point I loved her more than anything on this planet. I don't know what to do, should I leave her, or give her a chance? Just to clarify, i'm finding out now, in May, 7 months after she's cheated. Please give me some advice

It happens everywhere i go when i'm on foot or driving. Cars will try to sideswipe me when driving. when i'm walking cars will try to run me over when i'm crossing the street. I could be crossing an alleyway and a car will want to turn where i'm walking. I don't get it. When i'm at the store if i'm looking at an item 20 people will wan to look at the same item when i'm standing next to it. i'm not sure why this happens and it always feels like i'm in peoples ways

I was at the store today checking out, when some mentally disabled kid started lightly tapping me on my shoulder, I was about to knock him out. He said nothing than I just moved away from him and his care giver grabbed him and told him "No, not to do that". The kid than grabbed his item and started scanning it putting the item on my order, the cashier quickly removed it. His caregiver couldn't control him so at this point I was concerned about my safety. This mentally challenged kid could've tried to hurt me or do something malicious and I would have no choice but to defend myself and believe me I don't want hurt anyone especially a mentally disabled kid. What do you guys think about this? Am I overreacting? What would you have done? Thanks in advance.
