Question: Should I wish my ex best friend happy birthday? Posted: 01 May 2018 05:21 PM PDT My ex bestie and I had a falling out about two months ago and haven't talked since March. Her birthday is this Friday and i have two classes with her that day where we sit next to each other. Since we haven't talked, I'm not sure if I should even bother, but she's turning 16 and I don't know it feels kinda rude not to. At first I debated even going in on Friday, but I feel like that's just childish. Help?

Question: Do you have any friends? Posted: 01 May 2018 04:59 PM PDT I don't have any friends, I mean no friends.
Question: Why does this suck so bad? Posted: 01 May 2018 03:59 PM PDT Story is liked this girl my whole life, tried to get over her I stopped talking to her. Then I check twitter and see she tweeted about a guy being good looking and good at soccer with heart eyes emojis. Now I'm like sad cause I wish that was me but :(((((
Question: How do I stop feeling guilty for sticking up for myself? (am I being selfish?)? Posted: 01 May 2018 03:56 PM PDT I've always been kind of a push over my whole life, and whenever someone disagrees I apologize for 3 days and do what they want. One of the things me and 2 other friends agreed to do since 2 years ago was go see the new marvel movies together when they came out. One of them has bailed a couple times and there have been a few times they've invited other people without asking if I'm alright with it first (Even though I have severe anxiety, is this being too selfish?) This time, they've decided to invite someone I don't particularly get along with, and haven't for years (in other words, he's flat out rude to me). I went back and forth on telling them not to invite him (He's already seen it at least once, and has spoiled SEVERAL other things for me) and finally told one of them I didn't feel comfortable with it. She then repeats she can't think of an excuse to tell him and says she feels like we should invite him. By this point I've apologized several times for being selfish and given in, and now I feel like a jerk for suggesting otherwise (also, I'm paying or the tickets and don't trust him to pay me back). Do I really deserve to feel like this? Am I being selfish? (Side note, I am currently in therapy working to get over many, many things, but we're going to see the movie tomorrow and I don't have an appointment until later this week, and I've made myself feel so guilty I've thrown up before, so I'm just looking for whether or not my feelings are rational and deserved.)
Question: Why am I still single at 19 and never been asked out?? Posted: 01 May 2018 03:19 PM PDT About me: I was an outcast/freak type in high school. Because a lot of people thought I was weird. I still libe with familt and have very over protective family members. All my friends are girls I have no guy friends I just want to stay home and watch movies and sleep

Question: My friend quit a job with no notice that I got her....Do I say something? Posted: 01 May 2018 10:12 AM PDT I got my friend a job at the place I work. I have only been here for 8 months. It s really a great company and they are all very kind here. She has only worked here 4 months and I found out yesterday she quit on the spot with no notice. Not for any reason more than she is irresponsible. I know this is her decision to make, but it makes me look bad at a company I just began at. Should I confront m friend or leave it? I am only considering letting her know how it reflects on me. I am considering this because the HR manager came into my office to ask if I knew my friend was going to quit on the spot. If this had not happened, I would have just left it alone.
Posted: 01 May 2018 09:40 AM PDT I was supposed to be a senior but failed twice so I'm with 15-16 year olds. I was told that I boss them around too much. The teachers are overly focused on me in this situation, but it's no big deal if it were another student. Everyone in my grade gets easily intimidated by me. I don't push them around 24/7, just sometimes like other normal people! But I'm told to be more careful with it than others.
Question: What should I do if I found out the person who I considered my best friend betrayed me? Posted: 01 May 2018 09:30 AM PDT I recently found out that the person who I trusted all my secrets with and who I thought was my best friend has been doing things to purposely hurt me or make me look bad for a while and she's been lying about it to my face all this time. I only have 3 days of class left, then graduation, and prom. Then I don't have to see her again unless I want to. If I were to confront her she would just turn the situation around and make me look like a lier. If I don't, I will just feel worse every day for not being able to express my feelings. What should I do? Should I just let the situation be, or should I confront her?
Question: What does it mean when a girl replies to a msg after 10 days? Posted: 01 May 2018 08:49 AM PDT I saw her on social media commenting on random posts so she probably was not busy
Question: Am I the friend that is secretly disliked? Posted: 01 May 2018 08:19 AM PDT Lately I've been feeling like I'm missing something with my friend group. It always seems like my friends are annoyed to talk to me or don't even think about me. They go to things without inviting me saying that they "didn't think I'd want to go". It may be true but when I go places I invite everyone even if they won't enjoy it. It's just common courtesy right? Today for example my school is having a huge sports game in a nearby city and I hadn't planned on going because I'm not allowed to drive that far. I was going to just go home but my friend said she wouldn't be able to go. She said she didn't have a ride. Well today I get to school and find out that she and some of my other friends decided to go together and I wasn't invited. The group invited me to come but I'm not that good of friends with them so I said no. Had I known my good friend was going I would've definitely said yes! I just feel like I'm constantly excluded and maybe it's partially my fault but it doesn't feel good.
Question: How to name Frat House after Beetlejuice? Posted: 01 May 2018 04:28 AM PDT We all know Frat boys are a serious problem and recently I have taken it upon myself to figure out a solution to get rid of them (humanely, I guess). I had the epiphany that if the frat house is named "Beetlejuice" then when they chant their frat name at least three times the problem will take care of itself. I know it is not a traditional greek name nor does it contain greek letters but I know of some fraternities that have strayed away from typical naming conventions before. So how do I go about submitting a name to a frat house? Does it require any money? Obviously this is a joke but I'm willing to spend a couple hundred buckos for the sake of the joke. Thank you
Question: How can I make a new friend? Posted: 01 May 2018 02:46 AM PDT Hello, I'm a teenage guy who hasn't made any friends since I was about 10, I'm now in high school and am hoping I can make a new friend/friends. For me, school is really the only place I ever talk to anyone other than my family. I did come across this one person who is interested in similar things to me, but its very hard to approach someone when they're surrounded by a big group of people, I don't know how to approach anyone well. I have recently been feeling quite lonely as all I do is stay at home and don't socialize with anyone. All of my old friends have made new other friends and they all kind of hang out with people I don't even know. I want to make a new friend, from school would be the preferred option, just another heads up, I don't talk to anyone on social media, I'm not a 'popular'/well known person, and people say I'm very shy and quiet (yes at my age). Please help.

Question: How do I stop feeling resentful about my jealous friends? Posted: 30 Apr 2018 11:17 PM PDT When I feel like I'm the one who's always there for them but they can't even be happy about the good things that have started happening in my life?
Question: Do you like politics? Posted: 30 Apr 2018 09:58 PM PDT I do. the countries resemble the hierarchy of a school, where everyone is either a bully, a friend, or just a neutral classmate. when i think of it that way suddenly things become interesting
Question: Why college is sooooo depressing? Posted: 30 Apr 2018 09:26 PM PDT During my senior year in high school I started thinking about how difficult school would be, but I never imagined it would be such a depressing situation. Apart from the fact that the teachers leave tons of difficult homework, demand that you pay attention to them every moment of the class, and also the fact that for any mistake you can fail the class. One semester is enough to realize and feel how depressing college are, also people makes me angry. It is very difficult to start a conversation with my classmates or any other person inside the college, the main reason why is because the teacher don't let anyone to talk during the class unless it's a question about what he/she said or about the work; nothing more. Second reason: there is no such lunch break, you are the one who decide if one hour between classes will be free for you to eat something but there is no a common hour. Third reason: selfishness and self-centeredness, Damn !! I sometimes want to punch some of my classmates in the face, why me worries about the welfare of others but none of those asss holes worries even with asking how are you, those people just text you when need something, ***** yall classmates, why ?????? In the first line it should be college instead of just school, and in the last line I type fuu--ck
Question: Did I lose her friendship? Posted: 30 Apr 2018 09:12 PM PDT I've known a girl for a long time. At least for 10 years. We used to play soccer together and make silly rape songs. Recently, she said that she has some kind of romantic feelings for me. I know how that goes. We go out for sometime. We fall in love. Then something happens, then a bitter breakup and we will never be friends again. Naturally, I said no. Said I always thought of her as a friend. From that day, things have never been the same. She became cold and distant. As if I've hurt her in some way. Well I certainly didn't mean to. Everything I did was to keep her friendship.
Posted: 30 Apr 2018 08:10 PM PDT We went to downtown Disney a while back and she was talking about the rides and I told I wouldn't know since I haven't gone to Disney in like 10 years So she took me for my birthday to my surprised but now her birthday coming up and I don't know what to get her
Posted: 30 Apr 2018 08:09 PM PDT What kind of friend would you consider a person who cuts you off at the knees when you start talking and says that they will call you back and never ever does. It's happens all the time just like that. At first, I didn't think anything about it because there was no reason not to believe that they needed to go. But there have now been numerous times that this has happened. Friend or Not?
Posted: 30 Apr 2018 06:40 PM PDT During the closing of the casket, I had him turn to me and I wiped his tears away. Someone got it on video, and now I am being called a hero by his family and friends. Did I do the right thing and am I a hero?
