My ex and her family are refusing me access. I haven't since him since August.

I'm currently 17 living with my single mom in a nice flat. These past weeks she's been maturbating almost daily. I understand she's human but she's all I have as a single child. I can't talk to my friends about this because their parents and parent usually never do stuff around them. So I have no escape. I know if this continues eventually I will lash out. So I'd like to have some guidance and opinions before I lose my **** or calmly have a talk with her.

I've been really upset lately! I mean, I've been venting a lot and really down on myself, and I get so mad and feel like I need to shout to the top of my lungs. He's been meeting women at hotels and my mom saw it when they were in Vietnam last year, plus my twin sister tracks his phone and he is NEVER where he says he is. He used to be physically abusive but stopped when we got older but still hits my mom sometimes, and he is very verbally abusive. He is usually gentle with my baby sister which I am very grateful for. I moved to a different state because I couldn't take his abuse anymore but also because of college, and I live here with my aunt and uncle who are very supportive. I know he will kill my family if my mom asks for a divorce because he is just evil. He literally screams at us in public for the littlest things and even slapped me in front of his friends because I was too slow to eat. I visited for Christmas last week and he slammed his fist on the kitchen counter and yelled because he didn't like how my mom and I were catching up when we were taking our time on peeling shrimp for dinner. He would pretend to steer and go off the road when driving to scare us when he's mad. A few nights ago my sister told me he yelled at my mom because she didn't want to sleep early and threatened to light the house on fire then slapped her. My sister has depression and he taunts her to kill herself. I just know that he will kill them and commit suicide if they get a divorce because I just know him. I'm so scared because my mom and sisters are my life and I will literally die if anything happens to them. I don't know what to do.

She's 7, and she's never wanted to talk to others her age. She has no friends because of this.. She doesn't seem to have social anxiety. She'll talk with people fine. But always avoids people. She doesn't like when people hug her, or anything. She doesn't play with others in her class. She'll just sit off to the side and read. Teachers are worried. I don't understand it. I've tried asking why she won't talk and play with the other children. She'll answer " they don't interest me" "I don't like to play" or something along those lines. She plays by herself, and will often do things like draw, build box forts, etc.. She won't even play with her little sister. She'll lock herself in her room and be in her box forts for hours! Normally reading. I've tried putting her in groups and clubs but still, she wont even play with kids who come up to her and ask her to play. Tharopy won't help, we've tried. She just complains how she thinks it's stupid we make her talk to a councillor/ tharopist. What do I do?! I want her to have a few friends... she's always alone!

I'm going to say true because it takes so much courage to put yourself out there again, after you're already hurt. Especially if you're dealing with depression and anxiety and they know that. I personally don't spend my time with just anyone and I let that be known. I'm very selective with my time. I just think someone should validate your feelings and concerns, especially if they know you've been through a lot. Is that wrong?

Say like if you're 15-20 I don't think it's your parents business long as you're using protection and not doing it in their home

Does it count as a relationship if you don't really like the person, you barely spend time with them, and you're just using them in a way? This isn't about me so I don't need any lectures lol i am just curious and want to see what other people think or have to say.

While stalling for marriage, she convinced him they were eventually going to get married. She called him "husband", giving him the illusion that she was so committed to him. Admitted by him, she was smart with money, therefore she managed all his money and assets. She used his money to renovate her house and to replace all furniture, saying that's the house they will eventually live in. She used his money to take care of her family on big and small events including putting a big chunk into her parent's account, saying that way she and him would live happily without worrying her sick parents. She convinced him to sell his rental house, in which the proceed eventually went into her investment account under her name. 5 years later, all his assets dried up. Then she secretly started a relationship with another man. At the same time, she continued emptying his accounts each month as his salary came in. When that was discovered, he was so distraught that he couldn't eat or sleep for months, and eventually took his own life. He left suicidal notes where the family learned about so much details of that relationship. The family had tried to file police report, but was told such accusation was hard to prove. I'm in shock and speechless hearing it! The laws have got to have something to penalize fraudster or con artist, right? Any suggestion or comment is welcome.
