Posted: 27 Jan 2018 07:29 PM PST So we have been talking since June 2017 and I started actually began developing feelings for him around August and we did not see each other for two months when he went away for University but the feelings were still there but since October we see each other every other week and we did not have sex until late October. I know he likes me for me and not for my body and I love how he's open to talk about the future with me. We are far from hook up buddies or friends with benefits because we have actual mutual feelings for each other. We are only 19. Anyways, we became "exclusive" I guess in December although we both stopped talking to other people since October. He is super shy like really shy and has never been in a real relationship. I love how kind he is and how we have the same humor. Anyways, Valentines Day is coming up and I have no clue if we should get each other gifts. We aren't technically dating because I'm not allowed to date and have him meet my parents but he'll like to but right now we're just together, I guess. I see us lasting for awhile but he hasn't said anything about it and I don't know if I should causually ask because I really don't want it to be awkward. Me and him wanted the same things for our future and we were in love. He was everything I needed and he said I was perfect. For some reason he started to get upset when I would question anything. If I had a question or wanted to discuss our future plans it meant I was lying and that was never what I wanted. I don't know why he was thinking this way. He said I was lying and I didn't understand him. Also, I told him I wanted to go on more dates and I did get upset that we weren't going out more once. He said this meant that I wasn't his friend because his friends always enjoy just sitting at the house together and he can't be in a relationship with someone who isn't his friend. He would say his friends are perfect and I'm not. He said we were completely incompatible because I lied about everything (which I didn't). He also calls me immature and ignorant and also simple. In my time being single I've only dated four guys, I ended one and only one of the others stuck around. I've little way to meet anyone as I currently don't work and don't have any friends locally (just moved back from living abroad), I try dating apps but it's slim pickings and when I do find guys on apps it often doesn't progress - it feels like there's so many other women they've on interest in trying to get to know me. I've no idea what to do, I don't want to sound like I'm desperate or like a loser complaining...but...yeah... I'm 14 going on 15 soon, and a freshman in high school. I have been in a relationship for the past month. He is a sophomore and 16 years old. I have introduced him to my family multiple times and my parents and siblings like him, and I have also met his parents and siblings who also approve of me. I am good friends with his sister who is in the same grade as I am, and I have known her for a long time. We met at an after school club (anime club, we are both very into that) and simply talked from time to time, but eventually his sister and our best friend set us up and here we are. He is very respectful and always asks for consent for everything, and we mostly hang out at each other's houses and only go out occasionally because he is more of an introvert. Nothing is "too" serious yet, since we know of the consequences and want to wait before anything like that happens. But my parents said they would rather support me being on birth control when I ask for it than have me sneak around and possibly have consequences, so I know I can talk to them when and if I ever have to. I still maintain a healthy relationship with my friends and I never cancel my plans to just be with him. Once again, sorry for all this rambling. But do you think that 14 is too young for a responsible relationship? I was simply wondering because many people on here seem to think that, so I decided to ask for myself. |

So to get down to it, women in general find me attractive. I got a good self-confidence going and when I look at women they like it in general, I am not scary looking, or give of creepy vibes, so don't give me that. What happens is, I tend to be aware of my surrounds and I find women giving me signals a lot (looking over their shoulder, turning their head like an owl to look at me, looking and playing with hair and so forth). A girl or woman I find attractive comes on and our eyes meet for a couple of seconds, she looks away and takes a seat. Usually I sit pretty far back, and it happens at least a couple of times per day that she turns back to look at me while seated, often repeatedly, turning her head really unnatural. When our eyes meet she holds it for a couple of seconds, hard to guesstimate but 3-4 seconds at least, more than a look. I rarely approach however, mostly because I got other stuff in my life taking priority right now, then some stranger I do not know, however, that doesn't mean I want her to feel bad. So while I find her attractive, which she probably assumes since the way we looked at each other, but I don't approach, even though she can probably feel or guess that it is not a confidence problem, would you assume I am not interested or get insecure? |

He then ghosted me for a few weeks before telling me he liked a friend of mine more, they re dating now and we re still friends. And today, I was supposed to meet with a guy I was talking to online for a few weeks, the second I set a time to meet him, a friend messaged me screenshots of him trying to hook up with a friend after I saw him!
