My friends annoying, rude, crude, judgy, overall HELL sister is in orchestra. She is in one grade below us but I am in a higher orchestra so there is an orchestra between us. I have been informed that she was going to audition next year for thte higher orchestra that I'm in! To be honest, I t̶h̶i̶n̶k̶ KNOW that she's going to cheat and possibly RUIN ORCHESTRA not only for me but everyone. How do i make sure she doesnt make the audition?

So I'm 15 and the guy I like is 14....We've known each other since the first grade (now we're in 9th). I never really had any feelings for him until 7th grade. In 7th grade I just randomly felt like there was a bond between us..I don't even know how to describe it. Later, we started texting and we would have pretty deep conversations. He would tell me things he has never told anyone before and vice versa. He says I'm the only one who actually understands him and I told him the same and that he's all I need. We aren't even dating...and that leads to the problem. We're both very awkward people and when we see each other we just look down and glance at each other and look away..we text each other when we are literally right next to each other..So what do you guys think? So last year I was the new kid at school, blah blah 3 months later I made a few friends but at the end of the school year they started ignoring me, even when it was summer vacation, I'd text the group chat & nobody would respond. My friend needed to talk to the others in the GC privately so she asked me if she could kick me out and I said sure. The next day I ask her if everything was alright she said her dad had cancer, and every day after that for a week I asked if she was okay because I knew she was suicidal. Anyway, I stopped, but I asked to be in the GC again, but she said there was no gc. anytime I texted them privately they left me on Read. Then the beginning of this school year they started off not talking to me so I sat w/my brother and his friends but sat with my friends at the start of the second quarter. I felt unwanted at the lunch table & any time I text them they reply with vague answers like 'oh' 'ok' & 'oh wow'. I don't like any of the kids in my grade because of how immature they are & last year a kid was telling others I was a racist because I didn't like Obama's views, so that made the other kids hate me. I want to make other friends but I have bad social anxiety. I can barely communicate with my friends. People think I'm creepy because I don't talk to people and read books. One kid even went to say I was possessed. I rarely talk to my friends anymore outside of school bc they ignore texts but not at school. And I figured out they do have a GC. They lied. If you're wondering what I did during the whole summer vacation, I played video games and watched anime. I didn't talk to my friends after early June, so I barely had any social interaction besides on video games where I met another kid but he ended up being an asshole and kept saying how stupid the US was. he was from Sweden so like he had room to talk lmao I am also 15 and a girl.

There is a store that I go to and over a year or so ago. My mom and I started talking to one of the male cashiers. He just asked us questions like what were we doing for the weekend etc. Just general conversation just being polite. So one day I told him I was going to Massage Therapy school. So he told me that if I needed anyone to practice on I could practice on him. So I said ok and gave him my number awhile went by and he never called. So it's been about four months and the other day he called me. Asking when could I practice Massage on him. I told him that I am no longer in Massage Therapy school. Because I decided to change to something else. But I told him I may end up going back next year. So he asked me if I still remembered some of the things I learned I told him yes. So then he said he could come to my house and I could practice on him. I told him I lived with a roommate I actually still live with my parents. He doesn't have his own place but he said he will soon. So then he asks me if i want to hang out and I told him I would let him know. So I don't know what to think about this. I'm not overthinking it I'm just curious about what he wants.

So some friends that haven't spoken to me in nearly 3 years asked me to go to this party thing at our local center. I've been dreading the thought of going because I know it will be awkward since we haven't spoken in a really long time. I don't know what to do, as I already told them that I am going to be there. I feel really uncomfortable as there will also be a person there that I have an extremely awkward relationship with where there is awkward tension and we just don't talk about it or acknowledge it at all. Does anyone have advice,? These people use to be my best friends and I just don't know what to do. I feel really uncomfortable about going and I fear it will be awkward and I won't be able to leave for 3 hours.

I have known my girlfriend for 8 years now.(she was 12 and I was 13 when we first met). In those 8 years she has been through a lot between bullying (which everyone goes through), the death of her best friend, her dads cancer diagnosis as well as his death, she was raped at 17, and her grandmothers death (she was VERY close to her grandmother). Through it all she has been very strong, but recently I have felt her fading. She says shes fine, but I know shes not. She also gets very irritable when I try to help her (I don't take it personally though). She is just the kind of person who doesn't like showing when she is hurting and tries to deal with things on her own. What would be the best way to try and get her to "let things out"? I wan't to help her as much as possible but she doesn't let anyone in and I am at a complete loss.

its embarrassing :/ i actually walk with 1/2 people i've got to know more. but walking to sit in my spot waiting for the ******* teacher to take a long time to come outside and blow the whistle annoys me more. i lost 2 of my friends and so i don't stay with them anymore in PE. this guy likes me too but he's seen me walking with my other friend so he knows i'm not really alone. i don't know what to do i feel SO embarrassed now that i know this guy likes me and i have to sit alone while people are standing with their friends. i cant go over to my friend because she's starting to slowly talk to these other people but not really. should i just stand by the wall and wait for the teacher?! 😫i bring my phone to that class so i won't be just standing there and there's a bit of people who stand near the wall waiting but me alone but i don't know. i hate sitting by myself waiting for the teacher and then probably sitting alone again at the bleachers or whatever if she doesn't want to play something :/ should i just stand near the wall waiting??😕

So, long story short, I thought I was meeting up with my best friend who moved a few years ago, but it turns out its her AND the person I pretty much hate most in the world. I'm supposed to stay there for three days. I'm having an anxiety attack right now and feel like I might throw up. It is too late to cancel, too - they will be at my place within the hour. The fact is, my friend is a girl and this year she is a 12th grade student, a few days ago the school has a photo shoot, so she put on her makeup, at that time the school's teacher allow the female student to put on their makeup. After the shooting, my friend is so tierd so she take a nap, her home room teacher suddenly went to the classroom and see the box filled with makeup, so she confiscated the whole box, after that she even take pictures while my friend sleep. So is the teacher right or wrong?

So literally all my group of friends do cocaine now. I've never tried it nor plan too. I've only ever smoked weed but I don't even do that anymore. Should I stay away from them? Last time I hung out with them a cop pulled us over and I found out after my friend had cocaine in his pocket.

I'm 19 and I keep investing in friendships that end up being bad for me. For instance, I had a best friend from freshman year to senior year of high school. I was naive and never really had great self esteem and this friend was very nice at first. But over the years, she became very mean and kept making me feel like I was worthless. She would always belittle me and made fun of me for not doing what was "trendy" or "cool" she cared way too much about her self image and I could of cared less. I ended up ending the friendship in hopes of finding friends that were better for me. Right after the friendship break up, I started becoming pretty close to another girl. It felt so good to finally have a friend that was nice to me and could talk to. But as time went on, a similar predicament started to rise up; its all about her. When she tells a story or talks about her problems or anything I, you know, listen and reply. It's what any normal human being should do. But when I talk I get interrupted, flat out ignored, or she's on her phone being a bad listener. She too, cares too much about what people think of her (not as bad as my first friend but still bad). I just see too much similarity and feel as if I am not making any progress with making good friends. Is it me? Am I doing something wrong? I'm not sure what to do because she's become the closest friend I have.

I find myself often alone because of my reluctance to invite any of my friends over, and this is because I am not comfortable with having friends over while my parents are home. All my friends are mostly just people that I see st school, nothing more.I do not have a car, don t drive. So apparently my baby's father tried to hook up with a best friend of mine. she did not let me know that he tried to hook up with her until recently about a year ago when I got pregnant with our baby. a few months ago I kicked my boyfriend out because we got into an argument but apparently he went to my best friend's house. my best friend's ex happen to stop by and he said that he walked in unexpectedly into her house and saw my boyfriend and my friend on the couch and it looked like they had just got done having sex because my boyfriend was pulling his pants up supposedly. I went over to her house the next morning and he was there sleeping on her bedroom floor but when I first came to her house she told me that he wasn't in there and that he had left the night before. so now I feel like I cannot trust her although she tells me that nothing happened between them and that she didn't want me to know that he was there because she didn't want to start drama and that she was just trying to help him out because he was saying that he got kicked out in that he was cold and hungry. and that her ex-boyfriend is just lying how would you feel?

Can you guys give me an advice? Also, I'm 17 years old. What grade will they put me in? Should I bring lunch or buy one? Will I be discriminated and bullied? Please give me answers.

His mom and siblings (parents are divorced) verbally abuse him and his siblings pyschially abuse him. His sister told him he shouldn't talk to anyone online and told him he's a dick. Those are just a few things. I've tried telling him to get out of there and he's tried to but nothing happens. He told me that he and I should stop talking. He said his sister's right. He also said he's done hurting people. He's never hurt anyone. I sent him a message but he hasn't replied. He said I didn't do anything wrong, but I didn't do enough. What do I do?

I'm in nursing school and one of my friends always asks me to do things for her. For example, last semester she didn't have some of the required books so I would literally give her the answers to the online quizzes after I took them. She has NEVER helped me on any assignment ever. And I have helped her on many previous assignments as well. Now she is asking to borrow some of my books, but I really don't want her to borrow them because I literally spent money I got for Christmas on these books instead of getting me stuff that I really wanted, and now I would have to let her use them too when she could buy them just like I did? The problem is that we are in the same clinical group together, which means I will have to do many group projects with her and I don't want it to get awkward or have her give me bad peer reviews because I am tired of her using me. What do I do?

Alright so I just recently remembered something and i m very positive that it wasn t a dream. When I was about 6 or 7, my parents friend kissed me on the lips at least 3 times in his garage while my friends were in the backyard playing a game. (Note that I was friends with his son) He often liked to put me and my other friend who was two years younger than me on his lap as well when we were outside playing or something. I never ever told my parents and i m really afraid to tell my parents because they might not believe me since this happened a long time ago (im 14 right now) and i m not sure how to tell them. I have two guy friends who I hang out with a lot and I kid you not, they always undermine me and knock me. For example I just went from tha IPhone 4s to the 8 Plus and they said my iPhone is wack I should of gotten 'android' etc when both their phones are old. My friend mentioned a story where he knew i was there (it was us 3) and he said he doesn't remember who else was with them (leaving me out on purpose). When I got a new job, I got $800 worth of free clothes in the store for my uniform, and they laughed in my face and said 'hahha you only have 6 clothing items' when that was the store standard. I'm getting real tiredness of them knocking me, it's literally every time something positive happens to me. Whether it's a job, or even traveling ( I traveled from Cali to New York and they told me my trip sounded boring) etc. Are they jealous?
