I'm bestfriends with my old instructor, she and I have developed a special bond.. her sibling used to be my instructor all through childhood. He passed away years ago, when he passed it hurt both of our hearts really bad. I was extremely close to him, she knew it too as he would always tell her about me. We are kindred spirits, she is a best friend to me.. i write her letters a lot, giving encouragement if not telling her a story of something I have done, all good stuff.. some letters are deep and personal of things others are ligh and sweet.. This letter i wrote her was a deep one, describing how special her brother was to me as an instructor. How I found out about her brothers passing. How i felt that day and how bad it affected me. How I felt as a student losing the one teacher who meant the most to me, how he was not just my teacher but my friend.. towards the end of the letter i told her (were bith religious) how i thanked god for every happy time i had with him, how its not about what our loves ones leave or how they leave but what they leave behind on us.. which are the happy times and how we should always be thankful for them .. shes a very serious reserved lady, very strong lady who doesn't ever let things get to her.. she sent me a message saying "I cried reading your letter" which is a big deal because she hardly ever cries. It was a letter from my heart but was it a bad thing that she cried? Why did she?... am i a bad person for causing her to cry

The exchange program I read said I needed a minimum of C's for the past three years, I know I did ok for 2 years but last year I wen through some stuff and it affected my school life pretty bad. I only got 3 failed classes but I've failed math for my whole high school life. I'm going to try really hard this year to overcome this. Will this affect my chance of going? It's my dream and I'll be crushed if I can't go.
