Posted: 22 Jul 2017 11:37 AM PDT We want to have a nice destination ceremony where our family/friends can join but currently we don't have any money saved. So we decided to get married at Town Hall at the Justice of Peace. When we finally have our ceremony at our destination located would we be getting married again or would be renewing our vows? Anyone know the process? |
Question: My boyfriend proposed??? I'm 18!? Posted: 22 Jul 2017 08:18 AM PDT My boyfriend proposed to me but I'm 18 years old. Next year I will be attending college and my boyfriend will still be in high school. I will be going to college only 20 minutes away from my hometown, so it will be easy to see each other, but I really don't want to be engaged before I even start college! I'm not ready for that commitment, but i also don't want to hurt his feelings. I love him very much but I dont want to be engaged. I told him i wanted a promise ring but he got me a huge engagement ring that is uncomfortable and looks like an engagement ring. If I tell him I dont want to be engaged it will break his heart. He thinks that it is not about age, it is about how you feel and he knows he wants to get married to me. I think that it's a really big jump. Help?! |
