Question: Should I apologize to the people I bullied when I was younger? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 05:02 PM PDT I'm 16 now and i've been slowly realizing just how ****** up I was when I was 6-12yrs old. There was no excuse for anything that I did and I want to apologize to all the people I was rude to, but I don't know if I should. By apologizing, though I don't expect an acceptance, I hope to feel less guilty and I'm not sure the people I was rude to would want to relieve me of some of my guilt. I don't think I deserve to be forgiven, but I would like to be. I would like your guy's opinions on this before I try to reach out to people because I don't want to make the situation worse. |
Question: What would you do if your friend did this to you? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 04:50 PM PDT So i asked my friend a couple of months ago if she would be able to come to my boyfriends birthday with me because i dont want to be with just his friends and she said yes but now two weeks out she said she's not going anymore because her other friend is having her birthday party on the same night (her bday is the day before) but she said her friend wasn't doing anything and now all of a sudden she is and it's on the same day she said she'd come to my boyfriend's party now i find that a bit suspicious and i said to her that she said she was gonna come to my boyfriends bday and that i counted on her and she could only say she couldn't leave her friend on her own when she won't be im so annoyed at her what would youse guys do |
Posted: 27 Jul 2017 04:37 PM PDT A couple hours ago my friend texted me claiming to be her boyfriend and said rude things about me calling me names like ugly and cry baby and it was just her friends and her pranking me but it was really cyber bullying this friend who was the main person was my best friend and my sister (not by blood) we are no longer friends anymore we had gone through so much and I just don't know what to do anymore I told her I felt useless and worthless and a waste of space and they agreed with me I don't know what to do I just need to talk to someone I don't know. She also had bailed on me to go to her friends that I was talking about and she hadn't seen me in 2 months but she hadn't seen her in like two days. |
Question: I feel like no one likes me? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 04:31 PM PDT Particularly in work. I am a rather quiet person, but occasionally do talk and have a chat with someone. I also can't read people either (because of Asperger's it's really hard), and sometimes when I try to talk to certain people I'll get the feeling they don't wanna talk to me because they'll not really try to keep a conversation going (this'll be during our break as well, so it's not like I'm interrupting them from anything). And just recently a person I work with unfriended me from Facebook and no one else. I usually get along with that person and we'll have a quick chat if it comes up. I am like that with a lot of people from work, but just feel like they aren't interested and don't like me. What can I do to be more like-able? |

Question: Friend problem. I really need help? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 02:18 PM PDT I've noticed for the past few days my best friend has been treating me really differently. She's almost mean to me now, she'll just get mad at me for the smallest things, but I won't go too far into detail. Yesterday asked her what's wrong because she's not like she was but she just got after me for making her sound like she's fake. I apologized and she just said "whatever". I left her for four days and she's still the same. What's going on here? I know she didn't hear anything from anyone because she doesn't go to school and I'm the only one she ever talks to, besides I wouldn't ever say anything bad about her to someone else anyway. I really don't want to lose her, but she's not taking any hints that the way she's been treating me is bothering me. I needs some advice, thanks for your answers. |

Question: Sneaking into my high school after graduating? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 12:55 PM PDT I graduated this year and am sneaking back in the first day of the next year by taking my bud and pretending to be a student just to go and see old friends and to make a funny memory. How should I do it? I figured I'd have to spend a lot of the time hiding in the bathrooms and walking in the halls meeting people during passing period. I have to avoid the principals because they all know me and that I already graduated, but that doesn't seem too hard to do. Any thing I missed? |
Question: How to stop being someones friend without being mean? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 12:49 PM PDT So my childhood best friend and I grew apart in high school. It happens, people change. I don't hate her and I really do wish her well but she's just not someone I really want to ever hang out with. I moved schools senior year and didn't talk to her after that. It wasn't until about a year ago, about 3 years after high school that she reached out to me. I figured I'd give it a shot and hang out with her because I hadn't in a long time and thought maybe since we're grown up, we'll get along like we did as kids. Well, I was wrong. I still wish her well and all but I just didn't enjoy her company. Ever since then, for over a year now, she'll message me every month or two and ask if I want to hang out. I always politely decline with some excuse like work or family stuff. If I were her, I'd have gotten the hint by now but she hasn't. I don't want to be mean or hurt her feelings so I don't know how else to tell her I don't want to hang out. I know some people will say to just be blunt but I really can't do that. She's also very sensitive so even saying things nicely might really hurt her and that's not my intention, I just want her to leave me alone lol. What should I do? |
Posted: 27 Jul 2017 12:29 PM PDT I already paid my $50 to go, & I doubt I'd get a refund, and I probably wouldn't ask for one anyway. For my friend's 19th birthday, she wants to go down the shore. She's been trying to plan this since May. A total for like 7 of us are supposed to go. One of my other friends who's also going would pick me up and take me there and back. Its supposed to rain literally everyday that we're there (Friday-Monday). It doesn't sound like she has any indoor activities planned besides drinking & getting high, which I like to do very occasionally, certainly not for days and days in a row. I just don't know if I want to spend additional money and time there it's gonna be rainy, but it's her birthday and she worked so hard to plan it. Should I just suck it up? |
Question: Am I being discriminatory to my friends? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 11:55 AM PDT I asked a group of my friends what days are they free to hang out with me, and one of them said "but I don't drive." I still want that friend to hangout with me. 1. if I said to him, "so we can't hangout?", wouldn't that be discrimatory against people (specifically him) who don't drive? 2. or does he just not want to hangout with me and using him not driving as an excuse? 3. or did he expect me to expect him to drive during our hangouts? I didn't expect him to drive, heck, I drive and can give him a ride. |
Question: What does my dream mean? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 11:12 AM PDT I had a dream I was with a group of friends in a hotel. My friend who currently broke my heart was also there and her new gf. I felt like they were trying to run their affections in my face so I got mad and started arguing with my friend. I think told my friend I was tired of her and punched her in the face which caused her to fall off the balcony. My other friend went to make sure she was okay and she was okay just had a black eye. I was told to leave and the friend I punched pretty much told me good. What does this mean? |
Posted: 27 Jul 2017 11:06 AM PDT The first gym class I don't really know about but the second gym class is more for sports. My friends are all taking the sport class but I have a feeling it's going to be hard and that there are strict teachers which I hate the feeling of. I don't know much about the first one but almost none of my friends are taking it so I'll have to make new friends and I'm not good at making new friends. What do I do?? What option would you choose? |

Question: Lose interest in friends after a while? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 10:30 AM PDT Friendships can go smoothly, and I get along with a lot of people. As soon as I hang out with a certain clique or friend too much, then I lose interest in them completely. Why is this? |
Question: What are some stereotypical gay products and food? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 10:30 AM PDT I don t mean this to be offensive. In fact, I want to make sure I don t go too far. My gay friend s birthday is coming up and I got inspired by Gabriel Iglesias to make a racist gift basket for a gay person (not really racist, but you get the idea). Trouble is, I don t know too many things to put in it. What products can I put in without going too far and ruining our friendship? |

Question: Do you agree or not and why? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 09:51 AM PDT Why is it like this? On the way I think, I see people on the Internet do not treat people well, like yeah you can find many friends and I actually agree, internet friends are better than real life friends but on the other way for example, seeing a picture of someone and they will say that this person is ugly and fat even if the person wasn't fat and ugly and so on and they just want a beautiful person, I honestly see them only think about looks, this is the only thing important to them... they are stupid but in the opposite to real life people do not care much about appearances and can be best friends with you. Do you agree or not and why? Sorry for my bad English >_< |
Posted: 27 Jul 2017 09:42 AM PDT so, i ll explain this as simple as i can. i had this friend which was an asshole. she talked immense **** about me, bragged all of her possessions and was shady instead of being upfront. besides all, she was fun to hang with at parties. i tried to stand her for the sake of our friend group, since i really liked the other 3 girls. but one day, i found out she literally told an acquaintance that i was on anxiety pills, which wasn't even true. that was my limit right there, i was so furious my blood boiled. the thing was, i made the promise to not tell anyone, so i didn't. i literally cut her off from one day to the other, not speaking to her and leaving my friend group with one girl who understood me. this was right before school ended. i have managed to speak to the other two who stayed in the group and cleared things up without having to tell them exactly what happened. however, they are biased towards her and everyone around me seems to ******* love her and praise her constantly, and it makes me so scared. i chose to leave an asshole person for my own sake and happiness, but now i'm literally alone with one other friend. sure, i got an immensely supportive group loving people who stand by me, but i really have no specific group and i'm scared i'll wonder around. i am so sorry this is so long, just, i hope someone can answer. |
Question: Should I go on vacation with my friend?HELP PLEASE? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 09:24 AM PDT So my friend invited me to Branson with her and her family. I wasn't gonna get to go cause my family didn't have the money to send me, and now I might get to go, but I don't know if I want to because of like being away from my family for like a week and stuff and scary rollercoasters XD. Anyway if I do go we leave today so please help |
Posted: 27 Jul 2017 09:23 AM PDT So my fiancée is upset that my friend came into town "too early" before the wedding. She came last night and the wedding is on Sunday. She's staying at my moms because he doesn't want her st out house because it "invades his privacy." Now he says that the wedding is about us and that we are supposed to be spending time with eachother and I'm not supposed to be with my best friend. I feel tied. Do I hang out with my friend or do I go home to make him happy? He will not spend time with her, he refuses |
Question: Why is he mad at me he isolated his own self ? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 08:57 AM PDT My guy friend at work always sits beside me on our breaks but this week he sat on the other side of the table all the way at the end and instead of talking with everyone he put his earphones in ... and I sat where I usually sit. And since he didn't sit beside me I started talked to other people that was around me. Before break ended I texted him even though he was at the end of the table my text said "I miss our conversations you haven't sat with me this week" he texted back "yeah right you don't miss me" and I replied "yes I do" and he said "you act like you can't say nothing to me right now though" and I said "you have your earphones in and you sat all the way at the end of the table" and he texted back "I told ya im trying to get away from the flies in this cafeteria ya thought i was lying that's why I didn't sit over there" And I texted back " well I miss you sitting with me" and he said "it doesn't seem like it but I miss you too" Tl:DR; I feel like he's mad at something I did in this scenario but I'm not sure as to what because I decided to back off of him and give him space. |
Question: Why shouldn't I drop acid? (LSD)? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 08:54 AM PDT Most of my friends have tried it and I've done tons of research and I can't find any reasons why someone shouldn't take it, besides having a bad trip. I'm going to a Lakehouse for a week and I'm gonna be bored af so I'm thinking about dropping by myself in my room or sum. I'm already a stoner so dont pull the don't do drugs speech. |

Question: Did I do the wrong thing? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 07:11 AM PDT I was sick of being bullied all throughout middle school so when I joined high school I decided to do something about it There was a new boy in town that had autism, he attended special school because his parents knew if he went to public school he'd get bullied incessantly. I came up with a plan, I craftily formed a fake friendship with him & convinced his mom to cancel his schooling, claiming to always be at his side & the kids at our school were nice. As he entered school he inadvertently shifted the target off of my back & plastered it onto himself. His parents cannot afford to get him back to the special school he was in, Thus he is forced to live a miserable high school life, & I am now spared from the abuse I bragged to my mom about how easily manipulative I was and she called me a "dirty coward" & told me to defend him the next day or I would get grounded & she would get him back to his special school. I didn't do it, but I escaped punishment through pure luck due to the boy telling my mom that I defended him, in hopes that I would be his friend again. However, I did not become friends with him & said it was nothing personal, but if we did I'd get bullied too. Everything ended so peacefully for me. It's been four years since high school, I'm in college, doing well. I googled the autistic boy & discovered he became a loser in life. He is now a criminal & he blames it all on the bullies. I am starting to feel a BIT bad about what I did, not enough to regret it tho |
Question: Pieing a baseball player in the face? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 07:07 AM PDT Hi! My friend plays baseball and he's in the playoffs now. He's the nicest kid and a supportive friend. Anyways I wanted to sneak up behind him after the championship game (only if he wins) and slam a pie into his face! I don't know what kind of pie I should use though and how I should proceed to push the pie into his face. I want to do it in a funny way. Any ideas? Thanks! |
Posted: 27 Jul 2017 07:05 AM PDT okay so i don't have a good reputation in my town because of things that happened years ago in middle school, and alot of people don't like me at my high school because of that. but now theres people starting more rumors about me and idk if im paranoid or if everyone i thought were my friends are turning against me. but, its my fault that the rumors are starting because i got high before school and now everyone thinks i was faking it and i dont know what to do. i cant leave my town. any advice?? and yeah i know that me being a freshman, i shouldn't have done that and i know that people are gonna find a way to talk about me regardless bc im an easy target i guess but i really don't want all my friends to turn on me and have more rumors about me |

Question: My best dude friend and I constantly argue a lot? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 06:30 AM PDT I need mature answers to this. My dude best friend is bi and i'm gay still in the closet. Well I met him 2 years back on social media since I kinda had personal problems of my own and he wanted to help me out with my sadness. We have been through a lot together and I honestly know he's been my true friend this entire time but I sometimes get aggravated very quickly. I would treat him like s*hit at times and I would feel very bad about it too. And I have made him cry a few times. This is the weirdest love and hate friendship we have ever both experienced. We have both tried to stop talking to each other but he never tends to leave my side. I'm just worried i'm going to lose one of my closest friends. We both do have feelings for each other but we just argue like maniacs over the stupidest little things but he has to deal with me more since he had other personal issues. I feel this isn't very healthy for our friendship but I can be very stubborn at times and I just want our old friendship back. It has never came like this. But have both tried to part our ways but we both end up coming back to each other. He has told me whenever I stop talking to him he gets extremely upset and he feels like everything his fault which is actually mine. I really don't know what to do anymore. I'm trying to fix our friendship and have a serious talk with him soon. Were both giving each other space for right now. Is there anything I can do to improve our close and great friendship? |
Question: How do I not get bullied at my new school? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 06:10 AM PDT Okay, first things first, I m a cliché. No avoiding it. What ckiché? A classic nerdy girl. I ve got brown hair, brown eyes, great grades, big black glasses, braces, I m unathleric, I hate sports, and I m generally a huge nerd when it comes to books and TV as well. My favorite show ever is Doctor Who, of course. My favorite book is.. well I don t know. I ve had my nose stuck in a book 24/7 since I learned to read, so it s hard to choose. I live in a small town in southern Arizona in the USA. I m moving to Maine in October. I m terrified. Last time I moved I was bullied so much that I had to change schools. Even then I was ignored, and no one showed up to my party out of the 30+ people I invited. How do I not get horrifically bullied this year? Don t say change the way I look, I ve tried it, people still bully me about how I act. |
Posted: 27 Jul 2017 04:18 AM PDT I have had many years to think about this and have decided that I have had enough of this life and want to die. I can't take it anymore. I won't go into detail, but if I kill my self or choose assisted suicide (which is illegal in my country so I'd have to try overseas), my family and friends will be sad. How do I distance them from me? I could make the, hate me, but I don't see that working What are some other things that I can do so that when I die they don't care? I could always save up and move to a remote country and do it there (although hey would probably still track my parents down). I'm lost as for what to do and need ideas soon |
Question: Is my friend REALLY there for me? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 03:11 AM PDT I was talking to my friend and I told her that I had a problem and she immediately said "goodnight, I'm going to bed" but later she was posting on social media with her friends. This really really hurt me. I'm not sure whether I should keep her as a friend |
Question: I broke up with my best friend. Was it the right thing to Do? (Please read)? Posted: 27 Jul 2017 03:10 AM PDT My best friend of 6 years. He was my rock. As with most boy girl friendship, we fell for eachother. We dated for 9 months. Then I broke up with him. Tbh, it wasn't a big deal. We make better friends and we both knew it. So things continued on. But just because I broke up with him didn't mean the feelings went away. To this day, I'm still not over it. So that leads us to factor one of this breakup. I felt sick of the emotional roller coaster. Because no matter how badly want him to just be my best friend, he's not. He's my best friend ihave feelings for. But nothing can happen and we know that. So I'mconstantly putting myself through pain being around him. But I stuck around because he was my only&best friend. Reason two, his drug and alcohol use. I choose not to use it or be around it. But he's becoming addicted. I hate it. Especially since he's underage. We fight about it a lot And so today Itold him Ineeded a break for awhile to detox from him and figure some things out. He's my best friend. But it's so hard to let go. I'mgoing through a hard time personally too. So sitting here feeling terrible, I can't help but t a hink I did it as a way to just sort of lash out and try to control something. I feel like my reasoning is valid, it hurts SO much. He's been the constant in my life. And maybe I felt like I could lash out and him and push him away and he'd still be there when Iwas done. But that's not fair of me. I need to know if you think I made the right choice. |

Question: Why does my 20 year old friend treat me like a little girl? Posted: 26 Jul 2017 10:24 PM PDT First of all, I'm 15 years old from BC, Canada. I don't usually act childish. I don't mind it at all, but in her perspective she seems to think I'm innocent or still a young child. I know I can't go to nightclubs and bars yet until age 19 (for my province) but besides that I'm not that different from girls her age! Comparing my friends from school to her friends she hangs out with at the bar or whatever, we're not all that different except for a few things. Environment and freedom might influence the differences. She thinks it's funny when she sees kids my age dating sometimes because she thinks that we'll break up within a few months and start loads of drama. Which is usually true when it comes to most couples I know in my grade and she still thinks the "dating" stuff is just trying to imitate older people. I finished grade 9 and I'm going on to my third year (I started highschool in grade 8). She says that she naturally treats me that way sometimes. |
Posted: 26 Jul 2017 10:05 PM PDT Whenever we go out drinking he has 2 pre drinks at the max and two drinks (includes a red bull when we go out!) And then the whole night he wanders around nonstop around the whole club regardless of what I m doing! This is starting to annoy me as he doesn t party hard enough or drink enough which takes the fun out of it etc! I just want him to drink a little more and enjoy himself a little more/party a little harder! Because whether he comes out or not, doesn t bother me cause he has little or no impact on whether I enjoy my night |

Question: Am i thinking too hard? Posted: 26 Jul 2017 08:17 PM PDT I was debating to add my ex or not online. I didn't want too but i still checked out her cool profile. In the end somehow she knew i had visited her page and she requested me to be her friend. I ignored her friend request it's still pending as we speak... Days later i got new message from her and it said "Hi is this who i think it is". I answered back and we talked but here's the catch when i asked her out to get a drink she said "NO I GOT MY OWN PLACE NOW". We both lived under our parents roof 3 years ago when we dated but today she lives alone. Every time i sent her a message she would reply within seconds. One time i replied at 6am and she replied within minutes who the f would reply to someone at that time? I ended up saying bye because it was awkward af. She instead of saying bye she changed the subject. I didn't reply anymore. Moral of the story is could she still have something for me? my friends are saying she didn't turn me down when she said she had her own place but i think she deff turned me down you tell me.... |

Question: What should I do about my passive aggressive best friend? Posted: 26 Jul 2017 07:58 PM PDT We've been friends since freshmen year of high school. The first two years, she was the sweetest person. We got along really well and everything was great. Flash forward to junior and senior year, she pulled a 180. She totally changed. She would constantly make comments about my looks, family, and even personal insults about things I had told her in confidence. Senior year was the worst. When I got rejected from my first choice college, she didn't respond to my message and didn't write to me for a week but yet told all of our friends about it. Whenever I would talk to her at the end of the year, she acted irritated and would either walk away or go on her phone. At graduation she wouldn't even take a picture with me in our cap and gowns. It's now the middle of the summer and she reached out to me, after no contact whatsoever for over a month. She just said she missed me. I told her about a hardship I faced at graduation (my grandmother was unable to come because of complications from my parents divorce) and she just said I should go talk to a therapist about it. We're in the process of trying to arrange a place/time to meet but she takes hours to respond to my messages and her responses are brief. I'm at the end of this relationship. How do I calmly/nicely communicate this to her? |

Question: Part 2 on my lying cousin? Posted: 26 Jul 2017 07:20 PM PDT The 2nd story is that me and lily were in the front patio playing catch with John and I accidentally threw the ball over the gate so I went to retrieve the ball but when I came back both lily and John were sitting down in the front patio so I thought they weren't gonna play anymore so I put the ball to the side and sat down with them and was all peaceful until John started crying for no reason at all again and when my mom came to see what happened John told her that lily hit him and I threw away his toy ball. WHAT! He does all this stuff and then wants to hang out with us. It's getting on my nerves! WHAT SHOULD I DO? |
Question: I have a friendship problem and I don't know what I should do? Posted: 26 Jul 2017 07:20 PM PDT I have this bestfriend, let's call him Jake. We are super close and they are basically my only friend. They are a lot more popular, more expericnce, and weathy than me. And I have told him everything, but lately things have been going down hill. We aren't as close as we use to, at one point I was so mad at them for a really stupid reason that I completely shut him out of my life even tho he still wanted this friendship. Now I am thinking I messed up too much and it's too late. Should I just forget about him or try to reconnect? |
Question: Is my friend right here - is this girl really like it? Posted: 26 Jul 2017 06:35 PM PDT One of my best friends has told me that one of our mutual best friends has a pussy that "[is] 'dis wide, man." He formed right-angles with both of his hands - with his thumb and index finger - and spaced them about four and a half centimeters apart. Can anything factual or relevant be salvaged from this? |
Question: Will my life get any better? Posted: 26 Jul 2017 06:17 PM PDT I'm 17 and I feel so freaking lonely..I feel like I can't communicate with anyone except my mom. Is that weird? Everyone around me is so stupid and I'm not even overreacting! They do things that everyone else does just because they're scared of others judging them. They all dress the same, they say the same things, they act the same way and most of the time they make fun of me because i chose to not be like them? And trust me I'm not one of those tumblr girls pretending to be different! At first i thought it was my fault and even got through depression. But now that i can think better i think it's not my fault. Has any of this ever happened to you? Did your life get any better? I wanna leave this place so bad just to start all over again! |
Question: Should I feel some type of way about my friend not checking on me after my car accident? Posted: 26 Jul 2017 06:12 PM PDT I was recently in a bad car accident which I shared about on Facebook. I mainly wanted to tell people to always wear their seatbelts (which saved my life). I had plenty of people reach out to check on me, but a close friend I had expected to never did. Instead, she texted me days later about her birthday plans. I know she saw that I was in an accident because she liked the post, but the only text I got was "I've decided to have a birthday dinner" what should I say? Should I be upset? |

Question: Why do some women nowadays take compliments offensive? Posted: 26 Jul 2017 06:08 PM PDT I don't give out to women to make them feel uncomfortable, or to hit on them (unless if they seem like they're real nice and real cool maybe), or to bother them or be weird or be fake or get them to like me. If I see something that I like about them or what they wearing, I'll give them a compliment just to be nice to them and make their day nothing more. Every person deserves to feel good and feel happy, even myself too. At the end of the day, I don't try to tell no one how they should feel or how to live their life |
