Question: HELP ME! Does he like me? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 08:36 PM PDT A guy saw me at a party and never spoke to me but friend requested me on fb two years ago. He never messaged me or anything. I saw him at a party for the first time this year and he completely avoided talking to me. He passed by me multiple times and looked at his cell to avert eye contact or convo. He is a social guy in general and talks to a lot of girls. Why is he acting like that? |
Question: How to get through to my boss? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 08:35 PM PDT I've been working with my same boss for 4+ years and we had a great working relationship. In the past few months she has become very difficult to deal with, with a short attitude and cant be bothered with anything. How can I tell her that she needs to be a little more empathetic without making it worst? |
Question: I thought i was dating a guy and he said it was just sex. How to get even? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 08:33 PM PDT feeling so mad, should i write a text ? Obviously, I am not going to have sex with him again, I am not that desperate. Question: Why did he call me several years later? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 08:28 PM PDT fell head over heels for this guy a few years ago and I kind of stalked him. He basically tried to cut off contact with me. A few months ago I started dating someone else, and the guy from the past calls me randomly on my lunch break and leaves a blank voice message. I text and ask if He meant to call to which he says "hey, sorry, must have been a mistake. Hope all is wel!'. Why would he still have my number and do you think it was a mistake? Why do you think hE called |
Question: How do I get over boyfriend cheating? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 08:26 PM PDT Long story short, we were in a great relationship coming up on six months. He broke up with me very unexpectedly without good reason. Very soon he started being with another girl. He eventually realized he d made a mistake and wanted me back. Said he never cheated. Apologized and begged me for three weeks. I m skipping a lot that happened because there is too much to tell but after talking to close family, friends, and a therapist I decided to give him another chance. It s been a couple months since we got back together. I do love him and trust him and things are working out well, but occasionally I still have nightmares about things that happened, about how scared and anxious I was during our time apart. About how defeated and angry he and this other girl made me feel. It was a terrible time and I don t know how to get over it and move on from those feelings. Will I ever be able to get over it? How long should I try? |
Question: Does this guy like me? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 08:25 PM PDT This guy from my old school recently started texting me a lot. He texts me all day from 9pm to 2am in the morning. He calls me babe, baby, beautiful, honey, etc. He flirts with me a lot. He always sends me the kissing emoji(😘). If I talk to him about other guys he gets really upset. He also tells me his dick is really big (why do boys do this a lot?) He asked me to marry him but it was obviously a joke because we're only 13 but I said yes just for the sake of it and we act like we're dating but we're not but if he does like me I feel like I'm leading him on but I don't like him so I feel bad. What should I do ? |
Question: How to date after 45? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 08:25 PM PDT My first two husbands died and I am just a little older than 45 how do I get back into the dating game |
Question: Dumb college break up? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 08:23 PM PDT So my boyfriend and I of 2 years ended a few days ago. We are both 22 we have lived together and gone on vacations together so it was pretty serious. He isn't a very romantic person though and would always make comments about how I'm too clingy and too much to deal with. We are both also super stubborn as well so when we argue it tends to get out of control since neither one of us likes to admit we're wrong. I do love him but after our recent fight we both did not even bother to argue. He hasn't made an effort to come over, I reached out to him and was blocked, my mom even called him and he never picked up. Our fight was dumb, I got mad because I spent money and time decorating my place for the 4th of July and he canceled plans the day of. But honestly the past few months have felt like I'm with a family member rather than a romantic partner. He isn't into affection unless it's to **** me... |

Question: How can I get the courage to break the touch barrier? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 08:13 PM PDT I, a 14-year-old boy going into 10th grade, am starting to like a girl who I think has liked me for more than a year (when I was in 8th grade and she was in 7th). I've done a lot of research, and I've noticed many of her actions around me match up with those that girls do to attract guys. The top thing? She breaks the touch barrier at an abnormal rate for regular friends (she does touch a lot in general, but not as much as between us). At first I backed off every time she came close, but I guess those strategies you find on the internet work. I've noticed she is gradually starting to touch more and more, and in ways more and more awkward for regular friends (not even close to sexual though, don't worry). I've also noticed I am becoming more and more comfortable. The problem? I'm scared to touch her, any physical contact is initiated by her. I'm worried she may lose interest if I keep this up. And there's not a chance I'll work up the courage to go any further (like asking her out) for a while, so don't suggest that. I just want to have the courage to touch for now, that's it. Thanks for any help! |

Question: How do I tell my girlfriend I will leave her if she doesn't lose weight? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 07:49 PM PDT I have been with her for 5 years. But she has gradually been gaining more and more weight. Now it's to the point where her stomach sticks out bad. People regularly ask her if she's pregnant. I'm not attracted to her at all anymore. I hate having sex with her. I have to turn the lights off. I want to tell her either lose weight or I don't want to be with you, but there's not a nice way to say it. What should I do? I mean, at least make an effort to lose a little. Dont eat a bag of donuts, stop drinking soda everyday, get off the couch once in a while, stop eating bags of candy, etc.. I mean come on. On top of this, she doesn't seem to take a shower except for every 4 to 7 days or some ****. I literally don't like looking at her. I'm embarrassed to be seen in public with her. She's gross looking. |
Question: Does water make you break out? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 07:41 PM PDT So lately I've been drinking a LOT of water (8 glasses a day) for the past couple of days and I've been breaking out all over. Nothing else in my lifestyle has changed. What's going on? :( |

Question: Do I seem creepy? And do you think she will contact me? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 07:26 PM PDT I got my hair done by this girl in a salon because my grandparents forced me too. They said it was too long and needed "styling." I felt gay and uncomfortable and told that to the girl who did my hair. We talked the entire time and hit it off. She laughed at all my sarcastic jokes that most people don't get, especially strangers. There was definitely chemistry between us. The haircut lasted over an hour and I loved talking to her the entire time. I'm usually a reserved person but not with her. I'm about to go to college and she is out of college. But this took place in New York during my vacation. I live in the south but hated the thought of never seeing her again. So I called the hair salon and told the girl who answered to give her my number. I called around 4 and it's 10 now and no text or call. |
Question: Please help me. Should I break up with my boyfriend ? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 07:20 PM PDT I'm 19 and he's 23. He's my first BF I've ever had. First kiss and everything. We've known each other for about 9 months and been dating for 5 months. He's helped me out of my depression and made me so happy, but we fight a lot. That's ok with me too, but today we got in a huge fight about politics and human rights and our worldview and racism, etc. and his viewpoints are deeply ignorant to me and unwavering. We are extremely incompatible in that way. What should I do? I am very passionate about my stance though. I lose a part of me with him and without him. |
Question: Am I ugly, why don't girls around MY AGE ever hit on me? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 07:17 PM PDT I am in my mid 20s now but the image below were comments I got on my facebook truthbox from random girls when I was 18 or 19 (so 2011 or 2012)) I now work at Applebees, and at work THE ONLY girls who ever hot on me are Women in their 30s and 40s who are usually drunk Why is this? Is it because I am an ugly guy |
Question: Does this make me a hoe? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 07:14 PM PDT im only 13 but anyways I dated this guy for like a year and a half but while I was dating him I met this guy online lets call him G I knew him way longer than I knew my bf and I had feelings for him and we dated for about 5 months and of course my bf didn t know about this and G didn t know I had a bf but we told each other we loved each other many times but I only told my bf I loved him once but anyways I broke up with G because it was wrong but then I sent nudes to random guys and I got dick pics back which I don t regret lol and while I did this my bf and I were still dating. I also flirted with this guy I met online he was one of my best friends and we acted like we were dating but we weren t. Does this count as cheating? I think it does but... anyways the only reason I did this was because after 6th grade was over I moved schools because I moved an hour away from my old school and my bf and I started talking less and he would comments on girls post on instagram comments the heart eye emoji so I cheated on him so I did this (I m currently going to 8th grade now)but does this make me a hoe? Sorry this is so long but I just wanted to get this off my chest. But one more thing is I still like my ex even tho I cheated on him and did all of this and I, MYSELF broke up with him. He doesn t know I cheated on him and I don t plan on telling him but we don t talk anymore as much so I m kind of ******... |
Question: Relationship advise? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 07:09 PM PDT So I bought some chicken and I ate all the skin and my boyfriend gets mad because I ate it all but I told him to get some and he never did he gets really upset and calls me "hella fat" saying why did i ear it and that Im eating to much I said get yourself someone skinny then or go back to your ex and he says I will I will. Mind you I just lost our baby last week and I weigh about 150. I'm in the bathroom crying because I am still very sensitive and insecure right now. Am I over reacting? :/ |
Question: Women 24-34: would you date an almost 39yo guy and still lives at his parents house? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 07:09 PM PDT Average looking, white, tall, high ranking cop (good salary). No debt. Parents are not disabled. |
Question: I need some advice dealing with matters of the heart? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 07:06 PM PDT I've been heartbroken before, so this isn't my first rodeo. Here's the backstory: I fell in love with a girl, she didn't love me back. The old cliche, unrequited love. We've all heard it before. Yada, yada, yada. I get it. I don't want to bore you as much as you don't want to be bored. So long story short, how can I begin to get over these sort of ordeals? I'm just going through the motions at this point. Time and time again, I just feel heartbroken. It's really been taking a toll on my heart so I'm wondering how I can not so much take preventative measures, but how can I just deal with it altogether? I know it's inevitable because it's part of growing up. It's just textbook stuff, but how can I learn to live with it? I don't know it just hurts I guess. |
Posted: 06 Jul 2017 07:00 PM PDT A little background...we've been talking for like 6 months and just defined that we're boyfriend/girlfriend, excusive, in a "committed" relationship about 2 weeks ago. These terms were specifically used, we aren't just "dating" anymore. He still has his Match.com profile up, no change, and goes on there daily. My friend has an account and was keeping track once she saw he was still on there. I don't have a Match account, never have. SO, what do you think? Sorry, I meant "exclusive" not excusive. We talked about it a couple times actually, he reiterated he didn't want to be with anyone else, only me and that we're boyfriend/girlfriend, that we're exclusive, and in a committed relationship. I even kinda asked if was on any dating-like sites and he said no or made it seem like a no. |
Posted: 06 Jul 2017 06:57 PM PDT Lately it seems like my boyfriend isn t that attracted to me anymore. We have been dating for a year and he s recently been getting busy with work. Tonight, after I showered, I asked "Do you wanna put lotion on me?:)" In a sexy way, and his response was "My hands are dirty." I think to myself you can wash your hands really quick? He laid there on his phone while I m just waiting for him to essentially pounce on me. I know he s not a mind reader but if your girlfriend is naked and fresh and smelling wonderful, wouldn t you just want to kiss her all over? I m just laying here wondering if I m over reacting or if I m doing something wrong. |
Question: Men or women, what body type of female are you usually attracted to? Do you have a type? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 06:55 PM PDT Do you prefer slim women? Do you like thicker women ? Or BBW? No wrong answers. Please explain |

Posted: 06 Jul 2017 06:50 PM PDT We text a lot everyday and everything but we only see each other twice (sometimes 3 or 4 times) a year. He also said that in the long term he doesn't see himself in a long distance relationship. I see him for the first time after we started liking each other and everything in a week. He said things might change when we see each other and he might want to then but I don't know, what do I do. I really like this guy. |

Question: Why would a guy who just turned 54 put his Match.com age from 54 to 52? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 06:39 PM PDT What? No, his age used to say 54, because he just turned 54. After his 54th birthday he went in and changed his age to 52. He's not 52! He's 54. Why not just leave his real age of 54??? |
Question: Situation dealing with a girl? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 06:39 PM PDT So there's this girl that I've started to develop what began as a small harmless crush on. And at the beginning I told myself I wouldn't let myself develop stronger feelings for her because I know I always feel terrible when I fall in love. So anyways, she likes to play games. The worst type. She plays cat and mouse where I am the cat and she is the mouse. She likes to do subtle things to get me turned on or worked up. Lastly she gets a thrill from being the hottest topic. So really she's just a tease and she likes to toy with my emotions. So my question is, rather than being the idiot cat that runs into the wall when the mouse runs into the hole in the wall, in what manner should I hold myself in this situation so I don't end up like the cat crashing into the wall. How should I handle myself in this situation? I really feel like I should be the cat that retreats, and says enough with this game always chasing the mouse because the cat is finally fed up and just wants to drown itself in the river. That's how I feel. I really feel like I should be the cat that retreats, and says enough with this game always chasing the mouse because the cat is finally fed up and just wants to drown itself in the river. That's how I feel. |
Question: Is he interested in me? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 06:27 PM PDT It's going to be a year since we became friends. We are so much a like. I like him and ended up catching feelings towards him. Before I told him that I liked him. He will suggested for us to go to the movies together. I will agree, but our dates will never pull through. He will always have something come up. Lately, I've been feeling blue. So one day when I was trying to control myself from having a panic attack before we parted ways he asked "do you need a hug". He opened his arms towards me and well we hugged. Also a few days ago I was feeling depressed and so I cried. He asked if I wanted to talk about it but I just simply looked away. When I did. That he got closer too me and said my name about three times. A few hours later I sent him a msg apologizing in case I made him uncomfortable, he replied back "it's ok. I just don't like to see you sad". I'm just confused why will he suggested for us to go to the movies and not pull through. I send him msgs and he replied back right away and sometimes he doesn't reply and just reads them. Is he insteredted does he care about me? |
Question: Is this a common female behavior? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 06:20 PM PDT I was wondering if it's ubiquitous that girls set up dates or agree to go on a date and then cancel a few hours before the date. If so, why is that? I have dated many girls and experienced that with at least half of them especially on first date. |
Question: Ugh should I just cancel this trip? Did I mistake a mistake? -_-? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 06:20 PM PDT Long story short. I met this guy, who is also my coworker (not for long though), back in March. At first I didn't think much of him, until I met him in April in person - we were in training for 4 days at his office. He got my number then, and ever since then we've been talking almost every day. We also spend a lot of time on the phone, and I started to develop feelings for him. He would always tell me that he wants to see me, and all of the things we would do when we meet up. At first he was planning to come up to my area in June, however he had car issues and had to buy a new car. So I figured I would make the trip since I have a lot of savings anyways. We discussed this trip a lot in the past few weeks - the dates, where I would be staying, stuff we can do, etc - and he would repeatedly tell me that he hopes I can make it. Well, I am a woman of my word and decided to book everything late last night (at around 11:30pm-12am). HOWEVER, I've realized this whole week he hasn't been talking to me much. We haven't spoken on the phone once and he would usually ask how my day was. When I told him I got time off, he seemed happy and told me I should book asap before it gets expensive. Then today I told him I booked everything and he now tells me that he might not get off when he promised.... IDK I might be thinking too much about this... Advice? My back up plan is if things go wrong then I'll explore the town myself, meet new people... But still. |
Question: I've been gone for a while...what have I missed? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 06:17 PM PDT |
Question: Does my coworker like me? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 06:16 PM PDT We're both 20. We graduated from hs in the same class 2 years ago, though in hs we knew each other's names, but only as acquaintances. We started working the same shifts at our job this summer, and I can't help but notice he may be into me. It's little things like eye contact. So much eye contact. I'm always trying to catch his eye, and we even hold eye contact, if briefly, from opposite ends of the room, even if he's talking to someone else, and of course we do as well in conversation. Also he stands close sometimes. Then there's the whole thing where lately he's been asking me to stay late. I get off work at 3, but he's never off until 5, and he usually asks if I can stay until 5. I'm already working 8 hours, and for me to stay an extra two hours means I'm working 10 hour days, but I enjoy being around him, so I stay. The important part is that when I ask him why, he says "because that's when I'm off." Almost as if he doesn't want to be at work without me? He does this even if we have plenty of staff, and they don't really need me to stay. Also, I heard him talking to one of my other coworkers. I heard my name mentioned quite a bit, then even heard my coworker say "bro, you've got feelings for her..." and the coworker I'm interested in said "yeah but unlike you I don't let it affect me." Which is important bc he's actually my manager so a relationship between the two of us is against policy (I'm quitting soon for school so it's ok) |
Question: Why am I thinking about him all of a sudden? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 06:16 PM PDT There was this guy I was probably in love with, now that I think of it, about four years ago that I lost touch with. I used to think of him every single second of the day (not even over exaggerating) but time passed and I don't think I've even thought about him for even a split second for a long time until these past few days. And no, we never dated. I'm pretty sure this guy liked me back but nothing ever happened. So my question is, why am thinking about him after years of not thinking about him? Why all of a sudden? Is this just a sign that I'm not 101 percent over him yet? |

Question: When a Man Feels Intimidated by You? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 06:06 PM PDT Is that a bad thing or a good sign? He got awkward around me and was nervous but got more comfortable. I feel like I intimidate him. One time my hand got kind of close to him and he figdgeted and his hand kind of spasmed a bit And let's say I suggest something to do, he'll follow me along no questions asked even if he doesn't really want to do it himself. I.e. If I suggest to go out to a party he would be like ok let's go even though he doesn't want to drink ..it'll like he'll follow me around like a little puppy Anyways is me intimidating him a bad thing |
Posted: 06 Jul 2017 06:06 PM PDT I read some of his texts with his ex out of curiosity to see what they talk about, but anyways...they broke up because of long distance. He texted her that he misses her. He also told her that she has a special place in his heart and he still thinks about her. He told her that he gave me a chance becauseI'm nice and that I deserve it" that really hurt my feelings... my boyfriend doesn't know I read the texts. Should I tell him? Should I break up with him? What should I do? |

Question: She stopped responding to my text, instead end the conversation by ignoring it.? Posted: 06 Jul 2017 06:05 PM PDT She usually respond to my text by trying to not end the conversation. I usually end the convo by not texting back. It wasn't to do it in a bad way, but just, there isn't nothing else to talk about. Now, when I text with a statement, not question, she ignore it, and it makes me just sit and wait, because I don't want to double/triple text her. |
