I met a man two months ago at a pizza place and he is from Palestine. We have been dating for a bit but I am still seeing whether or not to form a relationship.. He is trying to seek asylum here in the US but his case if very complicated. He said if he can't stay in the US, then he'll just move to Nicaragua… for good. Since that's the only place his PA passport will take him. He hasn't really thought or talked about how I would feel about that even though I told him that he means a lot and that I am starting to develop feelings. Maybe I should just cut ties now before his court date… advice please? You see.. I always go above and beyond and care sooo much for my friends and anyone else but people either ignore that, hurt my feelings, or not do the same. Today his best friend died and have no idea when/how to tell him. He has only been in for about a week so I have had no contact with him yet and do not know when I will be able to. If I am able to call/visit him soon, should I tell him? Or will that effect his recovery process. I feel it would be best to tell him as soon as possible since he will have the support and therapy to get through it? |

He always comes to sit with me during break. We have hung out twice out of work, both times for 4-5.5 hours. He is still super sweet even though I crap out and just don't really talk(anxiety), I feel so bad about it. He still hangs out even though I don't talk, and will even say how much fun and that we should do it again or suggest other things to hang out and do. Laughs at my shitty jokes. Tells me my "hair looks REALLY blue right now". I have blue hair, a friend told me this was him flirting/complementing me, but I feel like if my hair wasn't dyed and he told me "your hair looks really brown right now" it would just be a little bit odd statement? Gets REALLY excited when we like the same thing. Talks about things he knows I like. (mentions he helps friends dye hair, talks about how much he loves dogs, especially big dogs; I have big dog.) Has said at work "I'll be over here in case you need anything/help" and said it to ONLY me instead of all the others around me too. I think he keeps trying to ask me my schedules (work two jobs) to figure out when we can hang, but I am dumb and don't realize until later.. He kind of teases me, but I can't tell if is legit teasing/being a dick/judgey or trying to be friendly teasing. the first time we hung out he left his lighter at my place, I was told this was a "leave behind move"..? Just looking for confirmation that he maybe likes me back I guess..? I am socially clueless. (and pretty fat and have no self esteem/confidence) Any social advice? Earlier this year my ex found out she was pregnant (yes, it's my baby, we did a prenatal DNA test) and we were dating at the time. I haven't gone to her appointments or helped her out because none of this is what I wanted. I have a new girlfriend now and things are great and stress-free/baby-free with her, but my daughter is due in three weeks. I haven't told my girlfriend or friends about the baby, I'm worried about their reaction and don't want drama or conflict. I don't want to choose between my girlfriend and daughter if it comes down to it. I do want to spend more time with my girlfriend than a baby though.. especially since I wasn't ready for all this. Am I in the wrong? I'm very confused what to do. I guess I'll have to pay a small amount of child support? Just new to all this. The first one was I was sitting close to the dancing floor. A girl (22 or so) walked on to the dance floor with her female friend. They walked past me and she smiled at me then started dancing 6ft away. 10 minutes later she sat down by herself 3 seats away. Does that mean she wanted me to approach her? Second incident, Later in the night I sat on the other end of the dancing area and this woman (45 ish) locked eyes with me for like 8 seconds then I looked away. Is that what they call the f*uck look? Like did she want me to take her home? If you guys or gals know whats going on please help me out. It could save me some embarrasing outcomes |
