I have been married to my husband for 2 years. He has 2 kids (with special needs) One of his daughters lives with us full-time and started calling me mom. She has severe ADHD, Reactive attachment disorder, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. She is with me 24/7. I also have 2 boys of my own. So there are 3 kids that live in the house. No big deal...except I teach elementary school full-time. And my daughter with the behavior issues pretty much treats me like dirt. I know all the reasons why, but this will never get better. I am sitting alone in my house and this is the first time in 2 years I have been alone. My boys are with their dad for the weekend and my husband took his daughter on a weekend trip. My husband and i recently got married. We've been talking about our projects and future. When we were dating i knew he was sending money every month to his mom but it didn't bother me since we weren't married at the time and that was his money. Now we are married, i just gtaduated and moved to his country,. I'm 7 months pregnant and I'm currently not working. So all the money i saved i gave it to him for our expenses. I even sold my car since I'm sure i will be without a job for like 6-12 months at least that will help on top of his salary. However with no money coming in on my side i feel uncomfortable spending i do everything possible to save. Even though things seems ok right now, i have been worried about our finances especially when the baby comes. Today, He asked me if he could send some money to his mom to help her out. Mind you she works but she seems to live over her budget. I said ok but i feel a certain way about it and i know we will need to talk about that. I'm not ok with him sending money to his mom when we're trying to save up for the baby. I want him to realize that now he is a father first and everytime money goes out like that he is taking food out of my baby's mouth and it doesn't sit well with me.
