Posted: 01 Nov 2015 09:28 PM PST My husband of 7 years has a lock code on his phone. He works away from Monday-friday so I understand the security but he won't let me know the code. Also, he won't let me use his phone at all, even when my phone is dead. He has always been private with his phone but he hasn't actually hid the contents of his phone since he was sexting with other women while we were engaged. He insists he is a different man now and has grown up since then. He checks my phone frequently and freaks out if I talk to a man including just being polite to his friends. He is a logger with a two person crew so when he is away it is just him and one coworker. This coworker likes to hit on women constantly and felt up a woman last week although he is also married. My husband does not take his wedding ring to work with him for safety reasons and his coworker likes to tell women up there he is available. He swears it goes no where but he doesn't correct it because his buddy is "just having fun." When my husband comes home on the weekends we have an active sex life and he doesn't really leave the house much but I'm still worried. Am I being paranoid, is it just suspicious, or is it a big red flag? |
Question: Wife admitted to almost having an affair.? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 09:24 PM PST My wife admitted to having the opportunity to cheat a while back after discussing the fact that I ignored her in the past. I have made the proper changes in my life and have become an amazing father and husband. She said it was never physical, but still refuses to tell me who, when and where? Am I crazy, I believe that I have the right to know. I love her very much, but I cant shake the feeling that either it was either A. a close friend of mine, B. possibly an old co-worker of hers, C. or it was actually physical (she knows that Im gone if physical |

Posted: 01 Nov 2015 08:57 PM PST Lets say when you were dating your husband, you told him you didn't want to have sex until after marrage. You two have never seen each other's privet parts. On your honeymoon, he pulls out his penis and it frightens you because it is huge. Every time you two have sex, it's uncomfortable and painful for you. Would you question your marrage to him and divorce him or bare the pain and stay married to him? |
Question: Why does my ex husband have an issue with me taking our kids on vacation? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 08:57 PM PST My ex husband is making a huge deal and got very angry with me because I am taking my our kids on vacation and my boyfriend of over a year is going with us. My mother, sister, aunt and uncle and their kids are also going, it is a family trip. FYI- my ex husband and I had a terrible marriage and he left me to raise our kids by myself and abandoned us. He cannot be around our children unsupervised because he has been investigated more than once for illegal activities involving children. He also only sees his kids on his terms which involves his coming to my place unannounced and visiting them with a few hours a week. He is also very inconsistant about paying child support and is pathetic as a father and was as a husband as well. I have always been on my own raising our kids financially and in every other way. My current boyfriend and I plan on getting married. My children love him and he is great with them and very responsible good guy that is consistent and that my family loves. My kids actually prefer him to my ex husband. When I told my ex husband about our vacation plans he threw a fit. Why did he act this way and does he have a right to stop me from doing this? |
Question: In the state of CA, can a co-signer get themselves removed from a bond? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 08:44 PM PST Last year my husband was one of many co-signers for his friend's bond. Since that time, his friend went to state prison and the friend's SO stopped making payments. She assured all co-signers that SHE would pay, nobody else. My husband and his friend had a falling out and I know that my husband needs his name off of those documents. Is there anything we can do? |

Question: If divorces are acceptable, why isn't cheating acceptable? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 08:03 PM PST Why is cheating such a big deal when getting divorced is not? Shouldn't all married people be allowed to cheat if they want to? Shouldn't we allow and forgive all cheaters instead of holding onto unrealistic ideals? It's hypocrisy, is what it is. Cheating breaks the marriage vow. Divorce breaks the marriage vow. If you're gonna break your vow, does it matter how you do it? Not all people divorce due to abuse, in fact, only a minority of divorcees cite abuse as their reason for divorce. So if modern people are allowed to divorce so easily due to some bullsh*t reasons, then why isn't cheating more widely accepted? Cheating is also commonly done due to some bullsh*t reasons. If people are allowed to give up on their marriage so easily, then does it matter how it's done? I don't see how divorce is any better than cheating. They all break the same vow. |

Posted: 01 Nov 2015 06:28 PM PST I've seen about 4 questions on here today where women are expressing 'grass is greener' thoughts where they are contemplating leaving committed husbands to chase after some guy that has given them a little attention. Seriously...they are willing to throw away marriages whete kids are involved to chade guys that flirted with them. Why des this happen? I saw this article that makes a lot of really great points about these people, but i still dontbknow whybso many people fall prey to this mentality, so easily. http://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/7335002 |
Question: Is my husband making a reasonable request regarding custody? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 05:31 PM PST A year ago my husband and I separated. He moved 500 miles away. Our children (ages 3 and 7) live with me. Our oldest child has Autism. Both kids are doing well here. My husband wants the kids to live with me for now, but he thinks the kids should go live with him in five years. I don't agree with him on that. I think our kids should continue to live here, and he should get visitation. If I don't agree to his terms (and put it in the divorce papers) he says he'll fight me for full custody. Is he making a reasonable request? |

Question: Can I fix my marriage or save it? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 04:52 PM PST Well back on July 4th I got ****** up on pills and wife left for a day and I did something stupid and got admited in to a rehab for 5 days and my wife talked to me multiple times day and even visited me once anyways in August we had a daughter and everything was fine till October20th and I screwed up again So my wife walked out on me 11 days ago and took my 2 month old daughter with her because I got ****** up on pills and I haven't herd one word from her or seen her or my daughter since, so I'm now taking narcotics anonymous 12 step program and am getting clean. I smashed all my pipes and thrown out my alcohol and finished my daughters room. I messaged her and told her I was sorry and I know my apologies mean nothing and I wanna prove myself to her anyways can I still fix this? I love her with all of my heart and my daughter too and i don't want a divorce and don't wanna lose her. I want peoples opinions and advise and mabe someone to talk to. |
Question: Should I tell my husband that I think our child isn't his? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 04:48 PM PST We been married for 19 years now and I slept with at least a couple hundred men in that time. We have 2 lovely children and I'm scared that they're not his. I had unprotected sex on and off with this one man and each time I came up pregnant later. I suspect the child isn't his because I had protected sex with my husband during these times. (I don't use birth control.) I'm scared how he'll respond, and if I should tell him or not. I waited it out till he became attached to our children hoping he won't leave me this late into our family. It's been eating me up, should I tell him now? |
Question: Relationship question? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 03:50 PM PST So me and my husband are legally separated and I'm wanting to date so I won't be alone this holiday, is it ok if I do this? Is it still cheating if I do? |

Question: Wife furious, what should I have done? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 03:28 PM PST This afternoon, my wife and I were grocery shopping at Costco. She hadn't been feeling well most of the morning, but insisted on coming with me, even though I told her she should stay home. Part way through shopping, I noticed she all of a sudden got a really surprised look on her face. I asked her what was going on, and then all of a sudden I smelled something horrible. She had soiled her pants. She looked thoroughly embarrassed. I gave her the keys, told her to go find a bathroom, and then go wait in the car until I was done shopping. When I finally finished and got to the car about 45 mins later, she wouldn't talk to me. I asked her if she was alright and she told me to just drive home. When we got home, she locked herself in our bedroom, and said she shouldn't have to tell me what I did wrong. If she won't tell me, how can I know? What is she mad about? I told her to stay home, she didn't listen, and it ended up ruining our shopping. Is she just embarrassed that there were people around, and not really mad at me? I don't want to tell her I told her so, but I really did. She finally came out of our bedroom. She told me she is angry because I should not have said anything out-loud when we pooped herself. She said there was a lot of people around, and me yelling about poop in her pants and laughing didn't help. She said I should have went with her to the bathroom to help her, and then immediately gone home. The fact I "care more about getting my d*** beer and frozen pizza" than I do about her is ridiculous. How unreasonable is this?!?!?!? I did everything I could! |

Question: I'm a young, married mum. I no longer love my husband? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 01:01 PM PST This is kind of my last resort, I don't know who else to ask. I'm 23 years old, got married at 20 and had a kid at 22. I think I made a mistake, I was so young and naive when I met my husband and lacked guidance from anyone. I thought we would last forever and dreamt of the day we would start a family. I love my son more than everything and would never turn back the clocks because of him. But I am so unhappy with the idea that this is my love life for life. I feel trapped and unhappy. He hasn't treated me right for ages, I was so alone and now I started working, got a lot of attention from other guys and I like one of them. I feel so guilty because my husband has now started acting like he actually cares about me, but I'm still not happy with him. I love him and ill always care for him, but I'm not IN love with him anymore. I have a kid and I don't want to break the family because of him but I'm not happy. What do I do? I would never cheat. |
Question: How can I convince my husband to let me paint his fingernails, even just one time? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 12:52 PM PST |
Question: What do you do about a husband that gambles and plays golf all the time? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 10:21 AM PST He uses his check for gambling and golf and membership dues, and covers the health insurance and car insurance. His bonuses go into a mutual savings. My check goes for House, Car, Groceries and maintenance household bills. We've been married 3 years and it is my house and furnishings but he doesn't take part.. I hire yard and maintenance and all else done. I feel like he should pay some of the house note, but he said no. I feel used most of the time.. I'm 65 he's 56..yrs old |
Question: I think my wife is cheating on me. What should I do? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 08:59 AM PST She cheated on me before. It cost us our marriage but I forgave her and we remarried. The man was 5 years younger and she even planned on moving to Mexico with him even though we have 2 young kids. She's turning 40 next year and I think midlife crisis is setting in. She's quite pretty and she looks young so I'm not surprised with the countless admirers she has. She said she wanted to be a stripper and wanted to perform all kindsof sexual acts including gangbang. I told her she can look for a potential partners. She showed me a picture of one of the guys. Not sure how far it went with him but I know he worksout at the same gym. I also made a mistake of telling her to do what makes her happy but this scares me.At the same time, when I see her with other men,I get so turned on. What to do with her? I love her. |
Question: My husband is all of a sudden denying our 2 month old baby? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 08:49 AM PST He says she looks nothing like him and there's no way she's his. I have never ever and would never cheat on him? This was so sudden too? We rarely fight or argue. He's never mentioned it before, I'm just so confused? |
Question: Why do you think people like this guy? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 07:50 AM PST I am not judging only curious. There's a guy at work that's 33. He has no education past high school nor any special job skills. He is does odd general labor and mild janitorial task. He has lived with the same woman for 7 years and they have two children though he has not married her. He is fun and funny but almost all his jokes are very sexually lewd or met to exploit someone's weakness or disability. He brags about his affairs with both married an unmarried women and lies to his wife while he stays out all night gambling (only penny slots) , partying and drinking. I once heard him lie to his wife saying he found an all night temp construction job. Now she has left him. He does take care of his kids, baby sits and pays child support. He is a self admitted alcoholic. He brags about shooting his dogs with a BB gun for fun and I have seen him kick his dog across the livingroom floor and enjoy it. When he enters a room the dogs instantly flee out the closet exit. He was sober. He often talks trash and makes very mean commits about people even when sober. What I don't understand is most of the girls at work love him and guys think his acts are endearing. I am no where near a prude and not religious. It just seams he hurts everyone near him and they don't see this. Why not? |
Posted: 01 Nov 2015 07:02 AM PST Is there any good non-religious reason to ban the interracial marriage? |
Question: Is it bad to confide in family members about marriage issues? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 06:48 AM PST My husband and I have always fought about me running to my mom, grandma, or his mom about our marriage business. I complain about him, I admit it. But usually, they bring it up because he is bad with finances, talks to me like trash, controls me with the Bible, etc. They dont believe this is proper Christian behavior for a man and he needs to be put in his place (mom, grandma's opinion). He has recently said he is emotionally disconnected from me and that is why he talks to friends instead of me OR plays video games on his phone or computer and ignores me all the time. I think he's either seeing someone or isnt physically attracted any longer because I am pregnant. He denies this.. Anyways, don't I have a right as a human being to confide in my others in the family if my emotional needs aren't being met? If I try and talk to him, he blows up in my face and curses me till I cry. Talking to others gives me the upper hand in things, IMO. I have NO friends- not one. |
Question: Husband would rather talk to his buddies than me? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 06:23 AM PST Recently- my husband told me he's become "emotionally disconnected from me" because I "run tell my mom, grandma, and his mom all our marriage business and he's sick of it". I am 6 mos pregnant and think that's a lie, he's not attracted to me any more, its as simple as that I told him. Anyways, his buddies from work Tom and Mark call constantly. If my husband and I are in the middle of a conversation, he will drop everything to talk with those two. We were on the way to a medical appointment yesterday (which didnt happen anyway) and he could hardly drive the car wanting to talk to Tom. Both of these men are married. Why does he have time for them but not for me? |
Question: Husband constantly wants a project vehicle? Right or wrong? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 06:15 AM PST This past few months has been hard financially on us. My husband is a truck driver, but with gas and oil being so cheap- his co has little to no loads and he claims his bosses favor the felons @ work and give them all the work. Over the years, he has had about 3 project trucks and 1 boat. He is a former mechanic (no ASE) and says he can fix these projects and restore them. Instead- they sit in the garage, we get HOA letters, they have engine leaks, etc because we cant afford to repair them. We recently took a several hundred dollar hit on an old boat because he got in way over his head. His mom/dad report that he did this @ their home up North too (obsessed over projects and they were never restored). We recently sold the boat, and he stated that he wants a project sports car. We agreed that wasn't gonna happen now with our $ situation and a new baby coming. He told me he doesnt owe that baby anything because I have everything I need and he never agreed to not have projects + his love of projects will never stop so I better let him spend the money or leave. Is he right, that he needs to have a project vehicle at all times and I am to shut up and butt out OR am I right, that financially (making $100-200 a week) we cant do this? He has sold every one of those projects |
Question: Is my husband really the ruler over me? Posted: 01 Nov 2015 06:11 AM PST I was raised by 2 women (mom/grandma) who have very strict opinions on men. They think men have no rights in a household and a woman is the boss, never let a man dominate you or control you (you do it). My 1st husband ran off b/c he didnt agree with this and found someone else. My husband constantly tells me that its his house, his rules and if I cant abide by that I'm out or he's out. My mom and grandma talk about him behind his back like he's a dog- because of what I have told them he does. He acts like a tyrant, shoves his version of the Bible down my throat (he even says the Bible says I cant tell my mom and grandma my marriage business). Our old therapist (a pastor too) told him he has the Bible way skewed and wrong. He refuses to believe he's in the wrong and its all my fault he tells me. My grandma tells me to take all the money and confiscate it from him because men have no dominion over women and have no say so in money matters. Is he right, that he can rule me with an iron fist (as he says the Bible says) OR is my grandma right. It must be said that he is also very frivolous with money and has caused us much financial ruin over the years. He is a poor provider and thinks nothing of it. My husband tells me what to do- he hardly ever helps around the house, has excuses to not clean up the yard (Im 6 mos pregnant and get out and pull weeds, etc) he lets the dogs poop anywhere and never cleans up, yet calls me lazy. I was adopted- so my mom had no choice in whether she was single or not! |
Posted: 01 Nov 2015 04:53 AM PST I just got recently married and my mother in law just got a new boyfriend. The boyfriend has a son which i know from school that is my age. She has only met the son a handful of times. When my wife and i go over to visit she always asks where is bob? Last night she made an excuse to go to his car when he pulled up to see his little daughter dressed up for halloween. Bob opened his door and said i thought you were your mom. Then we said bye and got in the car. a couple blocks down the road she starts thinking about what bob said and says outloud i dont look like my mom. She has talked about him before when we got home about his new haircut. She always says i like bob he is funny. Ive never seen this side of her. Its like she has a crush on bob. Its very disrespectful. My question is should i talk to her about it? She is my wife now or wait it out and look more into it so i dont cause an argument? |

Posted: 01 Nov 2015 04:22 AM PST Wife is still pregnant and I for the last couple of days have not been sleeping , I can't eat and nor focus in school. I have been stressed out for over a year in this marriage and was so thankful to not have been unblessed with a unhappily forceful change in my life's plans . Day to day my wife sits there and runs in my face that I am going to be a real " dad" , which pisses me off . Especially since she knew s long time ago I never wanted a real kid limy own since it takes away from my already little "me time " and changes the course of my wants and needs. BUT !! There is hope ! I found a lawyer who said she could get it where I Have no obligation to the child in any sense and I can go my separate way !!! People who know I'm having a kid always tell me " congratulations !!!!" I stick my middle finger up and curse them and say you want the kid? They come back and say " oh relax you'll end up falling in love with the kid " yea ok not happening . That requires me to give up my dreams and that love , or any love isn't worth it |

Everytime I give a chance the guy is seeking sex, playing games, or isn't serious. It feels like I'm going to be a spinster with cats. I never had the best of luck with men anyways. My 3 sisters are married and I can't even hitch a man. Sex is important when dating, I guess I can't find a man beyond this :/ Yea I have been hiding especially after James death ...I forgot how to date. |
