Posted: 30 Nov 2015 07:57 PM PST The flower girl is 3 and the ringer bearer is 13. I need some ideas on small gifts to give to them that is age appropriate. The wedding is on a bit of a tight budget, but I still would like to give them something small. Also, if anyone could give me ideas on gifts for the maid of honor and the bridesmaid? That would be really helpful as well. Thank you. |
Question: I got invited to my first Same-sex wedding and I don't know what to get as a gift? Posted: 30 Nov 2015 04:06 PM PST I've been to many so called hetero weddings and I always get a blender a toaster oven some normal gift like that. But for two Men getting married what to get. No homophobes please one of the guys getting married is my best friend and was the best man at my wedding ( I married a woman) |
Question: Is giving 2 welded metal rings as a wedding gift a tradition? Posted: 30 Nov 2015 08:32 AM PST I just got married and opened a gift with no name that had 2 pieces of metal welded together in the shape of a ring. I just want to know does this symbolize something? Is it a tradition or something? It looks really ugly but its a heavy piece of metal I was thinking of taking it to the scrap yard. But is it a real gift or a prank? My family is Mexican but I had never heard of this type of gift. |

Question: Need help declining guests who say they are coming to my wedding? Posted: 30 Nov 2015 07:36 AM PST So I am inviting my one of my best friends and his parents to my wedding. I made two separate invitations, one for my friend and one for his parents. The invitation envelope for my friend had his name on it, and the one for his parents had their names on it. The letter for the parents did not say "Smith Family". It said "Mr. & Mrs. Smith"... I received a rsvp letter back from the parents confirming that they are attending the wedding. But instead of writing "2" for the number of guests coming from their party, they wrote "6" were coming. They have 4 children so I assume they included my friend whom i sent a separate invitation. My wedding has limited availability and I was only inviting my friend and his parents, not all of his siblings as well. What is a polite way to tell the parents that the other siblings were not invited and that there is limited availability considering it is a very small wedding? |

Question: Should I buy my fiancé a new engagement ring? Why is bigger better? Posted: 29 Nov 2015 06:44 PM PST I bought her a fairly small ring (9 sm diamonds in a square) she's been hinting she wants a bigger ring with a halo...and by bigger I mean the actual size not diamond ct size. ( she doesn't care about the Carets) I just don't understand why women think bigger is better? Is it a competition between them? |
