Posted: 27 Nov 2015 05:02 PM PST It's almost one a clock after midnight and i was just being lazy on YouTube when an old friend of mine just knocked on my door. We have not really spoken to each other for months but when i opened the door he asks if i wanna smoke some weed with him and his friend and i assume he wants to smoke it in my room. I of course politely refused despite the fact i enjoy the occasional smoke from time to time but i was just wondering why exactly? Like why the late hour and why did he go to my house and not one of his friends house? Specially since we have not talked in months and months? I guess i am a bit boggled at the moment and i do apologize. |

Posted: 27 Nov 2015 05:01 PM PST I was her friend 8 years of isolation, traumatizing, guilty, depress suicidal thought, she hits me once but her friend stop her before and left in the sidewalk and went home crying alone rolled eyes stank eyes disgust faces at me ignore me at full cost called me b- stupid sh- ... talk behind my back,yells at me once she kick me out my room, I went in living room in dark cried just b/c boy, she said once want to kick my face, one up me like saying she has more money than me or bigger room whenever I text she only replies f off so I never talk to her again, we stop being friends when she said b- leave alone I f dont care about you p- o- s- your f- annoying god your digusting and stupid mf, in text, I'm happy and moved on from mf trash - I made new friends and move on little but I'm traumatized and want to kill myself at times please help. I delete any form of her such as social accounts and accepted that her lack of empathy she has for people, for her "real" friends she invites them to eat and support them, but to me she violently says f off and ignores me, she once said she knows she treats like this because she doesnt care and want me sh off her plus my opinion doesnt matter because I'm worthless, she was so annoyed with me and didnt feel or look sorry, its memories and wrongdoings without guiltiness, I need to get rid of to fully move on |

One of my best friends really offended me by not responding to my text asking if i should buy the tickets to this event she and i wanted to go to. She then went abead and texted in this group chat and its been three days and now ive probably missed my opportunity to but the tickets (this event was actually going to be my BIRTHDAY present). I dont know how to approach her about it. I only have her right now so if i lose her as a friend i literally have no one. Im really upset about this and i just feel like she isnt a true friend. My other friends have also done things to offend me but what she did has hurt me the most. |

Some things have been divulged when drunk and of these they are a lot more private than things he would say when sober. What worries me is that he cant talk to me as often now when he is drunk and he cannot say these things sober but i still want to be there for him. Posted: 27 Nov 2015 04:02 PM PST We used to be BEST friends in high school, which was like 4 years ago… despite me trying to call occasionally or text message over the years, she does not respond. Ever. And I know I am calling the correct number because I have checked with her mom and her mom is a good friend of the family. I have also sent my old friend gifts and cards on Christmas and other holidays. Really nice care packages too, which I love to make! :) There is no reply. Not like I expect a thank you or anything in return (AT ALL), but it certainly is polite and anyone else would probably be compelled to do so. I find her response to be quite odd. Then one day (summer of 2013), her mom invites me to eat dinner with her at a restaurant. She said she wanted to surprise her daughter (my old best friend) because she had not seen me in over 2+ years at the time. When she arrived with her boyfriend, she ignored me the entire time. They were touchy as well. Even her mom said it was INCREDIBLY rude and she was disappointed in her daughter. We used to be best friends for life. I later discovered from her mom that she never hangs out with anyone outside of work and always has to text her boyfriend where she is going and what she is doing. She has no real girlfriends to hang out with. She also quit school (on a full-ride) and has no real direction in life except to spend time with her boyfriend. She used to do art and compete in art shows, but no longer does it. She is getting by with retail gigs So what do you guys think has happened to her based on what I have written here? I would truly appreciate and value any responses regarding this situation. :) Hope you guys can help. Our friendship began changing when she moved in with her boyfriend probably around late 2011/early 2012 |

Posted: 27 Nov 2015 04:00 PM PST she lives in an apartment complex (a pretty sh*t one, let me just say) and every time i've been over there i've parked under the "garage shaded areas" if you know what i'm talking about, just a metal top over a bunch of parking spaces. never once did she tell me i can't park there and i had no idea i couldn't. until a woman put a rude note on my car saying this was her spot and to not park in assigned parking spaces or next time she'll call the tow trucks. i'm very pissed off at my friend for not telling me. i drive half way across town using up my gas and she doesn't have the courtesy to tell me, after how many damn times i've parked under the shaded areas i felt embarrassed and like a complete dumba*s and yes she knows i parked under there multiple times |

She is very sweet, but she always wants to play. I babysat for her a few times and she got my phone number, and now she texts "can you come over? My dad says it's okay!" It's not that I don't want to play, just not all the time, especially for free since I babysit her for money. I've been to her house for a few play-dates, but how can I tell her sweetly that I can't come over all the time? I don't want her to think I don't like her or I'm never available, otherwise I won't be able to babysit anymore. Her parents are always okay for me to go over, but I don't want to go whenever their daughter feels like having a playmate. A few times, I've made up excuses like, "I'm sorry, but I'm doing homework right now. Maybe another time." Do you guys have any ideas for what to tell her next time she begs me to go over? Also, just to clear it up, it's not that I never want to play with her, I just want to know how to sweetly tell her "I can't." She is very persistent and gets mad a little bit easily, and I don't want to ruin my relationship with her! Any advice helps! |

I also have trouble making friends. I started high school this autumn and everybody has already made friends and I'm always the one that rarely talks to anybody during breaks. For example: We had to make a presentation and a big poster. Teacher told us to choose our partners. And of course I was a leftover. I asked the 3 girls I talk to the most if I could be in their group. They told me that they're not sure if I could be with them since there's already 3 of them. Then they asked me if I had a printer that can print colored pics and when I said yes they immediately accepted me. Now I feel like they only want me because they don't have the right printer and I do. After that we were splitting the work between the 4 of us and one girl told me to find the pictures and text and print all of that out and bring it so we could make the poster. And since I don't know how to say no I agreed to it which means that I had to do almost all of the work and the 3 of them would just duct tape the pics and text to a big piece of paper. But then the other girl said that they should find the text so I don't have to do everything by myself and she literally saved me. I don't know how to say no because I don't want to hurt somebody and sometimes it's a real problem for me. In my head I'm always thinking how I'm going to say no but then I can't do it. How do I stop doing it?? please help me. |

If I like them, I will get into detail, talk about myself, ask them questions. If I don't, I'm still very polite, however have no interest. |

I was super excited because she was being very lenient, which is so unlike her, and said I could stay out as late as I want just to keep her updated. I was planning on going with 4 close friends and then going back to one of their houses to stay the night. So my mom dropped me off at the mall around 7 and I told her that I would let her know whose house we were staying at when I found out. I meet up with my friends and we shop til about 1 and then they decide they're tired. They also decide we are just all gonna go back to our own houses. So a friend of mine takes me home and I text my mom that I am coming home not staying the night anywhere. I get home about 2. Then at about 3;30 I get a text from a friend that he wants to go out Black Friday shopping with someone. I say I'll go because I had originally planned to stay out later anyway. My mom's asleep, so I text her and tell her that I am going Black Friday shopping with a friend for a few hours, I'll text her when I'm coming home. So I leave at about 4 and we're done around 7 and I let my mom know I'm coming home. When I get home, she's awake but she hasn't read any of my texts. So she's mad and says that I snuck out and now she can't trust me. I really didn't think she'd mind if I went out because if I had stayed the night with a friend, we'd have most likely gotten back up around 4 or 5 to go shopping again. Opinions? |

I worked all last summer while everyone else was out partying and having fun. I go to a private school where a lot of the other kids have had everything handed to them on a silver spoon and they're so immature because of it. They don't understand the value of anything, and they don't realize how privelaged they are. Now I'm not trying to put myself above others, and feel better than them because I have a job, but I just wish other kids would be more mature about money and realize how money works when it's not coming from their parents' hands. So many kids are juniors and seniors and don't have a job. I'm sorry but I think kids need to learn the value of working and gain some independence, too. EVERY single Friday night, everyone invites me to a party/movie/hangout/whatever and I can never go because I have to work! I don't really mind, because I need the money and I like being independent, it just bothers me that no one understands and respects my responsibilities. Ugh anyone else feel the same? |

So if you know Pretty Little Liars, you know this... Ok so I don't know if it's my brothers or someone playing a prank in me or whatbecause now it's just gotten out of control!So basically about 1 year ago I started getting pieces of paper laying in my bed or on my dresseretc.and it would have a message like"Always's watching ~A"or"Dead girl walking ~A"stuff like that.I just thought it was someone playing a prank on me. Then eventually it got to serious threatspersonal ones only I knew about, but as far as I knew they couldn't do any harm, remind you at the time I was 11 just turning 12. Then I started the 6th grade and they sorta stopped after a while. Then just randomly onenight I walk inside my room and there is another paperand it says,"You thought I was gone?You were wrong ***** ~A"And so I started freaking out after that I kept getting more messages. Then it stopped sending paper and it started emailing me, then texting me, threatening to hurt my friendsThreatening to tell people my secrets. I didn't know what to do and I still don't know what to doAfter that I wanted to tell my Dad and I was going to but then I got another text then saying that it's gonna hurt me if I tell anyone and then I got a message saying that it was watching me with a picture of me attached to it. And I keep seeing a person wearing all black watching meCan you please help, what should I do? |

I used to go out partying ever weekend getting really drunk and high with all my friends. I really loved it at the time even thought it wasn't a good life to live . It went like that for about 3 years. I was never in highschool. I was homeschooled and I got my GED last year, I've had several jobs, but due to partying I never did keep them because of being too hungover and not being able to show up for work. I also learned a lot of my so called friends were fake . (Sleeping with my boyfriends, talking about me, using me,) and I stopped talking to a few. But I still have friends that only talk to me when they want to go get drunk or party. I had an accident 6 months ago, and learned about some medical issues due to my back. So I have not went out since. I'm 18 now, I feel like I matured and I have no desire to party anymore, I miss the fun I had but I realize there was more bad than good.. My friends are constantly asking when I'm going to come Out with them to party again and I always put it off. Should I just let go of everybody completely and focus on work and college? Ive always been scared of letting go. |

I have this one friend, and we've only hung out like twice but she thinks we are literally best friends. She mentions to me every day that I'm the only friend she truly likes and all this other stuff. I have made up excuses for months so I didn't have to hang out with her, and they are obvious excuses. Recently it has been really bad. She calls and texts me all the time ( I never reply ) and she follows me around school like a lost puppy and it's very noticeable and embarrassing. She is also very fake, and talks sh** about everyone, and I hate drama. One day she is friends with somebody and the next day she hates them. The negativity is really getting to me to the point I don't even want to come to school. I've dropped obvious " leave me alone hints" and I think she gets them but doesn't want to accept them so the neediness and clinginess has gotten so much worse. I want to be straightforward about " breaking up" with her, but if I'm too mean she might honestly commit suicide. |

Posted: 27 Nov 2015 11:58 AM PST I was her friend 8 years of isolation, traumatizing, guilty, depress suicidal thought, she hits me once but her friend stop her before and left in the sidewalk and went home crying alone rolled eyes stank eyes disgust faces at me ignore me at full cost called me b- stupid sh- ... talk behind my back,yells at me once she kick me out my room, I went in living room in dark cried just b/c boy, she said once want to kick my face, one up me like saying she has more money than me or bigger room whenever I text she only replies f off so I never talk to her again, we stop being friends when she said b- leave alone I f dont care about you p- o- s- your f- annoying god your digusting and stupid mf, in text, I'm happy and moved on from mf trash - I made new friends and move on little but I'm traumatized and want to kill myself at times please help I delete any form of her such as social accounts and accepted that her lack of empathyshe has for people, its memories and wrongdoings without guiltiness, I need to get rid of to fully move on |
| Question: Should I ask this girl why she's annoyed with me? Posted: 27 Nov 2015 11:37 AM PST I'm in a group project for a class and the class period is at 8am. I'm always really tired during the class and often find it difficult to pay attention. This has seemed to bother one of my group project members and she'll stare at me during class to make sure I'm listening and then later she'll try to quiz me on what was said in class. I understand her being annoyed with that but it seems that this has led to her being annoyed with me in general. Nearly every time I ask a question or make a comment she rolls her eyes or gives me a dirty look. It's really bothering me. Should I ask her why she's doing this or am I overthinking? |
| Question: Friendship ended but still keeps stalking my social media? Posted: 27 Nov 2015 11:32 AM PST My friend & I met thru work, we lived close had kids the same age. I really did enjoy her. Well stuff hit the fan with me, my husband had to have a major surgery pretty emergency, my son wasn't sleeping, my daughter was having issues because of everything. I was falling apart from stress. I stopped talking to everyone. No social media, turned off my phone for about 4 days. For being my BFF & we spoke all day every day....she took as I was mad at just her. Another friend showed up at my door with cookies & milk. Knew needed to talk. I then posted on Facebook that friends know when you need them. After that I texted my friend. She didn't answer. When I called her out she made up a lie. Even when I saw her she made a huge point to avoid me. It's been almost 3 months. Still nothing. But she talks about me at work like we are still semi friends. & is the first to look at my snapchats. What should I make of that? I do not think I want her back as a friend. I'm sad I wasted so much time & so many secrets on her. |

Posted: 27 Nov 2015 10:58 AM PST Okay so I'm in wheelchair going to concert by myself and there is this one girl who I can't stand anymore decided end the friendship and she annoys me stuffs because she is so selfish and brat who thinks everything is about her and I decided to unfollow her on social media and block her texts. And then she added me back and then I unfollow her and in the end she just said " you are clearly dumb bye" and now thinking about it I'm scared the concert what if she try's to cuss me out or fight me? What should I do if she sees me or try call me out? Also this concert is small venue possible I will see her or should I not go?!!! Going |

Posted: 27 Nov 2015 10:48 AM PST so my best friend for these couple of weeks had a fight with my other friend .. long story anyway my best friend doesnt even look at me or talk to me when she is with her other friends and like she only comes to me when shes constantly alone .. and then few weeks past and the other friend and her is okay with eachother although she said she was being fake as a friend with her ... so then i sat with the friend she fought with because she left me alone ... sitting down and we were laughing and she was kind of jealous so the next day she pulled me to sit next down with her and then she starts being "friends" with her . then their is my other friend ... who just sarcastically jokes about me saying that i belong to the garbage ... and that imagine if i had cancer and i had no hair .. it kind of made me feel bad TBH .... then their is the friend that fought wjth my best friend who leaves me sitting alone in one of our classes with her other friend and hust ignores me the whole time . | Question: My friend is too nice? Posted: 27 Nov 2015 09:45 AM PST So one of my good friends is a brutally honest person, but he seems to be too nice with kids. Now I don't have kids yet but I was raised with guidelines and limits in which to treat children in. So he tutors 2 girls every evening from 3pm till like 8 and even 10 pm. Which is because the girls refuse to leave his house after they learn their lesson. Now he is a fun person but they think he is more like a friend. Yesterday it was 9pm and he called me as we were going to hang out, but he said the girls still refuse to leave his house. He told them that he needed to go out and they asked if they could come which of course was a no, but he had to wait till 10 till they left, I also noticed that he allows them to follow him on Instagram, which I think is unprofessional and adds to his problem. He has to try make excuses to get them to leave every night INSTEAD OF JUST TELLING THEM TO LEAVE. Today he was throwing up and sick and told them not to come and they came anyway!!! And he just accepted it!!! I tried to tell him to be stronger but he got a little mad. I believe they don't listen because they think he is a friend, he gets annoyed but does nothing. And he gets mad at me when I tell him he is being a pushover. And he wants to be a father with his wife soon, but I think he would not be prepared to raise a non spoiled child. How can I tell him what he is doing wrong, without him getting mad at me? |

Just some stripper chick giving some stud a lap dance. We laughed about it until Matt started wondering what a real lap dance would be like and I joked that I could give him one right there (I'm a girl btw). We talked some more, things turned serious, and Matt asked if I actually could give him one, just out of curiosity. He said nothing serious or sexual like getting naked. It was a bit weird, but I thought it would be kinda fun and said okay. We decided to do it at the same times as the scene. I had never done this sort of thing before and pretty much just mirrored how the stripper was dancing in the movie, except that I kept my clothes on of course. It felt odd straddling and grinding on Matt. In the end Matt ultimately thought it was dumb and now we laugh about it. Still, was is it weird to give your friend a sexy dance? |
