So prequel, I was just a bridesmaid last year in a similar situation, it was horrible. I don't have a bf and won't make small talk with strangers and i dont dance alone so I spent most of the time I was at the reception alone not talking to anyone(I was seated on the end of the head table, and the bridesmaid next to me was literally in the middle of a fight with her bf so she was not talking to anyone just texting him) I ended up leaving as soon as I could. I feel like this is a really bad reason to say no but at the same time I feel stupid saying yea when I don't see it going well.

Actually I have 8 or 9 bridesmaids.

I was thinking that if I ever got married, I would never want to invite kids to a wedding because they're usually fussy and just run everywhere so it would be the worst. I know it'd piss off their parents but it's for one very important day and I wouldn't want it to be ruined, so they could make sacrifices just for that day. What do you think?
