My brother is young, and plays violent games where there is shooting and all that bloody stuff. My parents tried to stop him but he just keeps on going. Recently he started saying Allahu Akbar and he thinks its funny. He found a "song" on youtube where someone is screaming Allahu Akbar or something like that. His grades are horrible, hes always late and never listens. Hes violent and he is pisking up very bad behavior from the video games he is playing. I told him to stop it nd turned off his computer and its disgusting, that he acts like this and he keeps on laughing and he says that im acting like this because of the ‎‫attacks in Paris, which I was something I cared a lot for... I m shocked that he is acting like this! I dunno what to do..

Well I'm 14 years old and I've been here in America for a year and a half. I miss my family in the Philippines. Whenever I check my Facebook and they post some pictures of them I always cry. Like I wish that I was there too. Every night I write in my diary on how I miss them and I cry while writing on it. Sometimes I just listen to music with earphones in a high level of sounds. I really miss them also most of the times I just daydream about them on what it will be like when I go over there. I don't want to tell my mom that I want to go there because she's already stressed and I hope that I can go there this summer. Please help. And sometimes when we use Skype to call them , I don't really talk to them because I'm shy and I'm afraid that I'll cry. I don't know what to do please help me.

Okey guys .. so my little brother ( 15 years old ) is soooo RUDE like OMG !!! he never listens to what my mom and dad say or do whatever they say ,he doesn't want to study at home or do homework all his teachers are complaining . He pushed my mom once and pulled my hair like he is so CRAZY and MOODY and it's difficult to get along with him .. we tried talking to him / punish him / ignoring him / my dad even slapped him once but nothing works with him i tried to sit down with him and talk to him alone but he is just like okay and never does anything right . He doesn't have any kind of problems at school or anything and we are a very understanding family so there is no problems here or at his school ( as much as we know from his friends ) his friends are so nice they are not like him but he is like " i want to do what i like whenever i like and wherever i want " Pleasy guys can you help me my parents are very sad and i feel bad for them and even for my brother cause he is such a nice person but just for the last 4 years he became a total stranger !!!!

I made a XMas list a month ago and given it to them. My mom just told me that they've got all of the stuff accept three things. This is my list; iPad Pro iPhone 6s Plus Canon dslr 70d Jordan Retro 7 Jordan Retro 8 Jordan Galaxy's Better TV than my one I have now 3 ps4 games Guitar hero live for ps4 Lego sets GoPro 4 Meccanoid g15 Ks RObot Minecraft Lego One of those cool boards with the wheels that move. It's like a Segway without the handles and stuff. I found out that the two stuff they didn't get me was the Jordan Retro 8s and the GoPro. They said I can't have a GoPro because their getting me the dslr and I can only have the retro 7s or the 8s not both! They said I can't have the iPhone 6s Plus coz they said it was to big for me and so I'm only getting the iPhone 6s! It's not fair! They said they got me loads of clothes but I don't want clothes! Is it really to much to ask for? All my friends are getting all f the things o their list except one friend but that's coz he's poor and his family had to sell their house and move to an apartment. It only has like 2 bedrooms and theirs like 5 people!

I've been working for my family business, so I see them all the time. Been there close to 6 years now. It's to a point where I'm always in a grumpy mood around my brothers working there because of their attitude, I just hate it and being around that. I am the youngest of the bunch. Every year seems to be getting worse, and I have a hard time forgiving every remark they make about working. Anybody else have family job, problems? I asked this earlier but I think people thought I was a kid. My mother and her extended family are on bad terms and have been for about 3 years since her mother, my grandmother, died. As a result we have missed each of the last three holiday seasons. Last year I invited myself over to my uncle's but he said it would be better if I just come by another time (so I visited a few days after Christmas). Since my mother won't see them right now they are happy to see me but not when everyone is there. As a result I miss out on the family gatherings. I don't want to invite myself a second year in a row and the one of the uncle's I know will be with in-laws at Christmas and another overseas. So Thanksgiving weekend how do I handle feeling sad that I cannot go see my mother's family due to this conflict she has with them. She is refusing to forgive conflicts that date back 20 years but she let out after her mother died. The extended family is happy to see he individually and I plan to go by but seem uncomfortable having me to a get together I guess because they'd have to ask my mother if they did. I am really mad at my mother for not just forgiving them as it has been three years now. So how can I get through this? How can I not let it wreck my holidays another year like it did last year?

I have one child and she has three. We went to the laundry facility that I usually go to. We both live in the same apartment complex but she lives across from me. Well, I usually spend 15 because I have my husband's work clothes, our regular clothes, and the baby's. My sis in law has her clothes, her husband's work clothes and regular, and her three kids clothes also. How in the world does she spend less than me?! She didn't like the place because she sent 15 dollars like me that same day we went. So she said she started going to the other place she goes to and she doesn't even spend 10. The washers are $1 and so are the dryers. And they don't even use a card! I have yo use more than 4 washers and the dryers are 25 cents for 10 minutes.. my sister in law also told me that she washes all the light clothes together for example hers and her daughters.. her sons clothes with their dad's regular clothes an call the work clothes separate! I think thats crazy.. I wash everything together to save money and yet she spends less than me!! I've been to the place she's going but I didn't like it because I have to use 15 minutes of my time walking there.

I live in an Asian family and parents are always stressing about getting good grades, I'm always expected to get straight A's. This time, I got 2 B's and one of them I still have a little chance to bring it up with our big extra credit assignment and the other I have no chance as my teacher warned, "you get what you deserve, not my fault you didn't pay attention in class" it's not my fault, I just suck at math... My parents are actually pretty easy people, they let me but things I want most of the time, all I need is to get good grades in return for them taking care of me. I'm 15 years old. I used to live with my mom until 4 months ago. The reason I moved was because she wasn't really there for me. She was always gone and I felt like I didn't belong so I moved with my grandparents. I haven't lived with my grandparents for like 4 years. Ok so it all happened last weekend. My friend Elises mum went out for the weekend and Elise was meant to stay at her grandparents house. Instead she snuck into her house with me and her boyfriend. The boyfriend did lsd at the house and elises mums friends daughter(who is also a neighbour) knew what was happening at the house and how we all snuck in. She then told elises mum and now Elise is grounded. Elises mum told my mum and my mum was angry but then after a week she was still hesitant but not so much. I'll admit, she did sort of spoil my brother and I as little kids and just last year she bought me a huge PC. Now this year she's asking me what I want and I don't know. She doesn't like buying clothes or shoes because of how the sizes tend to vary depending on what is buying bought and from where it's being purchased. So I was wondering what you would ask for if you were me. -Firstly I don't wear make up much other than on special occasions -I'm somewhat more tomboy-ish but not completely. 1 week before my birthday my mom smashed the front door window. she yelled at me to come downstairs. my dad trapped my mom in a corner and wouldnt let her go though me and my bro were standing right there. He then threatened to slash her throat and I got it all on tape without him knowing though. I told my mom I had recorded it the next day and she told me to delete it. I Said I did but i Didnt really. She promised to never get drunk again but she keeps going to that stupid club with my dad. Yesterday she went there again and she was rubbing another Mans crotch in the taxi.. Wow, i understand where my dad was coming from this because I would be Hella mad if my boyfriend did that although ive never had a boyfriend lol. So the other day, I left a porn tab open (Because I am a man, and I am sometimes forgetful). It was open for a few hours, but my screen was off, and my office light was off. Well when I came back, I found out that the screen had been turned on, and the porn tab was sitting right there. The only other person home was my sister just one year younger than me. The school has noticed my son's moods after his dad's visits. My son doesn't want to go. I was playing this game with him (I'm 14 he's 10) and he was laughing in my face the whole time on how much more points he had or how he was so happy, when the game finished, it turns out I won by 50 points more. (I just ignored him, trying to be the bigger one) He got quiet then jumped on top of me, nearly breaking the figures used to play the game in half and the control, also my phone. (I really care about the figures) so I got up and then he push me into the flat screen TV (it almost fell) I tried to ignore him so while I went to save the game he turned off the system and I lost everything, all the points and prizes, everything. I just got really pissed so I started yelling and he kept punching me so I held him down, attempting to calm him. He kept punching me (didn't hurt) but I hit him back hard enough to tell him I'm mad. (I know I'm bigger so I tried to control myself) he grabbed his computer and laughed in my face as he ran upstairs. Why does he always do this to me? I just was playing a game with him and he got mad because I won, I didn't rub it in his face I just said "oh I won" and gets livid about it! Does anyone now what his problem is?

He got into the habit of being very controlling of me. Basically suffocating me to where I had no freedom I felt like a baby. I'm a senior in high school. And I feel emotionally handicapped. And since I had a woman's body and I reminded him of my mother when she was younger he was very touchy with me, touching my waist with both hands kissing my arms and neck and petting my legs. Patting my rear and or even spanking it. I feel very scarred and he was very emotionally attached to me. While controlling me and using intimidation tactics on me making me feel inferior. So me along with two other girls are the captains of our high school dance team. There's this girl who is a sophomore and was on the team last year. This year she has been acting overly bratty. she rolls her eyes and she says "I know" when I tell her to fix something. I admit I tend to be rude many of times but still. Update: I found out the full story. I talked to her close friend on the team and she told me the girls mom lost a baby two years before she was born. She's always been depressed about not having her older sister. Last year she met this senior and they were super close. They were SUPER close and would consider themselves like sisters. This year the girl went to college about 3 hours away in a different state. I feel like ever since this girl has been super depressed but tries to hide it. She seems pretty happy overall but she gets upset super easily. The other day I told her to take her necklace off for practice because that's the rule but she wouldn't do it. I've been with the same man for over 4 years and he proposed to me last week. We met through work (we are both police officers) and ever since my family met him four years ago, most of them haven't been able to take a liking to him. My aunts, sisters, and grandparents like him, but my brothers, parents, and two of my uncles do not. They think he is too hard-headed and tough, but he is a policeman and an ex-Marine, so he kind of has to be. They think he's disrespectful of authority, but I don't see it that way. Ok, there is a lot to explain, but here goes: My parents are very dishonest and they black mail me over everything. They lie about many things so I never know if they are saying the truth, I just accept that it is most likely a lie. They blackmail over small things. They try to get the most gain from me. A fact is that my father lost his job for being dishonest (along with several other things). I left the home for uni early because my parents could not stop fighting. They project all their anger onto me because they have failed a lot in life. An extreme example is my older sister passing away from suicide because of how dysfunctional they are. They consistently push me to my limits when I am at home (saying toxic things to me, randomly locking the door for literally no reason). They are like this to everyone, but me particularly. We agreed that I will come home in November after my exams. But now they say no and are telling me to stay in uni for Xmas. I fear I will become very depressed because of isolation (this exact thing happened 2 years ago), and this might affect my future exam. I am really stuck. I think I should go to the police, but they will probably say they cannot do anything because my parents own the home they live in. Frankly, my parents are so toxic that they will probably manipulate the police officers. I could ask my uni or counselor, but personally I do not want them to think of my like I am similar to my parents. Thank you.

So I'm planning on waking up early and setting a morning to just taking sunrise photos, then hitting the beaches to take some Jetty pics, problem is my dad just came out, asked what I was doing and asked to join. I reluctantly said yes (he gets really offended when I don't) even after I made it clear that I wanted to go by myself. If I tell him out-right that I don't want him to come, he will get angry. So I need a way to make him not want to come. His work is half an hour from where I'm planning to go, and he starts at 6am. Problem is if I suddenly change where I want to go he will know I don't want him to come. Suggestions?

I am 22 and female. My mom and dad kicked me out wensday afternoon. I have no job and no money. I am staying with my brother right now but I can only stay with him for another week because then he goes home to my parents. My parents live in Maryland my brother in Ohio. My mom and dad kicked me out because I've been very bad to them for a while now. I've stolen money from my parents multiple times. I also bring up my medical issues (multiple sclerosis) in front of my mom even though she tells me she doesn't want to hear medical. I lie steal and cheat is the way my dad puts it. I also threaten if she ever kicked me out i would get someone to attack her so she got a peace order on me. They kicked me out before but let me back that day. I've tried calling and texting both my mom and my dad. My dad just answers my text. He says I blew his trust and he gave me many chances....My mom has ignored ever apology text I have sent her. My mom is crazy. She has cut her sister out of her life forever and does not do things like a normal person. She has lots of anxiety issues. I know I was wrong to my parents. But what can I do to show them I am sorry and convince them to give me one more chance and come home.

shes married dead beat man.got 2 twins.she cant keep a job.them and 2 siblings her brother and her mother inlaw and her dead beat also live in1 house..the 21 yr old always asking for cash like $50.00 or$ 20.00 never less from her mom and grandpa.the thing is they gave to her for years..now its to the point she making a living from this..my wife said shes done,,so did grandpa, her husband needs to work WONT..ok my wife works at Walmart,shes been there 10 yrs make ok. her daughter son inlaw there latly everyday asking for cash,my wife says no..she said we will be back everyday. Well that parent is mine.. and when I tell him that a girl is being rude to me at school his last reply was "then be mean to her too" and when my little brother tells him about boys being mean to him he gets mad and asks why he didn't beat him up. My brother says hes not allowed to and will get sent to the principals office (2nd grader). Should we listen or not? Because he is telling us the exact opposite of what other grown ups tell us

So I bought an iTunes Card ($50) from my money cuz I wanna buy an album from iTunes but I know dad won't accept. so the quandary is that the account I am using, used to be my dad's and it is connected to his Visa plus I don't remember the security question.so I decided to make a new Apple ID but I know my dad will find out because they ask me to put Visa card's number and security code, then they send to his phone a message that they took a dollar...I dunno what to do! I am 165 and 65. I know that I am really fat but, obese? My mother constantly treats me like I am. She talks about me in front of everyone, telling them that I am fat and I look ugly. I do know that she loves me but this is not something she would do to make me ambitious about my weight. I am trying to lose weight, slowly. But she never stops when I tell her that it is making me feel really bad. She doesn't care. It's like she is making me the topic so everyone can laugh and joke about it. I am open to any kind of jokes about me but this is really harsh. She keeps telling me that I have to go to a doctor before I die from extra kilos. No one thinks that I look obese. Boys like me and I'm not saying this because I feel like the best or something, I just want to feel okay. She makes me tired and upset all the time and she loves it. Today I went walking to the park with my little bro then three middle school boys waved at me. I waved back to be kind then one of them walked up to me while my only intention was to spend time with my little bro and I did nothing to let them think that I wanted to talk to them. He walked up and I expected an "excuse me" atleast but he just cut me and my bros walk off and said "Hey what school you go to?" then "What grade you in?" and finally "oh can you give me your kik or phone number?" I declined but now that im home I realize that I've let myself to believe that ever guy is polite and respectful especially to girls.. Hi. I live in south Chicago where there is no shortage of bad influences. Gods grace, I grew up with a good head on my shoulders and with parents that actually did their jobs as parents, I m a black male and am currently attending college at illinois state university so I m hardly in chicago any more, but I have this younger cousin. She is a female. She was molested as a child and never got proper counciling for that. Her mother sets bad examples. The guy that she thought was her dad for her entire life , after an argument, recently told her "Your no child of mine you little whore, go find your real dad". Her older sister is the closest thing to a good influence but even she isnt the type of influence that could make my cousin see that there is more to life outside of the BS that she is surrounded by. I want to help my cousin because I know how all of these things can effect a persons life in the long run. My cousin already has little motivation in school and she seems to be acting out a bit. I m only in chicago maybe 3 times a month at most, and her cell phone is always off so I can hardly ever contact or see her to have a decent conversation with her. She isn t in any physical danger and DCFS has been contacted in the past and have took action, but since there is no one that is a threat to her, there is nothing they can do. Her environment is safe from harm and she is provided with all of her physical needs, but I dont think her mental needs are being met. What do i do?

I moved from ny to cali last year and i really miss my friends. I go back occasionally but I want to go back this winter and my parents told me they can t afford it. I dont want to be impolite or rude but is it okay if I my granparents. I would be asking out of desperation. The trip is very important to me as I havnt been home in a very long time, and i m kinda depressed living where i have no friends that i can be comfortable around. Do you think they would understand and maybe agree to it. (They have money, and are usually generous with it, but i dont really know what they would say still)

Hello! I m getting married in about a month and I ve decided that I wanted to take his last name. We have decided to have a small, intimate, wedding. Unfortunately, my parents don t approve of my fiancé because he already has children and "isn t successful enough for me" (old school, I know). But I was wondering if I took his last name if they would find out. They don t claim me on their taxes, but I am, however, on their medical until the year is up and I can apply for my own. When they warm up to him I will tell them, but for now we have to do what makes us happy. Thank you!
