Question: How to get good at basketball in a year? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 09:08 PM PST Ok so I'm a 15 year old basketball virgin. I never played basketball in a day in my life. Well I have, when I was a kid was supposed playing basketball in gym class, but I would rather read and study so I never really even learned the basics. I was wondering if there's any drills someone can give so I can work on my handles and shot. I want to play for my high school team, and I couldn't play this year. Hell I didn't even tryout. I knew it would be useless. So I want to train and practice for the offseason and get good enough to play next year. Please help, I really love the sport but I never learned. Please. |

Question: A little info or advice please? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 09:01 PM PST Okay, so here's the breakdown. I have an account on the artistic community, DeviantArt. Now, at my friend's suggestion, I'm going to start doing commissions. Orders for original pieces and works, of course. I've done them for family and friends at first, but after a lot of convincing and long arguments, I decided to give it a shot. Now, what I'm having a little trouble understanding is if I need to look up any tax laws, which ones if so, or if I need to file a new tax paper with my taxes this time? I know I'm probably going to use something like Paypal or whatever for the payments, but would this still count as an online business or something? I'm like way confused right now! |

Question: What's not to like about hugs? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 08:58 PM PST |
Posted: 21 Nov 2015 08:54 PM PST My husband and I were together 4 years before we got married, married for 3 before having our baby. Our baby is four months old and this was never a problem before. The first six weeks were challenging being new parents but we didn't have relationship problems. We both got time off, he did all the heavy lifting. When baby woke up for a feeding, he would bring her to me so I didn't have to get out of bed, took over cleaning so I could rest a lot, and the baby slept a lot.I noticed we stopped rituals we used to do. Even though he leaves for work earlier than me, I used to get up early so we could eat breakfast together, and say goodbye to each other in the morning. We used to walk our dog together everyday after work. We used to go out more. Now, I'm too tired to wake up early if I don't have to. He has to cook dinner, I have to change and bathe the baby, walk the dog, feed her. I don't like taking our daughter anywhere in case she starts crying. Our sex life is the same now. We just wait for the baby to be asleep. Anyway, we're always fighting, I don't even know why. We never had bad fights where we insulted each other or swore. Now we'll raise our voices. He slams things, has told me to shut the f*** up. I've called him an a**hole, an idiot and told him to go f*** himself. I'm not proud of that, neither is he. We always apologize. We hire a sitter one night a week which helps remind us that we love each other. We probably would have killed each other by now without it. I've brought up marriage counseling. He said maybe it'd be a good idea. I just haven't made the appointment. I feel like loving each other was something that was easy and we were good at. Going to a counselor will make me feel like a failure after only 7 years together. |
Question: Guinea pig has allergies?? Please help? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 08:51 PM PST I have taken my piggie to the vet multiple times ( sneezing constantly/ runny nose and milky color coming from eye). He was given antibodies for an upper respiratory infection, which did not help him. Moved him away from Windows which the vet suggested, still nothing. A month later and he is sneezing worse than when we had brought him in. Called vet and he said to change his bedding and food. Changed it to a different brand as the vet suggested (Pine bedding to paper bedding) ,changed his food ( Purina to regular pellets) and no difference. Ended up making second appointment. Vet said he didn't think it was a URI. Told me he thought he has allergies but was not sure. Told me a few things to take away from him and take out of room. If that doesn't work I have to bring him back in a 3rd time. Anyone who has piggies please give me ideas of what it could be? I'm not sure what to do anymore or what it could be |
Question: I have a little ball on my lower right back? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 06:50 PM PST I can move it around back and forth when I press on it. It doesn't hurt really at all only a little bit but I'm in dance and when I do summer saults and things on my back it kinda does |
Question: Will my boobs ever grow? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 06:46 PM PST I know there isn't REALLY a way of telling. But im 12 years old and I don't have ANYTHING. Oh and I know that im still super young, like I haven't hit puberty (haven't started my period.) but im just scared that I wont ever get boobs for some reason. Some people say they start growing soon after you get your period. And also, all of my female family members have big boobs. I know that a lot of it is genetics so. I don't actually know what size my mom is but they're big. But here's the thing. Im a dancer, and im very active. Im skinny. I have meat on my bones, im not 'skronny.' but im skinny. And I know that you'll have to gain weight to get boobs so I don't know. I have a big appetite. I eat a lot. Oh and I don't know if this will help but I am about 5'3. im pretty tall for a 12 year old so. My birthday is in April, I'll be 13. I know this is the stupidest question, and nobody can really know for sure, but can I have kind of like an estimate. Again, stupid question. But I get paranoid about this for some reason haha. Can somebody help me out a little? |
Question: Should I get rid of my rats?Help!!!? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 06:36 PM PST I know this is a bad question but I heard rats don't really bite but mine do. Mostly one but the other one has bit me before. They hate me. They want nothing to do with me. I had them for about 3 months but still won't even sniff me with out nipping me. I started trusting after a week I had them. It didn't do nothing so last month I tried forced socialization but it is still not working. If I do get rid of them I going to get male rats because I got female and they are not doing anything with me!!! If someone doesn't help me I will get rid of them |
Question: Will HIV in the mouth be really bad after about 6 months? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 06:03 PM PST I'm a teenager and during the summer I sucked on a guy for a little not long at all barely even 2-3 minutes. But before that I had strep throat and now about 6 months later I have bumps on my throat. Tonight I have been going crazy for some reason but I have googled everything from tonsillitis to HIV in mouth to HPV. I also feel though as if I have had it for so long it probably isn't HIV because everything I have seen symptoms changed within a month or so. And I will admit I don't have the best mouth hygeine so maybe after I brush my teeth really good and gargle with saltwater and use cough drops it will get better. I just really need someone's opinion to honestly help ease myself.. PLEASE HELP ME |

Question: Shaving private area? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 04:50 PM PST I'm a 22 year old female and not really into shaving my private area bald. I have before, many times but I just don't really like the way it feels, especially when it begins to grow back. I do, however, keep it trimmed neatly. The thing is my fiancé prefers it to be bald. We've been together for 2 years and had sex for the first time together (my first time ever, he lost his virginity at 16) a few days ago, and he asked why didn't I shave it. I don't think it really bothered him, I just think he has a preference. I told him why and he understood. My question is, is it necessary that I shave it bald. I mean is not shaving it bald a bad thing? |

Question: My wife no longer wants to have kids. What do I do? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 03:46 PM PST My wife and I have been married for two and a half years and have known each other over ten years. Long before we got married, we discussed a future with one another, which included having kids in the future. We were both in full agreement that we wanted them when the time was right. We tried for a few months to conceive, but no such luck. Now she says she doesn't want them. We've talked over and over about it and I haven't gotten thru to her. It's true that she has a right to decide whether or not she wants kids because it's her body, however we agreed going in that children were part of our plan. It's not fair to me for her to all of a sudden to crush my hopes. I'm frustrated to say the least. Obviously, I wouldn't have married her if she told me she didnt want kids before hand. But I can't just divorce her because of this, unless there's something I'm missing. What should I do? |
Question: Is it possible for a married couple to turn into a friends with benefit relationship? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 03:34 PM PST My husband says he doesn't love me anymore, but I still do. He says he doesn't feel anything or want to make the marriage work. yet we are still sexually intimate and I still fulfill my duties as a wife. He on the other hand, revoked his all his commitment, feelings and love for me. He said he still cares about me and finds me physically attractive, but just doesn't feel anything for me. What title am I to him? He says I just feel like a good friend for now. It sounds like it's a friends with benefits relationship to me. But how??? we're married and filing for separation, not divorce. What title do I fall under to him? I dont even know what to call it :/ |
Question: Why did my pregnant gerbil kill my other two gerbils? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 03:32 PM PST I had three gerbils. Two boys and one girl. The girl is pregnant and she killed and ate the two boy gerbils. I'm confused. They had plenty of food in the cage. And I've had them for 3 months. She has been pregnant before and she ate her babies. Why is she doing this? |

Question: My sister's hamster died, does anyone know why? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 02:50 PM PST Our hamster was bleeding out of the anus or vagina and it's eyes where crusted over. Does anyone know what this could have been? It was also really cold. My mom rubbed it between her hands, stimulated it's limbs and then pressed gently on it's chest to speed up it's heart beat. It was starting to wake up. It was kicking and squirming. Then, my sister asked if it was hibernating. I googled hibernating and found that one should feed it tiny droplets of water to make sure it doesn't dehydrate. I told my mom this and she put her finger under the faucet and let a drop fall off her finger into the hamsters mouth. It seized and died. What went wrong? Was it hibernating or was it something more serious? |
Posted: 21 Nov 2015 01:58 PM PST we were in love and together for seven years. he made a lot of money by ripping off people through fake pay pal accounts, and when he got caught, he tried to hire an undercover cop to kill the witness. he was a rusian immigrant and after the 18 year sentence will be deported anyway, but we still talk and tell each other i love you. what should I do? should I tell my fiancé? my fiancé is rich too, but he went to college and owns a business. he's from a nice family and would not want to know about this stuff. he would either break up with me, or it would just make our relationship crummy. I still love this guy, but love my fiancé too. he ha been transferred to a minimum sec prison and we talk over the phone and in emails. he knows not to say i love you when I'm in a relationship though. i told my fiancé that he was framed for stealing, and got deported. also that i don't love him at all, but i do. I love him and did more things for him than i do for my fiancé. we only split up bc he went to jail. he tried to kill his partner who got caught and was testifying against him. the guy he paid was a narc, and then in prison he tried to pay another guy to kill the narc, and that gut turned out to be a narc. so 2 counts of attempted murder. my fiancé does not know i used to be a stripper, that i had an affair with alex roriquex, or this stuff. he also doesn't know i was addicted to meth, or most of my wild youth. should i tell him this, bc the ex in jail and i talk all the time and love each other. i worry about him. he already doesn't trust me i think, and only wants to exchange vows and cohabitant. he wants me to pay half the bills but that's not happening should i open up more to my fiancé? should i tell hi at least part of the truth. he's caught me in some lies already. i let things slip when I'm drunk hehhehee but he was so good to me and was such a good lover. we lived so well, and he was generous. bought me all this jewelry which my fiancé says is gaudy and tacky.. |
Question: Can I divorce my wife because she is extremely lazy? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 01:33 PM PST Basically, she doesn't do anything all day. She watches tv and plays video games, then causes trouble. Posted: 21 Nov 2015 12:43 PM PST i forgot everything HELP!! i need my money even though money fake as the paris attacks |
Question: What can I do in this situation? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 12:43 PM PST My husband sent me a message and told me he was ending our relationship. I am stranded at my parent's house with no vehicle because he and I were sharing his. He has my daughter at his parent's house. I tried to call him, but he's blocked me on his phone, and all other messengers. I went to the house where he is and tried to talk to him to find out he wants a divorce or what is going on. his mom ran at me and screamed over and over for me to leave, then she called the police when I said no, I want to talk to my husband and see my kid. My mom has tried to call all of his relatives and they will not answer at all. I have no money or job, so no way to afford a lawyer. My husband did this with no warning. Am I just screwed over, or is there anything I can do? I called the police, and they told me they'd get someone to call me back, but they never did. |

Question: My wife and I want to give my son $20,000 for a new car from a joint bank account.? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 12:13 PM PST My son is going to take out a loan, and I will invest the money, and use the interest generated for him pay the monthly car payments. Wy wife and I will likely soon get divorced, how can I ensure that she will not be able to make a claim to the money? He is going to take out a loan himself for the car. Im just going to invest the $20,000 for him and he can use the interest to supplement the car payments. |
Question: Is having sex once a week normal for a married couple in their 30's? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 11:42 AM PST I saw a recent article about a study that said people who have sex once a week are the happiest of the bunch, regardless of race, gender, or age. I find this true cause we are extremely happy together. I would prefer it everyday, my wife can easily go a month without, so we compromised at a week. She and I both find that the quality is way better than when I tried to force quickies on her and the pressure on her to have sex despite her demanding managerial job has been lifted. Society claims that we both have to be going at it all the time to be happy, but like the recent study, we're living proof otherwise. Just wondering how many people out their are like us and if this is normal? |
Question: Am I the reason for my parents divorce? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 11:41 AM PST Long story short, they divorced when I was a young teen. Around 14. But at the same time I had really bad Bipolar. I still do but it's gotten better with therapy and meds. When I was 14 I would throw tantrums and kick things and silent people out then slam my door while my parents were trying to talk to me or I would hang up the phone on them. My Bipolar is not nearly as bad but sometimes I wonder if I'm the reason they divorced. Because they couldn't handle my Bipolar at its worst? |
Question: My husband the complainer? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 11:30 AM PST He constantly complains, blames, criticizes, etc. I'm sick of it. He just loves to put everyone down and nothing is ever right. If i wash dishes, i shouldn't have so he can have more hot water. If i don't wash dishes, i should have so there's not a "mess". When I point out it can't be both ways, then i should have woke up at 5 to wash them so the water can heat up fully before he wakes up. I should take the kids out so it's quiet and he can sleep yet if i take them out then breakfast isn't ready for his highness when he gets up. Same answer- wake up a couple hours early and do it while he is sleeping. The dishes aren't put away right, the coffee maker is in the wrong place, the coffee is too strong, the coffee is too weak, i didn't dump the old coffee (only i DID), the wrong blanket it on the bed, i made the wrong thing for breakfast, things that others do are MY fault, i don't work enough (and ironically I'm not home enough to cook and clean enough), The list goes on and on and it's like we can't even be in the same room anyore. We always argue. Whenever he starts i just leave so basically we are never around each other anymore. I don't have any drive anymore. Don't want to do things anymore. Just want to be alone and have quiet. Not interested sexually (will do it - just not interested in it though). Not interested in doing anything with him. What's going on with me? I just can't deal with anything anymore because why? Because of him? |
Posted: 21 Nov 2015 11:23 AM PST I'm in college, about to start my second year. I hear lots of gossip in the hallways, cafeteria and outside. Aparently there's a large amount of women who are against getting married and some even made fun of me for wanting to marry my boyfriend someday (they called me weak, fragile, etc). How is it weak that I want to have a future with someone I love? My boyfriend and I have a very healthy/mature relationship. Excellent communication, no fights (because we don't let disagreements escalate to a fight), we trust each other and give eachother space when needed such as his work or my classes, we're loyal, and he's very kind, gentle and works hard at his job (he works in the IT field), and we plan to marry when I'm done with school. I just don't see how these women could have a problem with another woman getting married if she's truly happy with her guy. How does that make me weak? |
Question: Any married women still enjoy French kisses? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 10:29 AM PST My wife, formerly top-rated, has refused to more than nine years. "I don t like it any more" she says. I did not bring it up for a year. Got frustrated other night when in passionate moments she turned her head away. She loves to give and receive oral pleasures. Makes this confusing. That's okay but no French, which I love? Kisses are cardboard. And,no, i do not have bad breath LOL. She is 56, I m 55, married 21. As said, she used to be fantastic Any advice? Very frustrating |

Question: My brother kissed my husband last night while drunk? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 09:09 AM PST Last night we all had a few drinks, my brother, my husband and my brothers girlfriend. His girlfriend and I were not drinking yet and decided to go get some snack food while my brother and husband drank and played video games. They were really messed up by the time we left, when we cam home about 20 minutes later (we live out in the boon-docks) we decided it would be funny to knock really hard on the door and yell "open up". Before doing this we snuck around the backdoor to see where they were, and to our surprise my brother was on top of my husband. We couldn't see what was happening. The girl started freaking out, and we got my keys and opened the locked back door. When we came in they jumped up and started acting like they were fighting. We saw what they were doing. They were making out. We left and made my brother leave. I haven't been home since. How should I handle this? I am very upset. |

Question: What are the benefits of cohabitation over marriage? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 08:38 AM PST |
Posted: 21 Nov 2015 08:13 AM PST Its been 4 years now when I received a call from my parents living in India, to go see a girl and select her for marriage. Being in the US for so many years, I was baffled at this but I was forced to go and see her, I was like its only that I have to see. When I went there, I did not like her at all, from the looks to manner to anything I could compare to. I said NO but they did not listened me. I was at a situation that to be legally in US, I had to marry her. I said NO to may family, pleaded not to get me down like this but my family broke me emotionally and in a very well planned manner, I was forced to get married. I have been married for 2 years now, its been good n bad but I feel trapped. I dont like a lot of stuff about her. We dont even look good together. Am not kidding but she looks older than me n a lot of times people ask me if she was my mom!! I feel so depressed some I try to cheer up. She loves me, I think so.. but she has been raised so differently, we occasionally have clashes and fights but in the end we patch up. What else could I do? I am not blaming her for all this but I am mad at my family, at my mom and dad who took decision of my life and dragged me into this. When I complain, they point out at me and say for my benefit they did all this. All they wanted me to was to keep me in the US. I never wanted to be in US at this cost. I was partially raised in US and it has been my home but I really never expected such a huge price. I dont want to be miserable but am just tied up in such a knot that I cant leave this girl. No matter how much I try to forget and get involved in life but somewhere sitting in my loneliness, I miss my past and the days when I used to be single. I hate my partner and even wish her to die but another moment I feel so bad for thinking like this. Its very easy to say I could have walked away when my parents were forcing me but you have no idea how easily your family can emotionally blackmail you. I dont even know why am writing this but I am just sad. I dont wanna live. |
Question: Child paternity/ custody/ adoption Battle Need Real advice.? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 08:10 AM PST Ok I will try my best to make this clear. My husband was with this girl that got pregnant and claimed that he was the farther. However she had been with two other men and lied to my husband about her pregnancy at least 3 times. So that's the paternity in question. Now over the past 8 years off and on they have contacted us to get us involved. My husband wanted a test done . At this point the mother no longer had the child and the grandmother was in temporary custody and we had plans to get a test done however she called saying she couldn't make the appointment. We lost contact with her once she realized that my husband wanted to be involved if the child was his. Now she no longer has custody and the child's grate aunt and uncle want to adopt him. Do we fight to get a test done then custody for a child he has never met. At this point in the paper work they say my husband has abandon this child and wants nothing to do with him . Do we let this child stay with the family that he knows or do we try to give him the father and family that he don't know. The legal fees will be thousands and the case could go on for years. We have less than 30 days to decide. |

Posted: 21 Nov 2015 06:47 AM PST I don't come off like it on here, but I'm an idealistic Romeo romantic type. When my wife has a problem with me, I'll morph into whatever my wife wants just so she doesn't have to deal with that "problem" any more. Of course, she's a moody woman and she contradicts herself often, so I flip flop back and forth because I'm trying to control her emotions so she's never sad/unhappy/depressed (which isn't working). But I want to stop doing this. I want to start being myself and letting her deal with her own emotional rollercoaster and her changing beliefs/values....... But I don't know how to do it. I've strayed so far from who I am that I don't know who I am any more.... I'm beginning to think that when I take personality tests online that I'm not answering my true nature any more, I'm answering what I've been conditioned to think over the last 14 years... Do any of you have any experience dealing with identity crisis and realizing that the person you thought you were is gone? And the person you are now, is someone you're not even sure you like? What did you do when you realized things could be better and that you needed to love yourself and not love others more than you? No harassment please. These questions I've been asking lately are questions I'm taking VERY personally; so if you have anything against me from the past, please let it go. |
Posted: 21 Nov 2015 05:47 AM PST My wife and I are perfectionists. We weren't always this way, but through a lot of past traumas, I guess you could say we adopted this way of living because re-encountering the things that made us perfectionists would be more traumatizing than daily upkeep of controlling other people's emotions by being EXACTLY what they want you to be. But this isn't really a good way to live life... So much energy is spent on trying to be perfect that we are too drained to do the things we need to do in our personal life... If not for my anxiety about hurting people I didn't intend to her and my wife's obsession with doing things "the right way", I think we could be released from this prison. But obviously this is going to take work to fix: I'm not going to start being myself and hurting people on accident due to my political incorrectness, and she's not going to suddenly be easier on herself to let herself make mistakes and not take it so personal. So I need advice on how to stop trying to be perfect. Please don't recite me the serenity prayer. It's good advice for those who believe they can only control themselves, but my wife and I have learned that you can manipulate or at least deceive people into changing so the prayer means nothing to us - we seen what we CAN do. |
Question: I want my family back? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 05:46 AM PST I know people are going to say my ex is a horrible person for doing this but she has truly changed and is a better person now and everyone makes mistakes. I left my ex because I discovered she had falsified a home dna test with my real 3 year old at the time saliva and tricked me into raising another baby that was not mine as a result I made a few life changing decisions like getting a vasectomy and also lost my house cause I could not afford another baby and a mortgage payment we then ended up living in one of her dad's empty houses then when the baby was 3 i. Found out from her former best friend that she tricked me and for 3 years I tried unsuccessfully to get passed this but I couldn't she has kicked me out of her dad's house many times because I wanted to get some explanation as to why she did t his but i got none i finally ended up leaving cause I wanted to see if getting some space would help me see this differently and it did and now i just want her back and my family back but now she won't let me back in she was I guess done with me the minute i found out and she says she just wants child support but not me anymore . I admit after I found out she did this I had a very tough time getting passed it and maybe I should have just kept quiet and just accepted it. What the best way to say I'm sorry for not being mature enough to see this as a blessing instead of constantly being a jerk about it? |

Question: Does father deserves to his child as least once? Posted: 21 Nov 2015 01:39 AM PST I thought me and my husband should do this together, but he became very controlling, possessive and abusive towards me. So I managed to leave, we now live In seperate countries, we are from different countries. She is 6 months and our only, i have full custody, he has never seen her only In pictures, he often say he wants to see her(and get back together, but that is another story that is not going to happen), I dont know if that is a good idea and only would make things complicated or if he as the father at least deserves to see her once, not to get custody, just to be able to see her once? My reasons for he should be Allowed is: He did even be violent to me and yell threaths at me when he was abusive He would need visa for my country, i am afraid he would always stay and harass me He is from a country that makes it easy for him to kidnap her when he is first In his country. There I would have no Rights. So i would Never let him alone with her as i would be too nervous. He would be able to get a passport without my consent and presence. My reasons for i Think he deserves to see her once: He is her father, cares about to see her He actually loves children and is good with them I dont know if he would do all the things i worry about, that is the problem i dont know What would happen. Any thoughts? |
