well I have to do a community service.for 6months but I been wanting to get married and I don t really want a big wedding. But he said today..he wants.to wait Until it s over

Our anniversary is 2 days before my dad s birthday. My dad tragically just passed away last month, we were extremely close. I feel like our anniversary, which should be a joyous occasion, will forever be overshadowed by grief. I now wish we hadn t chosen that day to get married but it was the anniversary of when we started dating so it seemed right at the time. Is it crazy to want to "change" your anniversary? Are there any couples out there with similar situations?

So my boyfriend and I just got engaged and we're planning to wait until we finish studying before we get married. So that means we'll have at least a 3-year engagement. I just wanted to know if it's a good idea to invest in a house before getting married. I've always wanted to have a landed property with a garden, like small house but big garden. So most probably we'll buy outside the city. We've agreed to live outside the city in the beginning because everything's cheaper. We'll move into the city when we're more stable probably. If we do get a nice landed property, I was thinking of just having the wedding there instead of getting a venue. It's more of an investment I guess. I just wanted to know if it's a good idea to get a house as early as possible.
