But as soon as he starts liking me back, and we try to get anywhere (asks me out, any big step forward) starts giving me this terrible anxiety. I don t know why and it happens to me every time. It eventually gets so bad that I have to withdraw from the relationship and start avoiding him. I also eventually (when the anxiety kicks in) start to notice I don t like him anymore anyway. I made eye contact whenever we exchanged convo about our food and such but she would break it in a shy fashion, at times like she was maybe intimidated or not interested, couldn t tell. We got back together about 2 weeks ago and I started to fall really hard for her. She was receiving the cheesiness well and everything was going fine. During my last relationship I was treated very badly so started to do really stupid things because I kept assuming the worst. One night I really started to lose my mind and I demanded that she tell me how she felt about me and then I would tell her I didn't care. It really confused her. I called her that night and told her that I was falling love and that I was acting out because I was losing my mind. I already knew that she wasn't ready for anything serious and I told her that I was fine with that. She said she needed time to think and that she would talk with x, y, and z and will let me know next Tuesday. There is a lot between us. Her parents hate me, neither of us have cars, I may have to lose a position to stay with her, and we only see each other once or twice a month tops. We agreed not talk to anyone else during this time of wait. I have been reading about this and I can't tell if she is seeing if she can find a better boy or not while putting me as a backup. I told her that this is her last chance to be involved romantically with me and that if she ends it I will go have sex with lots of other girls. Should I break it off now to "save my honor" or should I wait for her to decide? Is she even worth it if she has to think? Also she said she doesn't want to be in the position where the other person has stronger feelings. She doesn't want to feel like she is stringing me along. Once I did it, she will always look straight to my eyes before I enter the classroom. She will be at the second lobby, and once I appear she will look at me for few seconds. She and a friend were sitting together and both giggle then ran. She will give me half smiles/smirks at times. I saw once at hallway with a friend and we both made eye contact until she broke it and look down. She at time will act like she does not see me but knows I'm in her presence. Last semester we did not had classes but again saw her at the hallway. I came out the restroom and turn around, she look surprise since we both made eye contact and lasted long then she turns away fast. Her friend just look at me. Her cheeks were pinkish but could have been makeup. I have encounter this semester, I was with some friends going up the stairs and she saw me and quickly went up. Before she saw me she was walking normal. On Monday I saw her at the train stop and she look at me surprise with no smile/no expression. Yesterday she saw me but acted like she did not see me. I don't know if she finds me attractive or is a shy person because the way she acts. We have never talk and is hard because we do not have classes together. |

When she talked to me, she seemed really nice and social. I admit that I've tired to run into her in the music center by planning it out a bit, but that s it. Even worse, she's stopped going to the dining hall at her usual time (around 10 pm). I usually go there at that time as well. I went there a couple days ago, and I saw her. That was when I made eye contact with her in the dining hall. It was at around 10:30. I usually like to take my time eating in the dining hall, so I stayed until 10:40. The following day I went at 10 again and left at 10:40, and I never saw her enter the dining hall. I'm afraid that she really is trying to avoid me. All I did was talk to her for a while and ask her for her name. What do you think? |

Although him and I dated for over two years, we're able to put the past behind us and be close friends. Within the last week, him and I finally had the guts to be straight up about how we actually feel about one another. He told me that I'm the yin to his yang, the nicest girl he knows, that he really likes me a lot, trusts me completely, and sees me as his wife. He also said that he doesn't feel like him and I are ready for one another yet marriage wise due to age and stuff. On the other hand, I admitted that I'd want to get back together and that I still have feelings for him. The only problem is that he has a girlfriend that he doesn't seem himself being with in the future. He doesn't even trust her since they constantly are checking each other's social media and phones since their trust issues with one another are so bad. Anyway, he told me that if I become ready for him while he becomes ready for me, things would be better and him and I would be that much closer to having me as his wife [reread the second paragraph]. He never wants me to text him when his girlfriend is around because he's worried that she'll find out about how close him and I are with one another. I think this is because he really wants me around in his life. Him and I care about one another so much and we fight as if we're a married couple - however, he wants me to change for him so I could be ready for him. Should I change or no? He always gets upset when him and I can't talk or can't see each other. Whenever I can't talk to him because of his girlfriend being over, him and I get so upset. The subconscious habits that nobody can change are what we have in common. The way we were raised is the exact same, we were both middle children, our siblings are the same age difference, everything about us is the same except for our ambitions. She sees this and complains that she doesn't want to live a simple life and that she's not looking for a relationship with someone like me, yet I find myself being convinced more and more that we are the exact same person, and that her ambitions aren't that strange to follow. I know she likes some guy she met on her Frisbee team, which I think is why. I have noticed the more and more she ignores me, even the teacher in our class forces us to work together more often. Our teacher in class has made an obvious effort to put us together, we bounce so well off of each other when we work together; yet she has no interest in me. The teacher was explaining some math concept last class and messed up the variable and said it was the one she had wanted and said "he is not the one you want." To add since I ran out of room, I wasn't all that interested in her when I first met her. I saw the differences as well and didn't care to really get to know her, then we ran into each other in the parking lot and started chatting. The very first conversation we had was three hours long, everything we had to say we could easily relate to one another. She was the one that was interested in me at first, and now that I am interested she no longer is. I hate it, it is eating me alive... |

I feel like I can't get a guy to look at me. I feel so embarrassed and ashamed that I'm in my mid 20's and still have had no one even like me. I never even heard a rumor about me guy crushing on me. Anyways, I feel very insecure about the way I look. I do things, like get my hair done, facials, exercise, etc. but I still feel like because I have never had a boyfriend, I'm unattractive. Guys like pretty girls, no guys like me, so I must not be pretty. There is so much pressure from media and society too. It's not normal to be like me. It makes me feel lonely and undesirable. I think once I turn 25 next summer, maybe I should just give up on finding someone? I would really like to experience love and a first kiss, but maybe it's just not for me. So around my sophomore year my face started to break out with mild acne around my nose on my nose forehead and chin. I felt so ugly all the time and could hardly look at myself in the mirror without being disgusted with myself Until the ending of my senior year of high school it was when i started caring about how I look. I went to a dermatologist and my skin cleared up perfectly and now it looks great. Started trimming my eyebrows, they were kind of bushy before. As I noticed now that my skin has cleared up girls have been flirting with me and some have given me their numbers. I always see a lot of girls repeatedly checking me out at school and stuff. more girls are interested in me but its really weird... I really don't feel that attractive. I recommended she come to the gym with me since I workout regularly and she refuses because she would rather be on facebook or watch netflix. Im not going to name them because they will probably know if im talking about them. Anyways, one of my best friends is dating a guy. Even before they started dating I was like best friends with him. We still talk and everything but we kinda drifted because of one thing. My best friend (the one who's dating the guy) is jealous because she thinks im flirting with him and im not. I don't like him, I like someone else. We're in 8th grade, and i've liked my crush since the beginning of 6th grade. My other best friend has been texting me saying that she cant stand me talking to him bc apparently i'm stealing my other best friends boyfriend. And i'm not!! I've been feeling alone for the last couple of months because they always have inside jokes and I always feel left out. To be honest, I've been feeling kind of suicidal lately . I know that's bad but I just don't know what to do. They have always had my back for everything but just this one mistake and they think im flirting and Im not! I only like him as a friend that's it! He s super sweet, and he s been telling me that he s gonna take me out somewhere when he gets some money, And he literally just told me this. But the other day some girl told my friend that he told her that he doesn t like me anymore, and that he likes her. This really upset me. This girl has liked him for awhile and has told me that she doesn t like him but obviously she does, and she s always flirting with him, and my guy friend who is friends with the guy I like always tells me that she s trying to hard and that he doesn t even like her. But anyways my friend told me that this girl Said that the other day. I thought it was true, but he s so sweet and I really think he d tell me if he didn t like me anymore. And today I was having a bad day, and he knew that and he stopped at my locker and was talking to me making sure I was okay. Also after school he was walking with me and asking me again if I was alright, and he was just talking with me because he knew I was still upset and something had happened at school. He usually gives me hugs goodbye, but today He even kept giving me hugs and was standing with his arms around me telling me he hopes I feel better soon because I was upset. So do you really think he doesn t like me anymore. I mean I really don t know why this girl would lie about that. But I don t know. |

I am 9 hours away in my freshman year of college and she is back at home going to a community college. She broke up with me because she said she didn t want to hold me back, which I had never said or implied in any way of her doing. Anyways another reason was because she was originally going to move here with my in college which made her mom upset and caused a lot of family problems. Her mom basically said that if she goes she won t have a family anymore, so she picked family, which I m not too upset about but what bothered me is she said " We will see how life pans out for us. Our youth is our time. Let s find ourselves and if it works out in the end, we knew it would." But a the next day she said she still loves me and is in love with me and doesn t want me to stop talking to her and still wants to have sex with me when I come visit for the holidays and wants to get together again down the road. I m just kind of bothered because tonight she is going out clubbing with her friends and not talking to me so I m not sure what to do. Oh and like she even went to play pool with some dudes who said was just a friend the other day. She doesn t seem upset about the break up but tells me she was crying all day and night after.. |

Like they the only similarities I have with this girl is the curly hair and glasses. I hate being compared to her. That's always the first thing people say when they meet me and it makes me feel sad. NOT to be mean or anything but the girl im being compared to Isn't that pretty and I know for sure that I'm more attractive then her. I know this because people always tell me I'm pretty and its like a usual/Normal compliment for me. And being compared to someone not attractive makes me feel insecure. I am not the greatest looking, but I'm confident in my humour etc. Now we're in college and I barely see her, she's always talking to people, and I physically see her about once a fortnight, we've only acknowledged each other once I think. We were never in the same circle so I suppose I expect that. But if I see her, how should I ask her for a drink (we're 16 so a coffee or something, obviously I could just ask straight up but do I need to say more?) Will show her I'm interested, and will break this constant thinking about her I've had over the last few months. |

| Question: Girls, is this normal or weird? Posted: 13 Nov 2015 06:57 PM PST So me and my friend are in the 8th grade, we're both girls. When we hang out she likes to put her feet on my lap. I think they're cute cuz she has long toes and always keeps them pedicured Anyways so here's what happened, we were hanging out in my room watching a movie and I left for a few minutes to do some stuff When I got back she was asleep in a funny way. Like she was asleep on the bed, but her feet were sticking out on top of the TV stand (which is next to the bed) So I started watching the movie again, but I got distracted cuz her feet were in front of the TV and her toes kept wiggling a lot, so I started playing around with them For example I pushed her toes back and forth, and they would start wiggling by themselves =P. Then I would hold them still to make them stop wiggling Sometimes I did that when a song was playing on TV and her toes would start wiggling to the beat of the song =P I think she was dreaming that she's dancing the whole time cuz I kept pushing her toes around =P. Like her toes would start wiggling to a rhythm by themselves for like a really long time. But there's no music playing, so she must be dreaming about the music =P. And her toes follow voice commands too, like if I whisper "twinkle toes" then her toes would start wiggling. If I say "ballet toes" then her toes would flex and make a point like a ballerina =P Anyways is it normal that I was amused and like playing with her feet? I don't think I'm a weirdo cuz I'm nice and ppl like me :) |
