I just want to go to college but theirs are others who only put me down and originally want me to stay were I am at I feel sad because I just want to learn but instead I get belittled

So i want to sleep over my friends house after prom and watch movies (btw im 18.) but for some reason my parents are strict about that. They dont like the idea of sleeping over which is so weird. They dont give me a straight answer. Whereas I have an older brother who always slept over and did what he wanted. I even asked him why and he was like cuz ur just a girl. That pisses me off even more right now lol, like I just wanna have fun with my friends nothing crazy. Plus my friend and her mom live together so I dont see what the danger could be. I know them very well so I m kinda confused :/ idk what to do...I feel like my parents are strict. How do I prevent them from being strict? Thanks.

Okay, so let's start this...I'm female and 22 years old, and my friend is female and about 10 or so years older than I am. We've been friends for, I guess, about a year now...but we constantly argue, don't get me wrong we are close friends. But...We argue over petty things. I won't even get into what those petty things are because it'll only frustrate me even more. I am actually well aware that I can be a *****, asshole, jerk...whatever. Excuse my language, but I'm pretty comfortable with it because I'm totally honest and I don't sugarcoat things. I go to therapy once or twice a week to talk out my frustrations so I don't get to pent up in the real world you know but at the time I was the only one who knew about the therapy. Anyway, she had asked me to be a little nicer with the way I talk so I agreed and I took her feelings into consideration because not everyone can handle the way people like me talk, straight and to the point. A few months passed, we still argue...but mostly I argue with her because she always has to have the last say, and she constantly has to be right and I just..I don't know. I let her win...but it wasn't long until I realized that she leaves a bad feeling at the pit of my stomach that ruins my entire freaking day. Half the time she gets upset with me, and when I ask what I did wrong--I get ignored. When I get pissed at her, I don't ignore her...I tell her what is wrong with me and why, and she usually fires off that somehow it was my fault. My therapist suggested that I suggest taking a break from it, reevaluate and then make my decision. I took about a week, a week and a half maybe and I decided to try changing a little of my ways to make the friendship less rocky...I find myself holding back a lot of things that I want to say, or asking questions because I know it'll lead to an argument. Again we are fighting, and I tried to call and text repeatedly to apologize for whatever I did but I get nothing. Now I'm about ready to quit. It takes two to make a friendship, and I am aware that we are both at fault one way or the other...but right now, I'm looking out for my own sanity because feeling like this is not healthy. This sad, frustrated feeling...and not knowing why. I don't understand and she refuses to talk to me. I'm trying my hardest not to let my snarky side out, but she's provoking it when all I asked when we rekindled our friendship is that we communicate better. Not ignore each other and or taunt.

Ok, so I have some pretty bad anger issues. Also, I sit next to a rather annoying chubby kid who likes to is almost always talking. At one point today, he began using his papers to blow mine and scatter them on the floor, saying that he was only fanning himself. His papers were not directed to him when he was "fanning" himself. Anyway, I got very angry, because he blew most of my papers on my desk off. Then I shoved a bin full of crayons in his direction, sending his papers everywhere. He proceeds to push the bin off the desk and spill the crayons everywhere and tells me to clean it up. I got even angrier and started to even throw some of the things into his bag so that he could get off his *** and get them out. The. I told him to get up and put away the crayons. He replied by pushing my binder and tearing some of my papers. That was when I completely broke and threw a chair at him. I didn't hurt him too much, but I sure as heck did scare the hell out of him. I didn't throw it overhead but rather thre it underhand and knocked down the chair he was sitting on. Then he cleaned up everything and moved to the opposite side of the desk. Everyone stared at me when I threw the chair. I was trying my best to keep it in, but it all just spilled out, I don't want to go to school now. Instill glad that I scared the asshole but now I'm afraid of coming back and everyone staying away from me. What do I do?

Okay so this all happened on Sunday (2days ago). Well me and my friend let's call her L. well L met this person let's call him N. on this numnum thing. So decided to add him on a group chat,including myself. Well anyway L decided to not to talk to talk to N. Which i understood ig. But I decided to stick around. So me and L came up with a plan to get him away. Which now I know was the wrong way to handle things and tht I shouldn't have gone with the lie.and was a mean thing to do.And not involve my other friend Liz to "distract" N. So when I realized this decided to own up to it and tell N. The truth.And gave n reasons why L mysterious left. And I apologized for it. Well I told L she was mad. And said I "disappoint" her and other crap. And encourage to lie. And didn't own up to it. And now we don't speak and ended our friendship. But should I be fully to blame for this whole scenario? I want to apologize to L but she still is "disappointed". How should I handle this? I would like to be friends again but not if I'm the one taking all the blame and she'd still be mad at me😒. So before I start the story theres one think you should know..... I hate taking pictures, I always have and the last time I took one was in like the 7th grade..... So I was sitting up in my room when my sister said "for mothers day, we should all go in the backyard and take photos of ourselves for her.... I was hesitant but agreed. Later when I went down to take them they said, "change of plans, tomorrow were gunna get dressed up, drive downtown to some park and have our friend take the pictures." So I said "no, I don't want to go out in public to take them, I don't want your friends to see this, and I don't want to drive 45 minutes. Lets just do our original plan. But that didn't fly with them, now todays when were suppose to take them, I don't do it, and my phones blowing up with text like, your selfish, grow up, and your the worst kid ever. I never take pictures, I was willing to do it, but then they completely changed it up and made a huge deal. So am I the bad guy in this? Im still getting my mom a 50$ gift card to her favorite place, so its not like im leaving her empty handed.

For the first time since we've been on summer vacation she message me, I replied she never replied back. This was basically a small prank (I got a mustard container, and placed a small dot of it on her back, and had a small laugh) and wiped it off her back. She then realised what I did, and she called me a *****, and started ramming on me, and kept looking mad. My friends Beth, Ayesha, Elly and I were at our school's gym. I had brought my basketball, and they saw it and wanted to play pass the ball. While I wanted to improve my shooting. We all have made up stories before. This time I made up a story to my friend that I saw my principal on scooter this weekend and he completely ate it... stupid right?? But our principal is a joking type of guy...and so she wants to confront him about falling. Just like picking on him...how can I avoid this so that it doesnt end up like "well kim said she saw you... So I have three best friends- one of them I just adore. We share everything, and are always really honest and open with each other. But lately, she's started acting differently. She calls me clingy all the time, when I haven't done anything... She says I'm being hyper and annoying just because I'm in a good mood. And if I stop talking because I hate that she's calling me that, or just try to give her space, she calls me grumpy and demands I help her with work. This happened this morning, and apparently at lunch she told another friend that I got mad at her for no reason. I tried to clear things up by telling her I just didn't feel well today (which was true) but she just shrugged and basically continued to act the exact same way for the rest of the class. I've been really embarrassed about it, because she's constantly 'joking' about how clingy and needy I am around our friends. Including around our guy friends (one of which is my really good friend and her boyfriend, and another of which is my major crush and she knows it). I know I don't act that clingy around her- it's just that when I'm in a good mood, I sometimes get excited and smile a lot. Also, our hallways are SUPERR crowded and if I brush against her even slightly because someone pushed me, she yells at me for pushing her and says I'm too touchy. The thing is, she can also be an amazing friend and I love her to death. What should I do?

We've been friends for nearly three years, and this year, she acts like a jerk to me half of the time and the other half of the time, she's super fun to talk to. Sometimes when I'm talking, she'll just tell me to shut up or she'll ignore me in favor of talking to my other friend. Once she turned to me said that no one was listening to what I was saying anyway. And recently I walked up to her and my other friend looking at something on her phone, and when I came over, she looked up at me and silently pointed me to my locker. We are in our third year of high school (13/14 years) and ever since the start of second this girl named Lucy has had a lot of people dislike even hate her. I am one of her friends and I can't stand her but I stay with her to discretely give her tips on how to try and stop doing what she does. She doesn't know I don't like her. She isn't really that bad but it is how she acts. She is very self centred and often boasts about tiny things. If she beats you in a test she will celebrate and ask what you have and then give you a fake smile and say it is good. She always goes on about never not being in top set and she always plays victim. Also, she will have a new best friend every fortnight (probably a bit more but it is quite often) I have been her best friend every now and then because I end up going cinema which I love doing so I always make sure I get something out of it. She always fishes for complements and pretends to be modest. I was talking to her last week and she was asking me why people hate/dislike her when she hasn't done anything to them. I didn't know how to reply so I just said that it might be something you have said or done without realising. I'm not her best friend at the moment this other girl is who is oblivious to her ways and you can tell she has began to realise how she can be. I really would like some advice on what we could do. I'm starting to give up on her and I don't know how to try and get her to change. Please help.

I've been dating my current boyfriend for only a week now, but we had been good friends prior. He's a really great guy, but the only thing is, my friends. Every morning at breakfast, I sit with them and we talk, and after school I wait for them and we all walk to our buses, its just that during lunch, my boyfriend and I like hanging out. He knows my friends, and he doesn't like a couple of them. They are in his class and he said that they always complain and they give him mean looks, so that's why he doesn't like sitting with them and I at lunch. Well today, my best friend said "Can you please sit with us at lunch today?" And I said sure. I told my boyfriend that I was and he said that he would go over to his friends. But he wanted to see me for the last ten minutes of lunch. I said okay and that I would like to. Well during lunch, my friends were giving me mean looks. They all said "No offense, but you need a break from him. Like you two are always together." When it was the last ten minutes of lunch, I told them that I was going to wait for him, and they all said "Why!? We want you to stay with us the whole lunch time, don't go to him." I tried explaining to them that I try to make time for my friends too, but sometimes I like being with my boyfriend. On weekends I try hanging out with them as much as I can, so I don't see why they are mad. And it's only been a week we've been dating! It isn't like its been months that I've not sat with them at lunch. What do you think?

Ok so I'm in college and my best friend is this guy in my group of friends. Usually we get on really well, in fact all our friends think we would make a great couple, but lately he has been starting to annoy me. We're both stressed as we have exams coming up, but today he really annoyed me because he was getting so worked up and when we were working together kept saying that "we got nothing done", and how much he has to do . Also I was trying to defend something that someone else had said but he just started to get thick and said "I don't want to be arguing over this" even though we weren't. He can't take anything that is said to him, and is way too easily offended. He just thinks he has it so much worse than everyone else even though he doesn't. He is spoilt rotten by his parents and gets everything handed to him, like he gets hands outs of money whenever he wants them, not needs them, claims to be "broke" and goes shopping, he's been given land to build a house on by his parents, got a phone worth £700 for Christmas and makes his parents do everything for him. Just today it really annoyed me because he accused me of fighting with him when I just wanted him to acknowledge what I was saying, and started getting annoyed because he can't handle anything being said to him. He is such a complainer and he is so soft, I just don't know what to do because we are really close and I don't want to have a fight with him, but its just really annoying me now. What should I do?

So basically I saw this girl about 6 months ago at least (we're both in high school) and ever since then I can't get her out of my mind. I'm a pretty attractive guy but I don't usually find any interest in relationships so I never tried being in one but for some reason I waunt to be in one with her even though I never even talked to her. I love looking at her facebook and Instagram photos. She isn't an extremely attractive girl to most people's standards. She has a lazy eye pointy nose but I still think she is beautiful. She has a sence of fashion that I love and drives a nice car for someone are age very similar to one I plan on buying soon btw. She graduates in less than a month cause she's a senior and I'm a junior. I keep trying to think of a way for me to even get to know her or just get over her completely. I don't waunt to just messege her on facebook something like hi because I dont waunt to seem weird or anything. I planned on "accidently" messaging her on fb something about work pretending I ment to send it to someone I work with who has the same name. I don't know what to do she is in my thoughts way to much for me to do nothing can someone tell me what I should do please any thank you

A few weeks ago I told my friends I'd been cutting... I had only started a weeks before and I feel stupid and an attention seeker now. My two friends helped me out and said that I should bring the blades to toss out. It never happened. I still have them and when i asked them to come with me they asked why i couldn't do i myself. Now I stopped putting on a mask and not talking to them. So far nobody noticed or seemed to care... not even the ones who don't know. I just wanna give up nobody give two shits about me and trying to talk to my parents only made it worse... calling me a 'victim' but u know i guess I am. An UGLY. STUPID. VICTIM.

Someone anonymously on this app where only people from your school can post stuff, posted a picture of my FB profile picture saying they think about me all the time. I'm kinda creeped out because most people only post pictures of memes and stuff with what they say. Not a picture of someone. They also have their name as mine. And I also saw a few other posts with my name in it and I'm assuming its me. Is there any way to find out who it is? I'm a lil scared. All I know is it's someone from my school. Thanks

So I was troubleshooting my printer device and I was trying different things and I asked my coworkers if they might know why it's not working. However, there was one coworker who said he doesn't really know but he could fix it? But he constantly forgets and when I asked him about it, he said he sees it as a favor he's doing for me. I guess I am confused at 1) Why is it a favor? It was a simple question I was asking everyone. If they don't know, they don't know, and he said he doesn't really know but I guess he's confident he can fix it but he constantly forgets. Aren't coworkers or friends suppose to help each other? Not call it favors? What's the fine line between favors and helping a friend out? Is there something I'm missing? I help my friends out, especially if it's easy like borrowing my account to get two day shipping on something. I don't see that as a favor but I have a feeling this person would label it as one... I don't get it
