Just cuz i did something bad and he says he don't think I understand the seriousness of what I did wrong. And he think I need serious consequences so I will finally understand blah blah. He full of crap!! I do understand what I did wrong!! he already grounded me for it when its Easter break and sunny. And he beat me up with a weapon which is illegal and made me get six blister things. Besides he takes my things without permission all the time. My GF and I have been together for almost 6 yrs! I love so much and I want to marry her but whats stopping me is her family. Her parents had a divorce when her and her siblings were all in their teens and now in late twenties and early thirties everyone is all about putting pressure on each other and making themselves look like they are the center of attention, blaming their siblings and parents for everything in life, drink mostly every night and only caring for their friends and themself. My GF is actually different, she is actually sick of her family and doesnt pity herself or blame her parents. The only problem is when they give her crap or make her feel sorry, she will go back to kiss their butts and get her feelings crushed. I am worried that if we get married her family will want to move in with us or money! Her siblings prefer living in the low class, no college degree or certified for sh*t. They all have crappy jobs and everyone doesnt know how to save for their lives. Her mother lives off welfare and cries about how hard her life is. And the dad, hes a fukced up druggie! He had a good job but was hanging out with the wrong crowd. Now he's jobless going around bagging money from my Gf and her siblings and threatening them if they don't give in. And all of them still live together depending on each others paycheck (besides the dad). How do you deal with this kind of sh1t? |

I am currently three months and three weeks pregnant and our relationship is pretty terrible. He has been in jail and has a criminal record. He is very excited about the baby and can't wait to be a father for the first time. One minute he makes plans for us to get an apartment and find jobs and talks to my stomach, etc. the next minute I "disgust him" and he searches my phone and calls me a "dirty sick a** bi***" because of old emails from three years ago when I was looking to meet people online (I was new to the area, and I didn't know him yet!). He tells me that he hates me, he doesn't love me and he will be with someone else that he "actually loves" and get them pregnant. He is very controlling and doesn't want me to send any pictures of myself or post them online (whether it is to friends or not. He tells me that im not dumb, but I just don't know anything and he often calls me a "stupid a** bit**" or a dumb a**b****. I have somewhere that I can go in Florida, but he isnt allowed to leave the state until 2019 and our child will be four. He really wants the baby I am just sure that he wont change for this relationship. What do I do? I don't want to just take my child away from him and his family. I'm almost 18, there's no jobs in walking or biking distance(there's no buses) and my mom sure as hell won't take the time out of her day to drive me, or even teach me how to drive. My college is hella far away but is close to my step dad's work so he takes me and picks me up. I have to choose classes within his work time and all the classes for my major are at night so it really sucks. I leave for school two hours before my classes start and it only takes like 35 minutes to get to school when we stop for gas and stuff so I wait an hour and a half before my first class. After all my classes end, I wait about 4 hours to be picked up and sometimes it can be 7-8 hours of waiting. Sure, I get my homework/studying done within that time but it definitely doesn't take nearly that long. My friend & her family live right next to my college and there are buses and jobs within walking distance. So I want to move really bad! But, my grandma always says I'm the only reason she lives and talks about us moving somewhere together sometimes. My grandma lives with my mom cuz my grandpa died and she lost her house in hurricane Katrina. I just feel so bad leaving her cuz she has bad depression, heart problems, anxiety, HBP, etc. What should I do? Should I just move anyways or stay? |

However my mum doesn't want to listen when i tell her that his last relationship was when he was 19 and the girl was 16. She met my dad when she was 17 and my dad was 27/28. Posted: 07 Apr 2015 10:31 AM PDT Ever since 2011, my family lost custody to him because of my mother's psycho sister had another manic episode and decided to start posting **** on Facebook falsely accusing and slandering her of abusing her children. Later it went into a court case that she had filed against my mother and family, and she somehow won the case, and now I only get to see my first half brother once in ever 2 weeks and only on the weekends (friday, saturday and sunday). I just got back from a spring vacation in myrtle beach and came back on the last day before he left with his father. Some nights I sit and cry thinking about how I'm supposed to be an influence to him but yet I can't because I rarely get to see him. I can't imagine what it's like to be my mother. I should've been able to testify, because I saw my little brother's father beat my own mother right in front of me, but I wasn't big enough to fight him back. My mom now suffers seizures, and I can't imagine what it's like to be her. She has such a rough life, but she has my unconditional love. I'm a kid that is prone to violence too, and all this puts so much strain on her heart. I don't know what to do right now, can anybody please help me? They said she can't gain custody over him unless if he chooses to live with her when he turns 18. |

Anyway my sisters husband has a tumor on his brain that makes him have seizures (Full blown ones) in a odd way he will often have no seizures for months but then start having them 4 to 9 times a week now as you can guess this makes it hard on her what with a kid that screams all the time and a husband that could one day be fine the next he is one the floor. So i did what i could and moved in with them to help. Now here is the issue my sister had a job as a teacher like 5 months ago she was having trouble from the get go but she was able to get by till her husband started to have seizures i try to help but i guess i failed because it got to hard for her to do her job and she quit her job. It's been 5 months and it's been hard since the only thing helping us is her kids SSI i can't get a job because i feel like i need to be there for my sis and her husband can't get a job clearly so that leaves her now comes the big issue!!! When she quit her job she became depressed (She has always had depression but this drive her over the cliff) and had to got to a hospital after much help she was ok to come home but now she is thinking about going for a new teaching job and i just know the same thing is going to happen i can't stand to see her do this to herself but if i tell her she won't hear me me out she never does. plz help |

My mom and him decided to move from California to texas (2013) and we have been here for almost a year. Anyway my mom has been picking fights and leaving for about 3 months off and on. Every time I think it's good she picks another fight just to find an excuse to leave. She has had to major blow ups where she left and didn't come back for days. She even said " I don't even know if I ever loved you" and "I want nothing to do with you". Her fiancé asked me if I was okay with him filing for custody of me. I said yes. I am 22 right now and I moved out when I was 18 right after high school due to difficulties with them. As soon as I got home, I got a job and paying rent as well as paying off my loans on top of trying to help out around the house when I can. And to the point, the biggest problem we both are having is "making noise" I work 7-10 hours a day and usually the few hours at night are the only time I get to relax and talk to friends and play a game or 2. I was constantly hounded for talking at night that I rarely talk anymore and when I do, its in whispers. Then all of a sudden my computer itself is too loud which just annoys me, I could have my computer at max volume and go into my parents room and you can't hear it at all. And it never was an issue at all until literally recently. I am just wondering what can I possibly do? I know I am living in their house and am indeed grateful but its like, without this small outlet I will lose my mind. I try everything in my power to not bother them but its like nothing is ever enough, and they make no attempts to do anything themselves. Like I get its their house, but even something as simple as close their door, is that too much to ask for? I want to talk to them about it but don't know what to say. |

But recently with three daughters going to school, things have been really tight. My sisters and I have started buying our clothes from thrift stores, I've moved in at home, and there's a lot of tension and guilt when it comes to money. I'm 19 and was recently accepted to an international college, so things are even tighter. My mom (who is my best friend and whom I absolutely love to death) is probably the most disorganized person I know, and she has a huge tendency to hoard. We've tried approaching her about her excessive shopping but she always dismisses us and comes up with some reason to justify it. I was cleaning up the house yesterday and found a ridiculous amount of duplicates in her room of super excessive products. Is 11 bottles of biosilk hair serum, 7 bottles of aveeno moisturizer, and 20 navy blue eyeliners normal? Keep in mind these are all only about half used. I looked into the averages for american cosmetology budget and even for an upper class perspective she's out of the park. I've been discussing with my dad who's had to deal with it for the past 15 years and I just don't know how to proactively solve the problem. Any ideas? |

(we're very lower class canadians and that last trip was the only time i ever left canada) i'm 17. my dad isn't with my mom and his family neglects me. my mom has always liked my brother over me. she told me she doesn't like my personality when she abandoned me at my grandma's a year ago. i'm still here.. she doesn't pay for any of my needs like groceries or glasses and uses all of my child support on her and my brother. so i'm used to living this way, i'm used to being the minority on both sides of my family so this trip shouldn't really bother me. it definitely isn't a surprise. i just.. don't know how i feel haha.. i can't say i feel sad because this is my life i mean i feel like this everyday, it's a normal feeling.. i'ts all fine i guess.. i guess i don't have a question.. i don't know why i'm writting this.. i'm sorry... |

At the beggining of the school year i got straight A's because i studied hard every day but now i just can't do this anymore.. First of all, my mom promised to fix something for me, forgets about it despite making the promise the day before, and it takes her three days until she decides to get up out of bed to fix it. She's not sick, nor does she have work. She took this week and last week off work. I needed to get another eye exam so I can get new glasses cause mine suck. It was all my parents fault that we didn't go. On Sunday, their excuse was I didn't wake up early enough, no they told me to wake up at 7 and I did, it was them who didn't wake up early enough. Yesterday, my mom just didn't want to go. She also yelled at me and told me to get up early tomorrow so we could go, however today she decided to stay in bed and keep sleeping despite my Dad and I telling her multiple times to wake up. Then my dad got mad at me and started telling me how I didn't wake up early, and how we should just forget about the stupid eye exam. I got so angry. My parents know how much I needed new glasses. I can barely see in school despite having them, and my teacher even got mad at me when I moved up five rows of seats and told her I still couldn't see. They just don't care. This isn't all. They've been getting on my nerves a lot. Like they kick me out of the house because I was sick, and wouldn't do the chores. I am of legal age and I thought telling the truth was good. Anyways they took away my school funding and won't pay for my classes, so I was forced to drop out. After they learned I smoked weed they told me I would go nowhere in life and end up homeless because of weed. I want to go back to school when I have the money and I just got a job that pays $5,000 a month right now and I would like to start a business of my own eventually and go back to school. Some young man followed me on Instagram and he just beat cancer. Most of his photos are him recovering and being positive. And here I am having little fits within myself bc I never seem good enough. So Saturday was my 21st birthday, I have a 5 year old daughter. I'm a single dad. I didn't go to the bars and get crazy, I invited close friends and siblings to my apt. We were drinking, my daughter was awake. I will admit I did get drunk. My daughter had a great time. I was in such a good mood( and was drunk) that I let her have everything she wanted. If she wanted me to give her kisses, I gave her kisses. If she wanted to be tickled, I tickled her. When it was her bedtime she asked if she had to go, I said " No, of course not." I let her have as much of my birthday cake as she wanted, etc. Anything she wanted was a greenlight. Anyway, we all( adults and daughter) stayed up until 4. My sister is furious that I showed " Poor judgment" and was inebriated around my child. Look, I will admit I wasn't sober that night. I'm 16, and for over 3 years, I've been going to my cousin's in Singapore every summer to babysit for her twin girls (now 5 year olds) along with their maid. I've been doing so out of debt of gratitude because my cousin and her mom did spend a few years taking care of me while my parents were working in another country. I do have to say that they used physical punishment on me when I was younger. Some information; I hate kids but I endured them for my cousin, I basically threw away 6 months of relaxing and having fun just to take care of the twins. Oh, and I don't get paid. They pay for the food but that's all. Not even the plane ticket. But this summer, one of the twins turned somewhat of a spoiled *****. She constantly kicks my back, slaps our maid and even slaps my cousin (her mom) sometimes. Today is currently the 7th of April, my flight back home is on the 17th, but they want me to go home on the 30th. I don't think I can take any more of their bitchiness. My temper is as short as my bitten nails. They were gonna give me money for my puppy this year as a payment (for the first time!) but I'm thinking of asking to leave early and to tell them I don't want their money anymore, and that I just wanna go home. I haven't been happy since I was about 11. My heart hurts. Sometimes for no reason. I just feel sad. And hurt. All over. There is some reasons. I have reason to believe that my Dad has been texting some girl from when he was like 17. He is 37. My Mom doesn't like it...but when I checked out my Dad's messages, there was nothing sexual or flirtatious. But the thing is is that when they were catching up, he mentioned me and my sister, his job, his school, and his Dad. Not my Mom at all. Never once did he say "I am married." My mom was nearby and asked me if my shirt was off. I told her I didn't want to tell her. She kept insisting. I wouldn't tell her. The truth is my shirt was off, but we didn't have sex that time. There are other times when he's given me a backrub and we've had sex afterwards. Sometimes they'll ask me if he pressured me into it. It really annoys me because for some reason they seem to think I can't have sex with him without wanting it too. There was one time when I left sexy lingerie lying around our house (I live with my fiancé). That was a mistake. My parents got very upset. My parents will never admit it, but I think a big problem for them is I'm asian and he's white. They know our babies will only be half asian. That bothers them.
