Question: Could my boyfriend be homophobic? Posted: 02 Mar 2020 09:04 AM PST I met the guy in the locker room at the YMCA about a year ago. We immediately hit it off and even fooled around in the locker room that day. We have been together many times with me on the bottom all the time. The other day I told him that I thought I might be gay. He got so angry at this and kicked me out of his house and won't answer my calls anymore. Do think he is angry that I came out of the closet? |
Posted: 02 Mar 2020 08:06 AM PST She met this guy online, he's 4 years older than her, but here's the thing, he's a complete loser. Yes, he's charming, handsome, and chill but he has a 4 year old son who he never sees and he doesn't pay child support for, he had an STD, he has no job, he sells plasma for income, he has a nice car but it doesn't work properly, he lives for free with his aunt/uncle who are also living for free off of Grandma who paid off her house and is also living for free off government assistance, and finally he is a gamer so he has no intentions on ever moving out of this freeloafing situation. Clearly he's no prince charming, but she thinks he is (she thinks she can fix him and make him a man - like all the disney movies). Unfortunately every effort we make to try to open her eyes that the dude is a deadbeat she tells us "the heart wants what it wants" and she ignores us. She claims she's not in love but um, duh, she would have to be in order to ignore all these red flags. She's a former foster kid and mental hospital person so she has a soft spot for someone with a story, and this guy "has a story" but I'm not so sure his story is the truth. Anyways, I don't know what to do. She's 18 and could hypothetically move out just as fast as she moved in but she doesn't have her license and she works at a fast food place so she can't really support herself. She's just chasing her dreams at other people's expenses and trying to run from consequences. Just like a Slytherin from Harry Potter. |
Question: Why does she think it's my daughter's responsibility to drive her sons around? Posted: 02 Mar 2020 07:46 AM PST Last night my wife and I were sitting down watching TV when we get a call from her sons. They are 23 and 25 and they were out at a center playing basketball and when they were leaving the 23 year old was driving his car and apparently pulled into traffic and didn't look where he was going and was hit on his driver's side tire by an SUV. Upon speaking with him on the phone my step-son mentioned that they let the guy go even though he said he had insurance. They didn't call the cops because my step-son said it was his fault. Then he tells his mom that he doesn't have any insurance. She hit the roof. I heard her say "I told you to get insurance a month ago" so she knew he was driving without it. We get to the accident scene and they had pulled into a parking lot. I walked up to the car and all I smelled was weed. Long story short, he can't drive the car. It's now parked in our driveway after they got him grandma up out of bed to call her AAA to have the car towed. Well, my daughter and both my step-sons share an apartment together so now my wife thinks my daughter should be responsible for running them around and to work in the mornings. I told her it's not my daughter's job to get them to work or even to the bus stop. I make sure my daughter pays her insurance so she's good. My step-son is still making payments on his car so when his finance company finds out he's driving around without insurance they're going to really get him. He wrecked his car a few months back by cutting in front of some guy and was rear ended. The insurance company found him 50% at fault and cut him a check to fix his car. Of course he spent the check and now is driving around with a rope tying down his trunk. Completely irresponsible! |
