So my friends family I've known since high school invited me to their step sons wedding. My mom knows I'm on a budget and cant afford like any expensive dresses. I was fortunate enough to be invited to cancun for a wedding.  The mother of the groom said to buy a beachy dress something pastel colored..  I bought this dress because I thought it was cute and she said nothing too fancy but good enough for the beach.  Heres the dress i bought now the sister of the groom is meddling saying her mom dont know anything and that this dress wont work and I need to get a different one. Well I came here in asking hoping you guys ladies could give me ideas of what I should wear. This is my first beach wedding ever and she told me first to be comfortable now I dont know.
