Explain why you feel that way

Need some advice.I'm a stay at home mom and started making the steps to work. I don't ask for anything because my baby daddy pays all the bills and puts food on the table which I am greatful for. But I constantly see him spending money on marijuana(I'm talking hundreds) and then say he's broke all the time. I feel down sometimes from being with the baby all day and have been begging him for months to please take me out for just a day so we can spend time alone. His mom always offer to baby sit but somehow when we go to his mom's house he just ends up plugging his ps4 and playing it the whole time while we are there. Today we had a argument and he says that because he pays the bills and that I'm not working he doesn't need to take me out anywhere.Then he switched it up and said that he's not happy with me so why should he spend money taking me out. Everytime we argue he makes me feel extremely bad about not working but the one day I needed him to drive me to a appointment for help with daycare expenses so I can start working he didn't take me. I need the honest truth or else I won't be posting this,am I selfish for asking this of him? For asking for one day to go out and just have fun like we used to?(Obviously not now with the corona virus)

A bit of a back story. I'm a college kid, it was the end of class and the teacher asked me to stay behind for a minuet, I told my friends to meet me at the cafeteria as I didn't know how long I'll be. she then asked me how do i think I could improve my grades as I've not been doing too good in class, I didn't know how to respond so she said she knows how I can improve my grades and handed me a sheet of paper with an address on it, and when to go to said address. so eventually I made it to the address and it was in a surprisingly good neighbourhood so no alarm bells were ringing.
