Question: Samsung note 9 erasing videos? Posted: 04 Dec 2019 02:06 PM PST To make a long story short a friend of mine asked if I still had our videos from a vacation trip last year. I had lost them when I switched phones but remembered a former friend had sent them to me on messenger (she went off the wall on pretty much all of her friends and blocked 40+ people including myself without saying why). I searched for her messages and found them and saved the one my current friend wanted to my phone(it let me view the messages but not reply where she blocked me) He then asked for another video so I went to look through the messages and the conversation was gone (I know for a fact I didn't delete it) a few days later I went back into my videos on my phone with the intention of watching the video however it had disappeared. I checked the trash in case it had been deleted as well as enabling the ability to view hidden files and it was no where to be found. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and if they know how to get them back. I also have not backed this phone up to a computer. And believe it or not, yes this is the short version lol. |
Question: I feel bad I just can’t reassure her ? Posted: 04 Dec 2019 01:56 PM PST My friend was having a panic attack. She broke down in tears crying. I felt so bad I wanted to help her, maybe a light tonight on the shoulder or something. But I just stared at her, watching her cry. I wanted to do something to cheer her up but I just froze. One of my other friends noticed and rushed to her side. She grabbed her hand and saying everything would be okay. At this point I felt completely useless, a horrible friend, and a lacking empathy jerk. What was wrong with me? What IS wrong with me?? |
Question: Is it me or does it seem like everyone is having kids young again? ? Posted: 04 Dec 2019 12:12 PM PST I am 20 years old and I know 10 people who I went to high school with who are parents. My friend had a baby 3 months ago she is 20 years old but her baby was planned they can afford it and plus she got married at 18. And I have a friend that had two children by the time she was 19. I also have a lot of more friends who had babies at 19, and 20. Do people not use protection anymore? |
Question: Do you think this girl might like me? Posted: 04 Dec 2019 10:44 AM PST I'm a 21 year old guy and last year at this time I was dating a girl, 18, that I worked with. Long story short, it didn't work out. We are on social media together but no longer work together or talk. So anyhow, one day last year she wanted me to take her to the mall. And she wanted to bring her friend. So I said cool and I took them both to the mall. Just recently, in my suggested was the girl I was datings friend on Instagram. So I followed her and she followed me back. She just liked a couple of my older posts. Does she like me? It's kinda cool and interesting. I'm not necessarily into her but I think it's cool she took the time to do that. We only met the one time. |
Question: Should i ditch my strange friend? Posted: 04 Dec 2019 10:43 AM PST She's a girl i went to college with, we both 29, she seemed shy, i got on with her. We fell away after the course. 5years later we got in contact again. But she seems odd. She mails me with random things like "I'm in your area, i got a one night stand online, he's boring me though, what's your address?" At like 2am. Then she hits out with shes bisexual all of a sudden when shes not, she's been straight all her life and had a bf. She's only saying that because she trying to fire into me because I'm a gay girl. She says "I'm game if you are game" I'm horny. This is really random mails btw when I'm not even having a conversation with her for days. Its off putting and gut instinct is telling me to get shot of her. What should i do |
Question: How to be polite when saying you wont give rides anymore? Posted: 04 Dec 2019 10:26 AM PST Its just a quick question. This girl in my english class always wants rides and I used to just do it cuz idk (we are not really friends tbh), and I just don't wanna give her rides anymore. Like my car had some issues in the past so I didn't give anyone rides when i got it back and 3 days later after I get it she asked for a ride. She doesn't give me gas money and just always expect to get a ride from me. And its just a waste of gas cuz then I would have to go back to the school and wait to pick up my sibling. Just how do I let her know she's not getting rides from me anymore without being harsh. Thanks. |
Question: How should I feel about sharing my mom? Posted: 04 Dec 2019 10:02 AM PST My problem started when I invited some of my high school friends for a sleep over at my house. These girls bonded with my mom who is a doctor mostly because they could ask her questions about their body and mostly about their reproductive system. Mom gave them correct information and corrected MANY errors in their thinking about their bodies. This info really opened their eyes and hopefully made for less teenage pregnancies. These girls told their friends about the sleep over and several other girls ask if I would have another sleep over and invite them. I did this and had the same result. They all wanted to talk to my mom about their bodies. I did this 4 times. I am not sure how I should feel about this. I feel a little bit unusual about sharing my mom with these girls. Mom is always available to answer their questions as she has seen the tragic consequences of bad information on teen girls lives. Should I be proud that my mom is available to give these girls the facts of life. Why is it they feel so free to talk to my mom with their questions and will not talk to their parents. |
Question: I need help with this ? Posted: 04 Dec 2019 09:26 AM PST Is putting someone on a pedestal the same as being fixated or obsessed about them? |
Question: Why female friend called me darling after yelling at me??? Posted: 04 Dec 2019 08:15 AM PST She was very sick and angry at everything. I tried to be nice with her but she yelled at me so I backed off and went home. She never yell at anyone. When I was leaving she seemed feeling guilty about it. The next day she kept looking at me and she seemed worried that I am mad at her. I wasn't really. She kept calling me darling she never calls me that only in that day. Why did she do that? |
Question: I feel like i disappoint my parents? Posted: 04 Dec 2019 08:08 AM PST i played volleyball from 3rd grade to 7th grade and i quit because i didn't enjoy it anymore. my mom was disappointed because she thought i was giving up for no reason. now i'm in 9th grade and i want to play tennis sophomore year. my parents are considering getting me lessons but they don't want the same thing to happen. i also play piano and i have been for over 6 years but they don't have anything piano players can be a part of in my highschool. i want to get involved by playing tennis. what should i do? |
Posted: 04 Dec 2019 07:56 AM PST I am a 27 year old female and I am fixated on my female best friend. She is a lot older than me but she has shown me what a true friend is because I have never really had that. Is it a problem that I am fixated on her? Because I feel like it is but I'm not sure. I feel like I need to see her quite a bit should I tell her that I have this fixation? I do have a social disability of some kind and I have gone to therapy about this but it got to where it didn't really help so I have stopped going |

I want the person/people I bless with these things to need it! Ok mind of wanted to do a email me why you should win type thing but I feel like that's too personal!!! Idk help!!! |
Question: What is my friend talking about? Getting her cheeks clapped? Posted: 04 Dec 2019 04:55 AM PST She always is talking about how she can't wait to get her cheeks clapped tonight. And how her friend blew her back tf out last night. Idk why she hangs out with people that hurt her. |
Question: Am I overthinking this? How do I interpret this? Posted: 04 Dec 2019 04:35 AM PST I am arranging to meet one of my friends this weekend. I had a specific day in the diary (this Sunday) arranged with her for about three weeks now. She has just got back to me asking if I am still okay for Sunday, but also did I mind if her other friend (they are very close) joins us too. She says that her other friend is coming to visit her this weekend, as it is the only one she is free before Christmas. My friend did say 'if you'd rather do another time no worries'. What does 'no worries' mean in this context? Do you think that this is a sign that my friend was too nervous to meet me on her own, or am I overthinking it? |
Question: Most likely name for guy who drives a lifted truck? ? Posted: 04 Dec 2019 01:26 AM PST |

Posted: 03 Dec 2019 09:23 PM PST My ex and I are trying to work things out. Kind of. We broke up because he was toxic, manipulative, and would say cruel things to me. He would also try to isolate me from my friends and family a little. We're both about to start therapy separately and he asked me who I had told about our issues. I told him I had talked to my parents. He asked me to stop sharing our issues with my parents and best friend and to only talk about it with my therapist. Is this toxic and an attempt to isolate me again? I only tell them so I can have a support system and I always tell them the full story. I never tell them as a way to gossip, get attention, or to turn them against him. I actually kept a lot from them for months because I didn't want them to tell me he was toxic. His reason for asking me not to talk to my family/best friend is because he wants privacy and to feel like he can trust me. I only talk to them about OUR issues. Not private things just about him. |
Question: What is the chance you could live in a town for more than 50 years and not know anyone? Posted: 03 Dec 2019 08:15 PM PST I just realized that I grew up in a town not hardly knowing or meeting anyone in my 50 years of residence. What the chance of that happening? |
Posted: 03 Dec 2019 08:08 PM PST She apologize through a text that was not received well. I was thinking that sense it's her birthday I would tell her to text her happy birthday and however my mom wants to take it is up to her. What should I do |

Question: This rumour is being spread about me? Posted: 03 Dec 2019 06:13 PM PST My old best friend (Let's say her name is Emma), and I were not healthy so I cut it off. She is toxic and likes to talk about people. After that she started talking about me behind my back and started lying to me and saying 'I didn't say that' and stuff like that. I was leaving school and she said to this boy I like him. I said I don't, because I dont. Then she is insulting me exposing stuff about me. My friend told me to come at her so I did, and I slapped her in the face, and she pushed me which was fine, and she knows so much about me, because I thought she was a real friend until people started telling me she's talking so much about me. She knows who I like and might tell him, I don't know what to do because she knows who I like and I know she's gonna tell him sometime soon. |
Question: What's the difference between normal sexual curiosity and a child abusing another child? Posted: 03 Dec 2019 05:56 PM PST Do you think a 13 year old boy repeatedly touching an 11 year old girl (and her not participating back) is sexual abuse or just him being curious? I'm wondering because he is 13 and therefore a child as well. How do we know if his behaviors are abusive? Will this harm the girl? No hate please! |
