So I was friends  with this girl and we usto talk about our problems  to eachother  . One night I had a nightmare  about my dead friend who died a couple years  ago   came to me in my dream saying no one loves you and you should come with me and then alot of people  pushing me to a rope to a tree and say die you  weirdo  . So I woke up fast and was like I need to talk to someone and then I got on my phone and I texted my friend  and I kinda forgot to type some words in because  I was typing fast as heck and then it sounded like I wanted  to comit  suicide and she was like your such a good person  and etc. I told her not to tell no one and she was like you need to talk to someone . Then she  called the cops  and they came knocking on my door at 5 am and I opened it they were like are you  _______. I'm like yea and they were like come out here in the hallway and they handcuffed me . I was freaking out and was asking questions    . The cop says  _________ your not in trouble , we got a call from a friend  of yours who was very worried about you .  I'm like ok  yea I was explaining  to them what happen and I was taken to z mental  behavior  center  for like a whole week then I left after that week. I blocked the girls number  and started to ignore her. I just want to know why would she lie about me

So I have a friend group we're I'm not really close to anyone and it gets boring and when I try to have fun it just makes me look like a fool. They just aren't funny and I have to put up with annoying people when I'm trying to have a conversation with my good friends. I just hate the people near me.

My husband and I have a long-term friendship with this pastor and his wife whose church we used to attend. They pastor a small church and lately, attendance has been down. So, just about every time they're having a special service, the pastor calls me and bugs me to death to come. He calls multiple times a week, and usually at the most inconvenient times. I have a bestfriend of 8 years we're both now 19 but she lives about 1hour away She moved at 14. were both single, she wants to come over for new year (Tmrrw) and came to my house to leave Xmas presents yesterday my stepdad and her got into an argument that my mom basically started by telling her to go inside their room(with my mom still there) and say that she was leaving since my dad was having problems with her being here point is that I defended her he argued back to the 3 of us and we went to sleep after that I told myself I wasn't bringing her again because it's awk and I respect him having problems with her now that I know of it. When she came to leave Xmas presents and stay here a while my dad came in obv not knowing she was here and I said "this is so awkward" and she responded "I don't care" now she wants to come over for New Years and sleep over (my mom is telling me it's wierd that she wants to sleep over for New Years instead of BIENG with her parents and is bothered by the fact that she doesn't care or feel awk after everything happened basically an argument between my mom and her husband and I) I personally feel if I was in her place I wouldn't come back to my house and I would definitely feel awk with my dad. Another thing basically my mom is hinting at me that girls our ages don't care about getting with older man for money even doe we're not rich or anything and live in an apartment. So is my mom overreacting or is She being wierd? Should she come or not?

Me and my family watched a film and when the film ended we went to bed. My litle brother went to the bathroom first, but my parents wanted me to go at the same time as him. so i found something out about a "friend" talking bad about me on social media and i want to confront them but i can't because of how i found out . do i just drop it or confront them anyway?

I often have fights with my older sister. We starkly contrast each other in terms of sensitivity and sympathy. She's more of a "I don't give a damn about your feelings" kind of person, while I'm more of a "I can't believe you said that, I'm hurt" kind of person. We were in a silly fight about vegans, and I was completely okay. No tears. I was feeling fine until she muttered "******* retarded." So I asked, "did you just say I was retarded?" And she spoke in a very condescending tone, "I don't know, are you?" And it was at this point my voice started to tremble and my eyes brimmed with tears as the argument continued. And although I was making desperate attempts to voice my opinion, her reply would always be that she "doesn't give a ****." I just can't keep myself together when she resorts to name calling and refusing to hear me out. I know it's childish and that I shouldn't take things too personally, but I can't help it. She insults me very frequently when we have disagreements, and although I tell her that it makes me sad, she continually does it. Whenever I cry in front of her, it further fuels her tirade of insults. I've heard everything from "crybaby" to "oversensitive *****." I know she won't change. How do I handle situations like this in the future?

Im a guy. My closet friend in the world is in a relatiosnhip with a girl. They have been friends for 2 1/2 years..But throughout their friendship theyd argue and physically fight. They got into a recent fight which led one of them to end up in the hospital for something that was too bad, but could have been a lot worse. Their arguements always turn into physical fights, that lead to, house damages, car damages, scratches on eachothers faces, and bruising to the point where they lie to the parents about the damages. When they have a verbal arguements... they call other people to get an opinion, but really they do it to prove one another. Theyd bash one another while on the phone with the person theyd call whenever the person agrees with one of their opinions (one up eachother instead of really trying to listen and leave they want to prove their right) I personally dont like my close friends spouse, not because of their issues...mainly because her S/O did some foul **** to me personally. Even after all the arguements, fights, in their aparment complex, and everyone around them knowing their business. They brush everything under a rug after each fight/argument thinking things are all good..then a few days later they argue/fight again. I personally mind my business. But i usually end up their because I care for my close friend more than she can imagine. I dont want anything to happen to her, I want to protect her. But she cant see that this relationship is beyond TOXIC
