My sister keeps trying to call her boyfriend the other end of the phone is saying " the person your trying to call is not accepting calls at this time ". What does this mean ?

I'm the kind of guy that isn't respected and probably get **** talked behind my back. I hate it. I wanna be tough and respected but I don't think it'll ever happen. It bothers me. How do I get tough? Like I said, I wanna be the kind of guy that people like fear in a way, respect at a minimum.

My girlfriend had me on FaceTime while she was at work and i was sleep. Apparently while i was sleep i started moaning. I vividly remember this and the fact that she said something rude and hung up on me.  I didn't remember what she said but i remembered the energy so i texted her "?". I knocked out after that and woke up to a text saying "i said Cheat in peace then i hung up on you".. Today's my day off but was gonna go in work, i sell cars.. but i changed my mind as soon as i pulled off and went back home.. plus the customer wasn't coming in until hours later which he ended up canceling his appointment.. my gf told me i was suspect for driving off then turning around. Later she send me screen shots of two weeks of work because her managers messed with her hours. I stopped what i was doing to figure out what part they changed. When she called me, my phone was on 1% and i ran to my room saying "my phone is on 1% about to die!!! Ahhhdh" but apparently she didn't hear that.. when i called when phone turned on she was screaming at me asking why i was moaning in the phone and hung up.. and how all of this is my fault.. and she doesn't believe me.. we argued then the conversation ended because she heart that i was eating.. I'm assuming that i shouldn't eat while I'm getting yelled at for trying to explain that I'm not cheating.. keep in mind i was with her last night when i got off work (30 'min late), i drove hour to see her and spend the night. Took her to work at 3am then home.

So I work at a port cleaning bathrooms and emptying trashes. A couple times a week the bums who collect cans to recycle steal the trash liners out of the public trash cans I empty. It's a pain in the *** because they take the bag out, and just dump all the trash back in the can. My boss was saying that those bags aren't cheap, and we are gonna start trespassing people we catch stealing them. So there is this homeless guy I see sometimes. Hes usually drunk. Hes supposedly a vet, and gets 1k a month, which I assume he spends on booze. One time be asked if he could have one of the trash bags from the role I had. I'm a nice guy, and wanted to help out, so I gave him one. I brought up that people had been stealing them. He said "not me man, I'm ain't no thief" well guess what? I saw him stealing one today. I told him to stop doing what hes doing, and leave. He asked were else is he suppose to get a bag. I said I dont care were, that's not my problem, and next time I see you doing that, I'm trespassing you. I'm a mellow guy, but it pissed me off that it was actually him stealing the bags. Especially the ones in the bathrooms when he rips the bags out it throws trash everywhere, and it just makes mess. Did I overreact?
