I was in a quiz team with some friends. My acting group as there were lots of us we were put in 2 groups. One of the guys on the other team said to me do you do anything (in a snide voice) I was answering lots of questions and my team was 11 pts ahead.

Honestly, thinking back on it and how they tell me "Don't do this or that" without being nice about it makes me feel increasingly hostile towards them.

What advice should I give my friend? He says he needs more friends yet he doesn't want more friends. He is so insecure about himself and always lets people attack and insult him. I feel so bad for him. He's a funny, smart, amazing sweet guy and I wish he would see that in his current friends and himself

It's been more than 7 years my friend has been with her husband and we used to be best friends going to school and work together when we were single. But I stopped talking to this friend four years ago and I thought this would help me get away from the crush I had on her husband, jealously I felt that her life is together and mine still single and not together. So I distanced myself and still the feelings are there. Worst part he became manager of the place I live and I am thinking of moving to different state because it's horrible seeing him as the manager and I have feelings. I am sad I can't find someone I like. I keep thinking about him. How to stop this? 

So I work at this fast food restaurant and I do have a few friends there but now many. However it seems like some people just ignore my presence for no reason. Like for example they won't say a word to me unless I say something. Also during breaks they will all be sitting together and I'll be alone. What can I do to make people start liking me so I can stop feeling lonely at work?? I am so nice to everyone What is wrong with me 

when he wasn't there? He is 23 yo. His mom was at my home and my roomete was out. She talked with me about his problems and she said she is worried about him. She said he looked depressed and she told me about all his problems with unversity, friends and girls. She asked if I care about him, she said I'm sweet and then she asked me to not say anything to him because he'll be angry with her. Then she asked me to go shopping with her but I didn't have time. When she went away my roomate told me the same problems he told to his mom. He complained his mom called on the phone our other roomate and he refused to talk with his mom for 10 days because he was angry with her. So I didn't say anything to my roomate about his mom. English isn't my first language

We got in a fight yesterday and I apologized numerous times, but she won't answer my calls, emails, and she removed me as a friend on facebook. What do I do to get her to forgive me?

I have a friend whom I babysit for on occasion, so that she can work.  However, my little one is immunocompromised, so I really try to limit who comes around if they're sick.  I've asked my friend at least a dozen times to let me know ahead of time if her kids are sick so that I can protect my little one. She never does and her kids are always brought over, hacking and sick. I'm tired of it. What should I do?

My best friend, every time I would message him he would respond back with "." And I never knew what that was supposed to mean. All I knew was that it made me feel like the comment I said was stupid and I would always feel thoughts of suicide.. I know it sound dramatic but.. yesterday we had a fight and he typed "." And I responded back "don't ever type that again" and he said "No I always type that" and I'm scared to be honest with this guy because I'm afraid he will leave me even though he told me "I'll never leave you" he's a really sweet guy and always shells me but I can read this guy like a book. I could tell he's a really sensitive guy and that he gets hurt easily by others, even his other friends. I knew he was going to break and eventually he did. And he is so good at hiding his emotions he even says " I'm lowkey depressed but we don't talk about that." Or things like "I need someone to vent to someone without them  judging me. Still haven't found the right person". If I'm the only person up at like 5 am he never messages me and I get hurt but he doesn't know. I want to know why he never talks to me. It really hurts and I see him hanging out with his other friends but I'm always too scared. And my friends think he's scary too based off what I told them. I'm scared of him because he seems like a really funny guy that I have no chance with. Like I don't know why.. I get so scared. He randomly tells me "I love you as a sister"

My friends will come to me with their problems all the time. And don't get me wrong I want to help, but I just get so angry/annoyed when they vent. I don't know. I feel like I should be by their side and help them, but I also my own things to deal with. Am I a bad person for feeling like this?

I've been texting this guy that I met online almost a year ago. We met on Facebook and have been texting. I want to meet up with him and I was going to go see him. But I think I'd rather if he came to see me. We live 4 hours away so he has to pay for gas. And I'll pay for the hotel room.  He was going to pay for me to come see him. 

I got kinda lit yesterday and  I'm at  resort. I was at bar drinking talked for like two sec with this guy sitting next to me. A76ers game was on horford there he said something earlier about horford I just commented how I'm from ga and how when horford was on our team we were good. He said yeah and said they were nothing long convo didn't introduce self and all like 5 sec convo. I just asked where they from. Saw him today didn't bother to say hi cuz it was quick May have not remembered me etc. I prob didn't bother him right. Cuz we didn't say hi after lmao. We didn't introduce ourselves like I said 10 second convo, bunch of people on resort. I just hope I didn't creep him out and I figured I didn't cuz it was just guy sports talk and where you from, no more than 10 seconds you know. Once he answered we stopped talking etc.

How to help a friend with a drinking problem? I been trying for YEARS, and got no where. His girlfriend is an awesome girl, and I'm becoming actual friends with her as well. Normally I would feel guilty for becoming closer friends with her than him, but I pretty much have up helping him, and it seems no one's been able to help him. His girlfriend however seems to be making progress with him, and hes much more in control when she is around. However if she's not there, he tends to lose the control he has, and drinks way to much. He's much different with her, there has been a few times she was about to talk away , and I know if that happens there is no saving him. She is the only one I think that can help him

He wants to go to vacation to Jamaica this February. And he wants us to greet the locals by covering ourselves in pig blood and take pee and poop and put it in a bucket and mix it up and rub it on our faces.

We made plans for new years eve but im starting to get sick and my job didnt give me the day off. When i get sick with a cold it gets worse each day until better and its a tiny bit worse than yesterday :( I dont want them being upset but i cant help i am getting sick and I didnt get off work even though it was requested. They came to my wedding, bridal shower and they gave me a bachelorlette party this year :( Plus we did Friendsgiving. I dont want to ruin anything but you cant go out if your sick :( What do i say to then? I feel horrible for canceling By the way I never cancel on plans at all because we only see each other 3 to 4 times a year. Life for everyone got busy after college (we are all highschool friends though)

Can a relationship work if you go from friends to more? I feel weird asking this but I have a friend that I've been "messing" around with for lack of a better term. We're both coming out of serious relationships and things have just happened. We've known each other for a few years and she's actually my friends ex and is friends with my ex, so theres that. I honestly didn't plan for this and I think we're both at the point where we both feel we aren't rebounding on each other. I've always had a small crush on her and we still all have the same group of friends so is this a bad idea?

I'm awkward and have no friends. I only have like 1 friend cuz she's more awkward than me. At lunch, I sometimes just sit alone in the library and play games on my phone. Or sometimes I just hang out with my 1 friend when she comes. BTW, I'm 13, almost 14. I'm almost in HS and feel like I'm missing out on a lot. I never been to any parties or anything. I feel like a loser. I can't get any girlfriends and popularity without any clout. I need to get cooler when I get to HS. All I do is play Fornite outside of school. My crush doesn't even notice me and always forgets my name. 

A girl I know won't stop ignoring. I've known her for awhile now and her boyfriend.I kept messaging her on fb messenger but she never replied. I tried to keep it respectful by calling her "miss" and what are her plans. Nothing and I finally asked afterwards if we are good and if I did something wrong, I am sorry. Nothing again. I send a message every month. But she doesn't reply. She used to but hasnt replied since. Then lastly I noticed she updated her profile pic but I cannot like or comment on it. I know I waited too long but two weeks later, I decided to say something about her profile pic to get a convo going and messaged her once again "love the new profile pic". Its a beautiful pic of her by her Christmas tree. All of a sudden, I cannot message her anymore and I believe she blocked me. What can I do? I usually try to be nice to her by sending her messages when I see some of her stories with beautiful and very pretty. Yet she got offended. What can I do to resolve this?

She also is constantly looking at his twitter and talks about him to her friends constantly and she even had me drive by his house and she sent a snap to her friends of the house. My daughter is a cheerleader and was voted prettiest girl for sophomore superlative and she and her friends pranked called the nerd today and they pretended to be his orthodontist, his optometrist, and his doctor. Why is my child so obsessed with this kid and am I wrong for assuming that she is bullying him? 

one day my friend asked if there was a large black population in la (she is black) so in response my mind kind of went blink and i shrugged as i didn't know the answer but then went on to say how there's a big asian population... i don't know why i said it but i did. then she laughed and said why is that. and i explained how i heard because of the geography of how california is close to asia and how there happens to just be a larger population in la. but i didn't mean to say a stereotypical thing if it even is a stereotype. i don't mean to offend anyone by using a stereotype and how i responded is bugging me. i could have just not said anything but instead i had to stupidly talk completely random stuff. also please no trolls.. 

The girl upstairs wears high heels and nailing stuff EVERYDAY! I didn't say anything, then every time i play music she either pound on the floor passive agrassively or just come down knock on my door to tell me to turn it down. I guess what i'm saying is that when she makes noise i can't say anything, but when i make a noise she just makes a scene. She has been putting a lot of emotional stress on me, i don't even dare to watch tv or play music anymore while she walks in high heels and pound on the floor all she wants. We tried to communicate about this but so far no affect. I have 6 more months left with the contract, and i will move for sure, i just wanna know how am i gonna put through these 6 months? what do i do with her passive aggressive behavior? She literally comes down and throw a fit at me when i play music. I am ok with wearing headphones, but with the condition of her not to make noise anymore as well.  I already told her she's loud but..... everything is as business as usual with her.

At my current job that I've been working at for 2 years now, 2 women who are both sisters, ended up treating me being backstabbers. One sister led me on while the other sister who I wasn't attracted to but I got along with, made false accusations about me threatening and harassing her which got me suspended/fired this past October. Nobody believed the sister really who made up stuff about me. 20 people signed a petition to help bring me back along with one of my other supervisors talking positively about me as a person and worker to my union representative. These 2 sisters don't think they did anything wrong to me. It took me months to get over the sister who led me on while I got angry, depressed and even suicidal losing my job because of the other sister. The sister who got me suspended/fired is still a supervisor of mine in my shift. Her and I just ignore each other though.

If you've been texting a guy who you met online for a year. And you finally meet up with him in person and have sex are you considered easy? I've been told that when a woman has sex on the first date a man usually won't talk to her anymore. 

I feel like my childhood best friend is making fun of me. Everytime I tell her something (I tell her everything that happens to me, yes I am that dumb) she will use it to make fun of me later or bring me down. But when I try to defend myself she gets mad at me because she is too sensitive so I never say mean things to her. Help me I don't wanna lose her, but this toxicity is killing me.
