Question: Why did this guy say this i am perplexed? Posted: 25 Dec 2019 03:13 PM PST I was in a quiz team with some friends. My acting group as there were lots of us we were put in 2 groups. One of the guys on the other team said to me do you do anything (in a snide voice) I was answering lots of questions and my team was 11 pts ahead. I was not bragging or saying anything. I am not the smartist person in the world but why the snide comment from him. I never said anything to him (when he gets his lines wrong he blames everyone else) |
Question: Why do I have to keep replaying this in my head? Posted: 25 Dec 2019 02:31 PM PST I liked this guy a lot for about 2 years. He got together with someone half my age this happened over a year ago but I regularly replay it in my head and think about the fact that its not fair that I spent years liking him only for him to pick up with a kid. Then I feel so old and hopeless. I don't even know if hes still with her but that was my que to never speaking to him again and the funny thing is he doesn't even seem to know why I don't like him anymore and acts like I did something wrong on him |

Posted: 25 Dec 2019 02:08 PM PST I really went off on this guy and I've been trying to apologize to him. I also told him that I wanted to come visit and stay with him. He asked me why would I act and asked if I wanted to come stay with him. That was yesterday and I replied to him and I wished him a merry Christmas today and he hasn't replied. |
Question: Why is one of my friends at work so overprotective of me?.? Posted: 25 Dec 2019 01:45 PM PST I work a retail job and I really like it. I've made a lot of good friends ( both customers and coworkers). One of my best friends is also one of my supervisors and she's the best except sometimes she's way..and I mean wayyy too overprotective of me. Our manager can be harsh sometimes but she seems to like me a lot..however, my supervisor feels the need to protect me from her and she acts like a total mama bear when the manager is around . I'm 26 and my supervisor is 61. She also has a daughter my age. Maybe that's why her maternal protective instinct kicks in? Because no matter how much I convince her that the manager isn't after me, she's still EXTREMELY overprotective..almost to the point where we almost fought once. Does anyone have ideas of why she's like this? |
Question: What are japanese names that end with teru? Posted: 25 Dec 2019 01:07 PM PST My friend says he has a middle name but he won't tell me what it is until I guess it right ._. He says it has 5 letters and teru at the end. Any ideas would be nice... _____teru |

Posted: 25 Dec 2019 11:22 AM PST The price for two tickets by the way, is 260 dollars (so around 130 dollars for one ticket). This festival however isn't happening until this summer, and I've been thinking of using money I get from my high school, as well as my internship (I go to school three days a week and am at my internship two days a week). I've also been thinking of using my birthday money, as it's very close to the date of the day I'm going to the festival. The reason why I want to pay for my cousin is because she is such a special person. She's incredibly ambitious, and sweet. It's like she's my best friend even though I'm not her best friend. But I want to pay for her because I feel like she's probably going to think of me more highly then. And we've never bought each other gifts, we just get money from our aunts when it's our birthdays. I haven't asked her yet, although she went to this festival last summer, so I know there's at least a bit of a chance she'll go. Although I have several friends, none of them would want to go to the festival, because of one of these reasons: 1.They're not interested (maybe don't care for music that much or they don't like big crowds). 2.They're too poor for the ticket. 3.They would rather spend money on something else. I feel like I would be in a really surrealistic dream to go to this festival with my cousin. I imagine that when/if Pearl Jam play "Black", I tell her "holy **** this is the greatest day of my life". |
Posted: 25 Dec 2019 11:02 AM PST I know it varies but what age would you say is too old for clubbing/bar hopping/getting hammered for fun? I'm guessing 30 is? |

Question: How should I give her what we worked on together? Posted: 24 Dec 2019 10:09 PM PST I am an author and I have a new book coming out in a few months. I had a friend that helped me a lot on this book. In the months since we finished working on this book, we kind of quit talking to each other, she unfriended me. I hope we will be friends again. I feel that when the book comes out, I should give her a copy for the help she gave me. I don't think she will open a package from me, how should I get it to her? I'm thinking about going to her house and giving it to her in person. |
Posted: 24 Dec 2019 09:39 PM PST Imagine there's something you've always wanted to do, and it's not just something that you want to experience, but it's something that's the core of your very existence and the center of your life, something that makes your heart race at just the thought of it, yet you don't pursue it because of unfortunate setbacks. If someone else, someone who hasn't been into it nearly as long as you, someone who isn't nearly as talented as you are in the subject, goes after it suddenly and gets into it and does it before you do, is it more their thing than yours? Are they more of a master in that subject because they did it first, even if when you do it you will be doing it at a higher level? Will they always be ahead of you because they had the initial experience first? |

Question: How to hug a woman while she’s wearing a backpack? Posted: 24 Dec 2019 06:54 PM PST I recently hugged a girl while she was wearing a backpack. Her and I have hugged on several occasions prior. I usually hug her with my hand placed on her lower back. This time, I accidentally grazed the top of her butt with my hand. It was a brief hug and she didn't say anything. How would you hug a woman while she's wearing a backpack? |
