Posted: 12 Dec 2019 03:51 PM PST Keep in mind of the following: 1. He moves in with she and her 17 y/o son & proposes to her a month after they met. He verbally disciplines her son who never had a job, even though he graduates in 4 months, & speaks to him like he's spoiled & lazy, as if 16 is a "man" since you can legally get your working papers. 2. He has 2 jobs (college professor/lawyer), but stays home and then drives fiancee's car to pick her up from work. 3. She let him accompany she & her son to a therapy session for her clinically depressed son. Her fiancé tells shrink, "This man has never had a job in his life" & other put-downs, making her son cry while she doesn't doesn't defend him. But shrink politely says, "Well, he's only 17." On the way home, he looks at her son (who's pouting) through the rearview mirror, giving him a "don't test me" look. 4. He says that her son's last name will be legally changed when they get married, and that his new last name will be on his high school diploma. 5. He's a widow (wife died in car accident) & has two daughters, but she's never met his family, nor has seen pictures or spoke to them on phone. 6. He told her to change her son's Facebook password every Sun. so he'll only have access weekends & focus on school, to which she obliges. 7. He had her so brainwashed, that when her son was talking about a friend of his who was killed, she pulled him aside and advised him not to talk about death and funerals in front of her fiancé, because of his wife. 8. When her son first told her fiancé that he doesn't have a job, not only did he react like her son was Hitler, but he threw her out of her own living room (where he and her son were having the man-to-man) as she walked in, and he told her to leave so he can speak with her son privately.

Question: Why did my friend block me? Posted: 12 Dec 2019 02:32 PM PST A person who claimed that he was my friend for years blocked me. I thought he was going to do this a long time ago. This friend and I spoke for the first time in over three years a few months ago. I expected him to reject me years ago. Yesterday he blocked me. I'm more shocked than heartbroken about it and I'm glad he did it. I still think the guy is super cool but I am ready to live my life without him. I AM REALLY GLAD we got to talk this year so I could get insight into what he's really like. I was nothing but nice to him. I think he still thinks I'm cool too but why did he do this? When you think about good things about people, you're going to be let down. I was NOT let down by this because of expecting it already. Expecting to not even have gotten to speak to him like I did.
Question: Do I confront my ex or just leave it alone? Posted: 12 Dec 2019 10:38 AM PST My ex I broke up about 2 months ago from a 2 year relationship. She called it off but she says she really wants us to be friends because we were best friend before we dated. We also share a really close tight friend group that talks to each other every night. I think im out of the depressed stage and onto the anger stage because I want to confront her about all the things so far that is making me angry with her. She says shes willing to listen and talk and be there for me cause she still wants to be friends, but idk because i have been NC for like a week now. What do i do, i feel like im forced to be friends with her because of how close our friend group is

Question: How do I end a friendship? ? Posted: 12 Dec 2019 05:05 AM PST Me and my friend (I'm gonna call her Alyssa) have been best friends for 5 years and a half. We've been through a lot together and we have so many memories I'll never forget, but for most of our friendship Alyssa and our group of friends went out without even calling me,when it used to happen when we were like 11-12 I didn't care a lot cause we were pretty immature, but it still happens now and we're 15,she somehow always makes up an excuse and i always forgive her and the rest.I've supported and had her back for our entire friendship, when she cried over a guy, when she needed me I was there, she used to come to my house and we would watch movies, make pyjama parties etc.She has also always been an opportunist, she calls you when she needs you, like yesterday,we haven't spoken in days and suddenly she asked me to do her English exam.Since we started high school we met new friends but I've always tried to keep in touch with her, since she was my best friend. She also started to hang out with a person that really hurt me (I'm gonna call her Sarah),Sarah and I were in the same class in 6th and 7th grade,In that class they used to bully me and make fun of me,and she was one of them.I told Alyssa that Sarah wasn't a really good person, but after Sarah took a car,her and Alyssa suddenly became friends. There are so many other thing I could say about her but unfortunately there's a limit of words.I'll probably end our friendship because I don't want to be used anymore. How should I tell her?
Posted: 12 Dec 2019 02:17 AM PST Okay so there is this girl, we have been talking for months. I proposed her to be my girlfriend(i know it was way too soon). she declined my proposal and we are now close friends. Everything is pretty normal between us helping each other out and I told her I am moving on etc etc. The other day she invited me to her birthday and I am going but I just don't know how I am gonna act there. should I just go with the flow. be the funny guy that I am or should i just act like.. I don't know I just need some suggestions on how I gonna be there without making things weird. I don't want to make it look like I am still getting over the rejection and stuff like that.
Question: What's a good app for making friends? Posted: 11 Dec 2019 11:51 PM PST Please no judgmenting I'm baring my heart here. I'm a 31 very shy, soft spoken and timid guy. I need lots of help and advice. I feel incredibly sad that I'm my age and I have no friends. I work overnights and when I get home in the morning, I just either sleep the day away or play video games. I'm also a bit of a nerd as some would probably say. I just want none judgmental friends, and I dont smoke or drink. Crisis mode, please help
Posted: 11 Dec 2019 11:02 PM PST I have male friends who I don't view them as someone i'll date and I just treat them how I treat female friends. But these male friends will call me fam or bro or best friend, when I only see them as a friend. I dont understand why they have the need to call me those when I never treated them as anything more than a friend. Please answer, it's annoying me.

Question: All my friends are going on a spring break trip without me? How do I feel less left out? Posted: 11 Dec 2019 06:13 PM PST My friend invited us all on a spring break trip to the beach and its too expensive for me. its 40 dollars each for gas, 60 dollars each for food (480 total), and I dont know the price for the cabin yet and shes put a bunch of activites planned for each day that cost additional money. My parents cant afford any extra costs right now, and I don t have enough money. I also can t get a job because I dont have reliable transportation. Is there any way I could earn extra money? if not, how do i feel less sad about not being able to go with them
